I already stated the reasons why earlier in the survey. Lack of cleanliness, utilities dishwater, refrigerator broken, trim broken, Gnats and roaches and several electrical outlets not working. I've thought about contacting an attorney and getting out of this lease.

The apartment community is really quiet and peaceful. Erica and Tyler in the office were really helpful during the move and handled everything nicely. I facilities are really modern and I don't understand why the ratings on Google are so low. Had two service requests both of which were completed with a day. Good job

Not worth it. They lie and don't tell you the whole truth about what you're getting into. I was not told the full details I was getting into. I walked in and the countertops were rusted. They are resolving it however, the applicants look straight from the 80s. I was told I would be getting white appliances. Not appliances that are dated.

I like the community it's calm and people here are pretty chill and also the gym is pretty nice but missing a few equipments, the pools are awesome and there's enough parking spots and visitors parking included and the inside of the house is pretty nice.

Very clean property with nice amenities. All of the stuff is extremely nice and prompt to resolve issues. Any kind of issue has always been handled with professionalism. I would definitely recommend living here.

I do have one complaint and that is due to pet owners not cleaning up after their pets when they poop. I do feel like management needs to enforce this. It is very frustrating while walking and dog poop is everywhere.

Love it here been here 2yrs 6 months ideally located for shopping and commerce located near the main highways 440 and 40 very nice coffee spot nearby too.( that's for the coffee connoisseurs)lol.And the staff is nice and courteous especially Alise, ask for her you will not be disappointed.

Most of the people are kind respectful but then you have those whose ratchet rude and obnoxious and pop the car anyway in the parking lot and leave the trash all around the compactor and not put it inside the compactor crazy

Honestly my boyfriend and I always loved these apartments and over the years, we probably have had 4 separate leases and all went well! Though I’m only writing this review to warn others what I wish I could have previously read: these buildings are cockroach infested, it wasn’t until I moved out that I realized how bad it actually was. And just as we left, it was apparent that eggs just had hatched in many apartments and infestations began. Also another downfall was how long it took for maintenance to fix a problem. They would address it quickly, but fall short to fix anything in a quick manner. Walls are EXTREMELY THIN, and you can hear everything (keep in mind), also if you are sensitive to this I would not live on a 1st floor, . Pools are okay, they get crowded and the older one is kind of gross. I’m not sure what happened it used to be nicer , they should put more time or money into keeping up with it, I just feel like they are falling short. It’s a pretty place And seems nice from a distance. Just things to keep in mind.

The thing that convinced me to get this apartment was extraordinary value for the amenities Upon receiving the email from your staff the video was a very compelling aspect of why I made my decision and the fact that I was able to have a washer and dryer was also good.

This apartment community is not worth the price to live here. In the fall/winter months you will have mold growing on and walls and closets facing the exterior. I had clothes and shoes that was damage due to mold growing on them from being in the closet. The walls are very thin and the bathroom and kitchen fixtures are cheap as well as the carpet and blinds. It's always dog poop and trash on the grounds out here. These apartments are old and dated and I will not be renewing my lease once it ends

Very kind people and staff. Very quiet and well kept campus. Maintenance is always polite and professional and VERY quick to take care of work orders. Our 3 bedroom apartment is VERY spacious and affordable. Even though we are in Phase I (the older phase), we don't have the "old apartment" feel or smell. Very well kept up!

It has been ok until this recent experience with water and mold. Now we can not get a call or resolution. We have placed 5-6 work orders for the same problem for 3 months now and not repaired. No one returns calls or emails.

Good apartment complex. Overall very happy here. Clean outside with the exception of residents who can't seem to grasp the concept of picking up after their dogs. Also quite quiet and in a good location to get around Raleigh.

I have been here for a few years, I really enjoy the Community and the fact that it's so close to everything. The Community offers us a lot of inside and outside amenities. The Office and Maintenance staff is wonderful and they really try to help you as much as possible. I really love this place.

My upstairs neighbors are awful, and the office posted a letter to my door when I was one day late on rent that contained identifying information. I am a female and live alone with another female roommmate. Also, when I have complained of the noise on numerous occasions, nothing is done. They tell me it's regular apartment noise, but I have live in an apartment before and so has my roommate. People come over and LEAVE because of the noise from the neighbors. I have videos as well.

So far this is the best apartment I've lived in, with the best office staff! The application and move in process was all easy and COVID-safe. The apartment is clean, quiet, and spacious - for a great price!
