Like I said earlier in my message, Corteny was very professional very informative, very polite, straight to the point and she gave a lot of information to help me decide yes or no if I was going to move forward with applying for the community. However the rent of course we know everything has went up so it's just crazy high but it's OK because that's the market now however, when corteny told me that there was a package deal I thought if the rent is going to be 1200. It should already be in the package deal But it was separate which makes it more and I like to just pay rent and no other bill added to it like a water bill so therefore you don't know how much you're going to be paying in rent I like it when the rent is separated from the water the water is separated from the electric I don't want stuff added into the rent I like to pay everything separate. And to give us the opportunity to decide if we want to take the package deal or not. What I loved about the community is that you don't have to go to a park to enjoy sitting around talking with other people they have plenty of chairs and benches and beautiful atmosphere where you're able to shoot pool with your friends or the residence go outside eat breakfast lunch or dinner with your friends are the residence they have grills two pools. I love it. It's just a beautiful community and everything is, perfect it.

It's a well maintained community. Staff is very helpful. Maintenance is good. Very clean and spacious apartment. Neighborhood is nice. While foods and other stores are only 3-4 miles away distance. I am glad I have chosen to live here.

I had a great move in experience. The staff at MAA trinity are very responsive to emails and answered all of my questions. My apartment was clean and everything was in great condition when I moved in. I've only been a resident for a week but I'm excited to live at MAA Trinity for the foreseeable future!

It has been a good community my only real complaint is that people aren't good enough about cleaning up after their dogs. Other than that it is quiet and the community team and maintenance has been responsive to any requests.

The community itself overall isn't bad. It's in a great location and reasonably priced. The only issue that I do have is the arrogant neighbors and their inability of being courteous. No matter how high or low the rent is, you should be comfortable in your own home.

The tour was good and showed me exactly what I need to know and answered all of the questions that I had. I went during a weekday and there was little to no people around but I have visited this community before to see friends and have had no issues so far. They do tow pretty aggressively but otherwise all good.

The community is quiet and safe. The amenities are nice and they work hard on the upkeep of the outside area/s. The complex is dog-friendly but you rarely hear dogs barking. People stay to themselves.

Just like all the other reviews the mangement does not care. Was all smiles when touring but the second I brought up concerns their attitude completly shifted and they clearly did not care. They bank on people who will not do any due-dilligance and blindly sign leases. I had to email 3 times over 4 days to get any response about my ACCEPTED application, only got a response when I went over Courtney's (Property Manager) head. Just to get ahead of this you can also save your copy and paste response to this about "caring about the residents" and 'asking what we can do to be better. Everyone can see you just copy and paste the same 3 responses to every single bad review :)

Nice place and neighborhood, all service requested by me was delivered on time and the community has friendly staff. My only recommendation is promote more to the residents take car of theirs pets, because we see a lot of pet's waste on the grass and for me these kind of resident must be punished and pay fine

So far so good. However there are spiders and water bugs and cockroaches that make their way inside my unit sometimes. Yeah I do like the location in the setup of the master bedroom and the patio including the window in the bedroom. And I love the size of the main bathroom in the hallway.

We really like it here! Apartments are well maintained and we have no unresolved issues. Everyone is respectful and there is nothing in the almost year I've lived here I can think of to complain about. Sometimes neighbors blast music outside, but only during the day, it is always off at 9 or 10.

It's quiet and in the cut. Close to highways. You have good office people and maintenance crew. The portal is good for the most part. However, this community needs a FULL MAKEOVER!! This is just my opinion.

I do not have a great experience living here. The rent is going up around $100.00 every year. In 5 years it went up from 800 to 1300 a month for the sake unit without any renovations and upgrades. The fog poop is all over the community, trash compactors are always broken, and there are no trash cans around the property do people just throw trash on the ground/street. There is police coming to the community at least once every 2 weeks. Management do not care about the residents. All they care is how to get your money. Bugs are all over the place. It seems like the pest control do not exist.

Nice location love it here just sick of the bugs and the neighbors sounds like they coming through the ceiling when they are running or walking throughout the apartment..The rent increase this last renewal was a hard one..If it goes up like that again the new lease i have no choice but to leave.

No longer safe. Car break ins, guns, shootings, fights. The trash around the community is insane as well as the dog ---- that is everywhere. Office staff is lazy. Stays in that office all day long, amenities are not up to date or cleaned let alone opened most of the time. Office staff does not communicate with residents

Subpar. Apartment was not nice in ready at the beginning of lease. Flooring workings came to replace the floors in the middle of our move in. The apartment was not cleaned and still has not been clean almost a week later. The staff does not communicate well and do no contact you when they tell you they are going to. Would not recommend

Only complaint is the noisy neighbor upstairs. Other than that's it's a very nice community, if only the rent prices didn't go up I can see myself living here another year or two. The staff and maintenance team are great.

I don't think you truly want my opinions vented here but I'll give it a go. At first I was satisfied but after 3 months I'm having serious doubts. The almost daily battle with the cockroaches is epic. Had to buy a gallon bottle of pest spray when the quart lasted only 1 month. The dryer issue is going on 5 service requests in only 2 weeks now. Still not fixed. Arrgh. The breezeways are dirty & bug infested. The grass is full of dog poop which makes he smell atrocious when it rains.

Just a place to live, nothing special for the amount of rent you pay. Nothing to do in the surrounding area. Good trucks advertised but don't show up . Lots of dogs in the community. But I guess it's a nice place to live

Keys were not ready at move in, however, the staff present on the day of move in worked quickly to remedy the situation as a previous employee had been the cause of the keys not being ready. The team was very nice and apologetic.

My third floor unit was recently renovated and in great condition. There were minimal problems with pests and some issues with loud parties that were eventually resolved. All the appliances and utilities were great, management was responsible to my few requests and all in all its a fine location. The only gripe is that at least in my experience there is absolutely no sense of community at all besides the children playing together after school in the afternoons. Hard for someone to make many friends if your new to town.
