This place sucks!
Especially the peole in 5220 Apartment 307. If they wake up my the kids again with their yelling off fo the patio and shot at 3 in the morning, there is going to be some trouble. -------s!

Pretty cool place!!!
I have only lived here for 6 months but have to say it has been great so far. Don´t like living in an apartment? Personally I like not having to do yard work. The staff is helpful and nice.

Overpriced-Don´t be fooled by the amenities! Apaptments are cheaply made!
This place is way overpriced and I am about to move out. Service requests? Don´t even think about it. The parking lot has flooded several times and at least 10 cars were underwater. A few were totaled. Very high staff turnover, so you never know who you are going to deal with.

The only good thing is that you can walk to the RBC Center, the fair, and NC State Football games. They have a lot of extras ,but no one ever used them. Apartments are also very small and if you are moving to the 3rd floor, forget about taking furniture up with you. Angles are too sharp!

Its a dumpity dump
I just recently moved in and am in the process of terminating my lease. Overall I am most dissatisfied with the management. As a working professional, I requested a "quiet" unit. My neighbors are AWFUL, loud booming/rap music form the parking lot is a constant. Some tenants even wash their cars from a bucket! with loud music blaring the whole time.

They are dog friendly, but dont expect anyone to cleanup after their pets...watch your step.

The construction is cheap as well. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing, all the time.

Parking is impossible, I swear there must be 10 people in eveyr aprtment because I cant ever park closer than one building over.

Overall, this place is great for fratboys/college kids, but if you need more than a couple hours of quiet sleep every night, look elsewhere.

Stay away, just getting worse by the hour!!!
Lived here for a few years...the first couple were fine, due to the fact that it was a new complex, not alot of tenants and the office staff would really try to accommodate ones needs. However the last year, with the expansion of the apartment complex, it offered nothing more than loud construction noises as early as 7:00 am. This includes Saturdays and Sundays. When I complained to the staff, they stated that another real estate company was building the expansion units. And they could do nothing about it, even though they would purchase the units when finished. Imagine this waking up every morning for 8 months to heavy construction machinery rolling about in from of your apartment.
Since I had an ideal vantage point I could witness the way those building were built. All three floors consist of 2x4´s nailed together with plywood. Each wall is probably nothing wider than 1 inch. YOU CAN REALLY HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS CLEARLY AND LOUDLY. Every unit is a decoy, I mean that they look stupendous on the outside and inside. My door does not even fit properly into the frame, there is a 1/4 inch gap. The wall and roof lines do not even follow a parallel line. Utilities are very high due to this fact of inefficiency. BEWARE and PAY CLOSE ATTENTION.
The new staff just adds to the whole aggrevation, their desire to meet your needs are below average.
Dogs can be heard barking at odd hours, it just seems like you live in or around a dog pound.
I am leaving and hence can only give these words of advice to anyone even considering this place. Sorry that I only have negative things to say about this place, but check it out and verify them for yourself.
Too expensive for what you get.
Trinity Commons is trying to become this upscale place and failing. Our parking lot has become a used car lots. There are at least 3 abandoned cars in the parking lot. There are not enough spaces for everyone to begin with. We told management that we wanted a quiet apartment. We have always had the loudest neighbors in the world and they refuse to do anything about it. The manager who knew us by name has left and now the staff that is here are rude whenver we deal with them. I can´t wait for my lease to run out!

Beware
We just recently moved out and I have to say everyone was nice, except the person that ´sold´ me on the place wasn´t there anymore. The one new girl in the office - Natalie is horrible and rude. (I think she is the manager now?- not a good thing) There was another girl there with brown hair and she was nice and Ken -they were the only helpful people around. Even though they stay open late some nights, it seems to be a hit or miss in the mornings every time I tried stopping by the last few weeks. Don´t even think of trying them on the phone to ask if my apartment was ok. There are too many apartments out (loook around cary) - this was a box. If I wasnt buying a house, I wouldnt´ stay

Poor Judgement on Behalf of Staff
The apartment layouts at Trinity Commons was main reason I choose to move into the complex. I had very specific goals for the apartment community that I choose, and I do feel that Trinity Commons let me down.

My main goal was an apartment that was not in a noisy district. I specifically told the sales agent this was my main goal and he informed me that they would "do everything possible" to place me in an apartment within the community that could accommodate this goal.

After the movers had moved me in, I went to the apartment and found not only did they place me in the building beside the main road going into the apartment complex, but also adjacent to the new annex to Trinity Commons, the under construction buildings.

Three months went by and many restless nights. I approached the apartment complex staff to speak with them about the obstacles I had been putting up with and putting on the back burner. They eventually referred me to the district manager, Lisa.

Lisa informed me that I made the wrong decisions, not the staff. She felt that the staff "did not make poor decisions and were not negligent" on the location of the apartment location. I asked for a copy of occupancy level at the time of move in to see the other apartment´s that were available, but they were unable to show me the data information. I wanted to see this to prove to them that there were other apartments open that would have been a better location to meet my needs. I strongly feel that my foremost goal was not met, and could have been better dealt with.

The construction she informed me was not the apartment community’s fault. While the apartment complex was being built to be a part of Trinity Commons, she stated that they did not own it concurrently; therefore they could not control it. It amazes me how many people don’t own new projects that could give them a bad name, but as soon as the project is complete, they will gladly own it and gladly take a check for it.

Other problems with the complex are the inadequate parking and the mass amounts of unsolicited mail that you will receive (both on your door and car).

Be sure to fork out your wallet for your electric bills also. The poor insulation, combined central water heaters and poor air flow design will increase your electric bill to around $125 per month on a two bedroom apartment.

Hot showers are also a problem. Don´t plan on taking more than 1 shower within a 30 minute period. Just hope you wake up before your roommate.

The apartment layout is very nice, the apartments are clean and spacious. If you can deal with noisy construction, neighbors, lawn mowing at 7am and noisy cars speeding around at about 30mph then you will love the complex.

It´s much better to love the place you live than to save a couple of bucks every month!
I lived at Trinity Commons for a year and loved it! They catered to my every need and knew me by name! At the end of my lease, I unfortunately moved to a different property that was cheaper. BIG MISTAKE! I had been so pampered by the staff and all the great amenities at Trinity Commons that it was a rude awakening to be in this rat-hole where the office staff payed me no attention beyond taking my rent check every month. So, I am moving back to Trinity Commons next month. I will never be lured by super-cheap rent again! It is so much better to love the place you live than to save a couple of bucks every month. Thanks to the staff at Trinity Commons for offering awesome service! And what´s even better, now they have a second phase with a ton of new amenities that no other complexes offer (like a movie theater). I can´t wait to move back to Trinity Commons!!

in a void between raleigh and cary
I´ve been here since 2000. It´s right off I40, and is very convenient in that regard, but there are no stores pe se within a 2 mile radius. I´t kind of an up-and-coming black hole between raleigh and cary. With my commut being I40, I have to get OFF I40 before I get home before I get there for errands. there is nothing ´on the way´

Also, specifically, parking is not good at all on any of the apartments of trinity village ln, the ones near the complex.

Overall, nice and clean, but certainly not a bargain for the $$$. Raleigh is certainly a ´renter´s market´ right now, their inability to ´make me an offer´ means I´m not renewing... I´m off to a newly-built complex in Cary which if offering 2 months free rent for moveins riht now. Most people I know who are moving this spring are being offered this incentive for new renters. Had this complex offered a similar incentive to stay, I may have.

Great.
I lived here with my wife and Daughter in a two bedroom with study and loved it and would recommend it again as well as live there again if I didn´t have to get transfered to the west coast!

If you don´t mind thin walls, have animals but no children, then this place is for you.
This is a new complex. It looks nice on the outside, but walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin. Caters to pet lovers, but has had very little consideration in making children welcome. The community consists mostly of younger professionals who still want to party like they did back at the frat, but only on weekends. On Monday morning one can spot a few beer cans in the parking lot, and some trash outside. The office is friendly but rarely enforce the lease rules, except when money is involved. The maintence people are the saving grave, they know what they are doing, and more than happy to help you out. They are the ones who make eveything look nice come Monday morning, sometimes they go out of their way and do it on Sunday. There is a playground for children, but people seem to want to walk their dogs where children play.? So the office put up a litter container in the playground. If you don´t mind noise, have no children, but a few dogs Trinity commons is for you.
