I've enjoyed the community and have had great experiences with the office staff and maintenance. Opinions vary on these issues, but I've had no trouble. My only complaint is you can expect an increase in rent pretty much each year you renew.

It has been great living here! The increase in rent was extreme and I don't think we should have to pay for cable if we do not want it. I also wish that our emails and phone calls were answered by the front office in a more timely fashion. The facilities are very clean though.

The apartment is a great layout. The bedrooms are generous sizes. Maintenance is done regularly and if you have an issue come up they are here promptly to handle it. I love that there are two pools at different locations of the complex to swim in. My only real issue would be with having a good spot to park if we go out and come back after 6:30 or 7pm.

My experience has been pleasant. The management has changed 3 -4 times. MAA now allows aggressive dogs which is a problem for me and one of the reason I am moving. Please note, I would not recommend because the amenities are old in comparison to other apartment for the same cost.

The property is very nice and the apartments are much more spacious than those around for the same price. The upgraded units have some nicer finishes that we preferred. The only problem we have had is dealing with some ants because of being on the first floor; the pest control comes weekly so if you need service they get to you quickly. The outside noise has not been a problem at all but the noise from above is pretty loud but that will depend on your neighbors.

its great so far...i just moved in this year, but its awesome. the only drawback i have about the community is that the theatre they have for us closes and is inaccessable after 6. i know for myself im not home to enjoy it during the day, so it would be great it you could access it via keypad as you do with the gym and yoga room

The apartments are well kept and the grounds are beautiful. The amenities offered, specifically the computer room, the game/pool table room and the once theater, now a gaming room can only be accessed by getting a pass from the office staff which don't arrive until 9 am and close at 5, are completely inaccessible to those who work regular 8 - 5 hours. The bathrooms are sometimes not kept up for a few days and the fitness room, which is quite nice, is often not stocked with paper towels and disinfectant spray. I've had issues with loud music and loud guests in the unit directly below mine. I informed the staff via the portal about being awakened at midnight by the noise on work nights. I was instructed to call the police. I did so five times when the previous tenant was there. The newest tenant took up where he left off. I've called about 3 times for loud music and loud talking and laughing by her and her guests on the patio which is right by my only bedroom. After one call, I had a strange young man knocking on my door shortly after. I'm assuming he wanted to confront me but I don't open my door to strangers. I then heard him trying to get a dog named Bruno under control. Not only does he have no right to harass a tenant, the renter downstairs doesn't own an animal. He doesn't live there. The new building manager, I believe her name is Lindsey?, emailed me saying the downstairs neighbor would prefer I, a 53 yr old lady who lives alone, kknock on her door instead of calling the police. I find that absurd. Im not going to confront a party of twenty somethings. Police are trained for this and much more able to deal with any conflict that may arise. I'm pretty sure the lease I signed had me agree to not be a nuisance to other tenants. Alice Klimpt in the business office is unfriendly. I smile and say hello and get a pained response at best. I'm sitting at the bar in the entrance area of the fitness center on my iPad, disturbing no one yet she acts as though I'm intruding.

This is the worst place I have ever lived at. I had a flood occur inside my apartment a couple weeks ago and now they are trying to charge me $615 to replace the carpet when the hot water heater busted, which was out of my control. They are blaming it on my dogs and saying there are "stains and rips." Well, that's usually what happens when there is a flood and it's not taken care of properly. Not to mention, the musty smell in my apartment is horrible, which they also say is because of the dogs. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has never smelt like that before! Even if the dogs were the issue, my $500 deposit does not cover anything. What's the purpose of a deposit? Furthermore, ------, the property manager, is the most difficult person to deal with. She is very inconsiderate and does not care about the residents. Other negatives include the parking/towing, wild cats everywhere, you can rarely reach anyone in the office on the phone if you have an issue, and the resident portal is always broken. I can't wait to move and I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did of moving here.

I have only been at this apartment complex for less than two weeks now but I already love it! The move-in process was a breeze, the staff is super friendly and the complex is well taken care of. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. One thing I really appreciate is that you get to preview the actual apartment that you'll be moving in to. Overall, I'm very satisfied and am excited to call Trinity Commons my new home!

For the most part, this is a great place to live! The Office staff is good Alice the assistant Property Manager is really great and will try to resolve issue's quickly. Maintenance is good with up keeping the community however,I have had a few issue's with them. Last month when they replaced the breaker box outside (without notifying the building) they had switched my breaker off(without telling me) and had forgotten to turn it back on and it took duke electric half the day to figure out that it wasn't a power outage and let me know that it was the breaker. Last week running late I knew my neighbor was home and the area is safe so i kept my door unlocked because i couldn't find my key ad when i came home my door was locked and the office was closed. called the after hours # and they told me it wasn't an emergency and to call a lock smith. I explained that i didn't know maintenance was coming by and they had locked me out and to please call someone to let me back in...well, they said they let the emergency maintenance know although no one came over...2 hours later I was able to get back in my apartment no thanks to them.

Very clean and quiet so far! Seems like a great place for a family with young children! I moved to this community from another state, site unseen. All of the pictures available on the internet give an accurate representation of what the actual units look like and, even though I wasn't here in person to sign all the lease documents, the leasing agent made it very easy for me to get everything completed.

Entire staff here is personable, knowledgable and really go out of their way to ensure tenant satisfaction! The 2 pools are great. One deep for adults and one shallow for kids. We have used many of the amenities; business center, gym, pool table, game room amd have enjoyed the cleanliness and welcoming environment!

I have had an excellent experience so far. What the MAA connect requires has been a bit cloudy, but I managed to find the information on the website. Applying, moving in, and getting everything done involved very little effort or complication and was almost entirely automated through the website, which is a very convenient feature. Although, when maintenance was supposed to repair water damage to the outside storage closet, they simply painted over it, and when the dimmer was supposed to be fixed they simply replaced it with a switch.

I've lived in Trinity Commons for three years. The highlights are the wonderful maintenance crew, washer/dryer in unit, outside appearance/grounds, Joy in the office, and the overall safety by virtue of the complex being in the middle of nowhere. Beyond that, living here has been a largely negative experience. The walls are so thin in the apartments that you can hear conversations next door as if they were in your own apartment. My husband and I had to move our entire bedroom from the master bedroom into the guest bedroom after someone moved in next door who plays music until 3 am almost every day. On weekends, the pool is often unusable to the actual people who live here because it gets taken over like a public pool. When a machine breaks in the gym, it typically takes them six months (literally) to fix it. Four of my friends have been towed, 3 of them after 20 minutes of being parked here to feed my cats. For a six month span once, we lived with black mold growing in both of our bathrooms because we were told the constant dripping of the showers was "normal". When we finally requested another person come in to examine after spending countless hours trying to repair and clean, we were told that whoever told us that had no idea what he was talking about, and the problem was fixed right away. To this day, we still have an ice maker that was never fixed. We were told to "let it thaw out". We tried that twice, and when that didn't work, we were told it couldn't be fixed and to buy ice cube trays. I recently put in notice that we would be moving. Since my notice was five days late (be careful-- they will not remind you of when your 60 day notice is due like most apartments), they will be charging us prorated rent for five days in November. They also informed me that we will be required to have our carpets professionally cleaned before moving out at the cost of $99. This is actually unenforceable and illegal according to normal wear and tear/security deposit law in NC, so now I have to hire a lawyer to move out of this place and to make sure my husband and I do not get ripped off even more. You are also required to replace all light bulbs in the apartment, including the big ones in the laundry room, kitchen, etc. Some of our lights went out months after moving in. When our big kitchen light went out and I called our leasing office to ask where we could find that specific model light fixture, the leasing agent told me to "try Home Depot". They didn't have the light bulb at Home Depot. Your lights will go out, and they won't even be able to tell you where you can find a replacement. In short, I cannot wait to move out of this place. With the wealth of new apartments in Raleigh and even older ones with better location, there is truly no reason to live here.

My husband and I love the community and the amenities. I would recommend this community to everyone. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance came out for an issue that we did not know we had and fixed the problem. I would give this community an A++. We are very satisfied.

The leasing agents were very informal and knew exact details of the community, even the elementary schools bus routes. The apartment was in excellent condition on my move-in date. Even with being on the 3rd floor, my view is nice. Thank you all for your time.
