Great community. Quiet. Well kept. Clean. Friendly office staff. Nice sized apartment homes. Perfect location. Main highways very very close by. Not much fast food nearby. Closest supermarkets about 5-10min away in any direction.

Great apartment. The staff is helpful and any issues are addressed promptly. The units I have seen, including my own, were all clean and well kept. The amenities are great and usually kept up well. I highly recommend this place to people.

Very welcoming. Tons of great amenities. Quiet and well kept. There is a lot of available parking. The dog park is very convenient for those who have dogs. The gym is 24 hours and there are two pools.

I've lived here for 3 years and this is the last year I can bear. This place is terrible, if you want to live somewhere where your guest cars will be towed if you forget a parking pass go ahead, not to mention there's only 2 or 3 visitors spots. On top of that if you lose one or need another you'll be charged a fee. Also maybe this is new but they check your license plates occasionally. Which for me apparently I needed an inspection so my car was marked with a large green stick saying it would be towed out of the complex on Monday, I was told this on a Friday, please keep in mind the DMV is closed on the weekends. Thankfully I went to the office and they said I had more time but I found this disrespectful. Some of the gym equipment has been broken a year now, thankfully they were able to replace the flooring though because thats what matters, appearance. Some night I'm woken up at 4am by a high pitch ringing that im fairly certain the company that lies right behind the trees at my apartment so there's that as well. This place is here to make money, some of the office workers are nice but this company was built on taking as much of your money as possible once your locked into a lease, I would recommend never moving here specifically and preferably never moving to ANY trinity partners related home or apartment. If you have money to burn go right ahead, otherwise don't say I didn't warn you.

The community needs to be gutted management wise, and overall. Issuesd request to fix bug problem and noisey neighbors. Have yet to be fixed. Don't appreciate they tow people's car with no remorse. Seen way better management

joy & wes are amazing help in the office! units have a lot of space & community is family friendly. walls are somewhat thin although it's not a loud community so it doesn't make THAT big of a deal - except cars driving by or the sprinklers coming on.

The complex overall is very nice, pet friendly, and well maintained. Having a small gym on site is a plus for people who are looking to exercise regularly. The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is great. The complex seems to be right in between Raleigh and Cary.

Pleasant, quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. Leasing office quick to respond to problems. Rents are reasonable for the area. Great access to I-40 for RTP/Durham/Chapel Hill commuters. Nice grounds with two pools, basketball, tennis, grills, etc

I do wish there was a better wifi connection in the gym area at the clubhouse. It is also very hot in those areas. The third treadmill hasn't been working. This has be the only public amenity I have used thus far. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.

The complex allowed me to get the keys a day earlier which was great as I planned to move in early in the morning. The apartment was very clean and the a/c was blowing strong as well. I was on the first floor so it wasn't an issue with getting items up the stairs. Great experience overall.

Colonial grand at trinity commons is very nice. I've just moved here but the location is in a quiet and relaxing area. The community has a lot to offer their tenants. The community is also well kept, grass cut, clean, and relaxing. When I moved in my place, the apartment was so clean, well kept, and very nice. I had to make a few changes in which I wasn't informed about up front but they were taken care of the very next day. Customer service is so great!! Thanks Wesley!

I really like it here. The property is very well maintained, and lots of amenities - two pools, dog park and dog walking stations. Buildings are nice and well built. Apts are nice and spacious ( except a cramped kitchen ). The 2BR with a den option is a great arrangement for a roommate situation. I will say that my maintenance experience isn't the best. You can't call in requests - online only - and if there is any issue with the request, you have to resubmit it. Within a month 2 of 3 repairs are already breaking. Also, the speed bumps are the worst I've ever encountered... and I get to drive over them every morning and night. It's right by the PNC Arena and State Fair Grounds so traffic could get bad, but my work schedule lets me avoid the rush hours, so I'm not sure how bad it gets. That aside, I still really like living here and have recommended it to friends and coworkers. Nice laid back place - off the beaten path so it's quiet. Easy to get anywhere in the Triangle and not too far from most amenities.

I find the complex to be well kept, tidy, and overall quiet. I'm very close to 40 and 440, which makes traveling close or far very convenient. The pool areas are nice, and kept clean. However, without a parking pass they WILL tow your car, quickly.

I have had a great experience living here with minor hiccups. The adminities are fun and clean. I like the location and it's usually a quiet atmosphere. I wish there were more parking options but it's not too bad when all visitors have tags.

I feel as though I have had a pleasant experience here at Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons. The staff has been really helpful with any questions I've had and when I did have a maintenance problem, it was fixed quickly. I have not used the amenities too often but I plan on doing so in the near future.

This is the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with , I can walk into the office an no one BUT Joyce Jennkins will acknowledge me. ( So sad ) I have lived in this complex for 3 years. I'm not sure why I stay , . Corporate needs to come see what is going on ,with this location. The lighting outside my apartment is very dark I cannot see ,to get into my apartment, I have to carry a flashlight, very unsafe ,Nothing has been done. This team here is a joke.

So far I have enjoyed living here very much. Apartment staff isn't overly in your business/policing you but can also be easily accessed if needed. I haven't had any issues as of yet living here. Rent is a bit high for just a 1br/bath and I do wish you weren't required to pay for cable as I feel I'm wasting money since I don't watch it, but that's my only complaint.

Its disgusting, I know you are trying hard but it smells terrible !!!!!! Hopefully it will be resolved soon I hope !!! As a German Shepherd owner, I was initially attracted here because it is completely pet friendly. The staff in the office was very friendly, professional, and helpful, and the amenities throughout the complex were very good. After moving in, we had some cleaning to do (especially the windows and patio area), but other than that we have been very satisfied with the condition and layout of our unit. HOWEVER, we have had a constant battle against bugs getting in to the apartment. After reading other reviews, it seems we are not the only ones who are having this problem. The office has been helpful and got pest control to our unit as quickly as possible, but it is still gross and frustrating to be have been waging war on bugs in an apartment since the day we moved in.

I love Trinity Commons. Great place for recent graduates just entering into their profession!The complex is clean, quiet and safe! Close to Cary, Morrisville and Durham! Great location for a great price! I've been living here a year and love it!
