We moved to Raleigh from Syracuse NY in January. We had found a listing for this apartment on Craigslist as a sublet. When the sublet was finished 4 months later we signed a lease for a year. The staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance department is quick to respond and very good and resolving issues. We have enjoyed our time here.

I'm going to try and be honest as much as I can. I moved to this property from Brier Creek. When we first move in, the first thing I realize was the noise level is very bad. The walls are really paper think, I can here my next door neighbor when he is trying to think. The parking is just like any other place, expect cars that don't know how to park. For an example, people park sideways in a spot that is meant for you to park straight. Two months ago police was out here, because someone got into robbed which later on turned to a half police force outside at 2am. The roaches are very bad, and nasty. I'm a very clean person that clean my house like everyone else. What make me mad, is when you see a roach hanging above your head at night when you are trying to sleep. The trash is always overfilled. These apartments are for N.C State students which are rude. The office is next place where I hate to go. The only person that really care about the residents is Joy. She is very down to earth, and easy to talk to. Don't be late with the rent. Most apartment give you until the 15th before they file for eviction. Here they file on the 9th.

Overall, this is a quiet safe community and I have enjoyed living here. Pool and grilling area are amenities I use often. Only downside was before moving in, the apartment I was shown and promised suddenly was not available until a month later. I couldn't wait as I had a different lease ending and ended up with a very different/less desirable apartment. Handicap accessible, but I am not- translates into no vanity or countertop in bathroom.

Dog friendly policy and convenient location is a plus but staff not very understanding of life situations. The dollar not people is the running force of the company. No commitment to residents. If you miss one payment after make 40 months of on time payment no help given

I love where I live and actually wish I can buy my apartment. The only down side for me is the rent increase every year with no longer term lease, and not being able to hang out in the club house after 6pm. The location is great for myself and family, love the pool in the summer.

Sarah Hughes, Do not do "anything" to 5211 Trinity Village Ln Apt 101 Raleigh NC 27607 until we have a mutual appointment to walk through together. Please provide dates you will be available for a walk through that was not provided to me at my initial request in September 2017. If this is the Sr. Directors strategy to increase revenue for MAA, this may have to be brought to the attention of the NC Attorney General. Management of MAA offered to clean EVERYTHING to like new status including refrigerator, drip pans, trash removal and carpet cleaning for the $150.00 fee. If this was not the case, I will have everything removed myself and have an independent reputable company, not one in cohorts with MAA, to thoroughly clean out the dwelling. In brief, all" DUTIES OF THE TENANT" were 100% in compliance in accordance of North Carolina General Statute 42-43(a). Not surprisingly, MAA sent over everything but what was legally challenged; I did not request pictures and I am fully aware of the utility addendum. However, you did not send all items necessary to complete discovery under NC legal guidelines. Once more, I am cordially requesting for discovery purposes ( for a second time) for MAA to provide all requested items within (5) business days that specifically state were completed and specifically documented that pertains to the dwelling of" 5211 Trinity Village Ln Apt 101"not what is listed in the Internal MAA computer system. Specifically: ? Original invoice (s) including pictures, before, after and during any carpet was supposedly installed ? Name of company who is claimed to install the suggested carpet ? Carpet Manufacturer ? Carpet Model # ? Carpet padding model # ? Full names, addresses and current contact information of the individuals who installed the carpet ? Full contact information of the previous tenants going back 5 years ? Copy of the leases of the previous 5 years at the dwelling in dispute ? All outsourced signed, dated invoices, documents going back 5 years listing all repairs both internally & outsourced ? Any and all e-mail, internal documents, work orders going back 5 years pertains to the dwelling in dispute ? back up original copies of the water, electrical bills going back 2 years specifically for the a for mentioned dwelling

Used to be new, clean, beautuful. Now it is run down, occupied by welfare recipients and loud college kids. Used to have a nice movie theater, someone destroyed it and turned id into a ------- Wi gameroom... Management sucks ---. The only good employee is Joy Jordan. She is so nice and friendly. She's the only person who cares about the residents and her job. Everyone else are grouchy -------s just here for their paycheck. I remember this community back in 2009, it was beautuful and fun. Now, it's a wasteland for the -------. BRING THE OLD COLONIAL GRAND BACK NOW!!!

This is a great community to live in, very well kept and close to everything. Office staff is extremely friendly and my maintenance request was handled within 8 hours. My only complaint would be that they need more visitors parking spots.

The staff is so friendly and always there to help or answer any questions. The price for rent is very reasonable. I feel very safe in this community. I love that there are two pools, I visit both of them very often! I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

This is a wonderful community; safe, quiet, and clean. The apartments are spacious and amenities are resort style with two club houses, two pools, a nice gym, yoga studio. What's really nice is that MAA allows all dogs of any breed and weight and since I have a pit bull who is lovable part of the family but not allowed at most places, this was a true gift. Thank you.

Pretty quiet. All ages. Not very clean or big. Good location. Good price for services available. Staff is helpful and addresses issues in timely manner. I'm happy here and recommend it to almost anyone.

The community is well kept and the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joy. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. I have always had a non-emergency issue fixed within 24-hours. I have lived here 4 separate times over the last 10 years. Every time my company relocates me here I come back. They are amazing! They have food truck Thursdays and social events to get to know your neighbors. There are 2 separate pools so you can choose, busy or quiet. The community is always clean. The only downside is they only allow Time Warner Cable as they pay the basic and HBO as part of your rent. I would much rather have AT&T U-Verse, but for all the other pluses I am willing to compromise. GREAT COMMUNITY!!

Only one of the maintenance workers are helpful. The others Ive dealt with always give me attitude. Now I only submit requests when I know my husband will be home to deal with them. Normally requests are answered promptly.

This is a great location for someone like me who works in Cary and also North Raleigh. I consider myself tucked away slightly, but close enough to everything. The complex is pretty quiet even though there are lots of children around. The grounds and amenities are nice with the 2 pools, tennis courts, and gym. Work orders have always been completed very quickly for me. Would recommend

I had a licking friedge since I moved in, after several requests and coming and going for 4 months they said it is fine that the fridge is licking. 2 of my guests got towed here as there is not enough visitor parking, and all weekends its full

So far it's been great, great community of people but still have your privacy. There are a lot more children that run around than we thought but usually only after school hours. Pools get crowded some days, but that's with any pool and lots of dogs, friendly though!

Overall it is a good apartment community with great amenities like pools, tennis courts, and gym. The office staff is always very nice and willing to help when they can. The maintenance staff has answered any questions I have had and have fixed our issues in a timley manner. Recently very unhappy with how a mold issue was handled and it came to light that many of their units have the same issue.

The staff is very nice. They are quick to come fix what is wrong. Property very clean and quiet. It is a very nice community. I would reccomend the apartments, but make sure it is ready befor you move in.

I moved here in December of 2016 and the staff and people here have been very helpful and courteous. It has been a true pleasure being able to stay here at these apartments. I just re-signed my lease and am looking forward to another year here.

This property charges at least $150 more per month than your base rent every month. You are charged a fee to pay your rent to a company online. Your water is attached to your rent, so you pay another fee for this company to take your money. You also pay for trash fee, extermination fee and you are threaten with fees if an infraction occurs in any way. They care more about the property than the tenants.

Bugs are disgusting. Extermination doesn't work. Its DDT idgusting to go in kitchen and see bugs. Problem is not resolved . The money paid for rent doesn't m as tech loves living conditions. The problem is SEVERE

I absolutely love the office staff, they have always been such a big help to me since i moved into this complex from the beginning. They are always there to answer questions, I have been there so long everyone knows me by name now & always ask about my daughters. They have become such a huge part of our lives ! absolutely love living @ colonial grand @ trinity commons!!

The apartment are really nice! Maintenance guys are professional, on time and dependable. I love my fireplace in the winter time. In the 2 years I have been here I have enjoyed my time. Rents kinda pricey so I am not sure that I will stay.
