Wes was great and helpful. His assistance really helped me make a decision. So far everyone has been friendly. The community is very clean and I feel safe here. I would definitely recommend this community to others looking for a place to live.

The apartment complex is in a nice, convenient location and there are nice amenities on the property. My biggest concern is the lack of cleanliness of the apartment before I moved in. Because I traveled a bit before settling in, I didn't really notice it until some weeks down the road.

It was excellent. The staff was helpful. Nothing was left unquestioned. The apartment was clean for the most part minus small dings. Any repairs I needed were done within 24 hours which is a nice luxary. The grills are a great extra as well. I love it.

Since I arrived to tour this community, I have been in love. My experience has been more than pleasant and I know that Colonial Grant at Trinity Commons was the right choice for me. My neighbors are respectful and friendly, Lauren has been nothing but pleasant and my apartment is beautiful and a great deal for the price that I pay. The amenities exceed expectations and I have been pleased with the prompt and swift response from maintenance thus far. There isn't anything I would change about CGTC.

Please lower the monthly rent. Do not continue to raise the rent year after year. Thank you for the maintenance staff and their continued work to make the community run smoothly. Please remove the MAA connect fee as well.

So far so good. Only have been here for a little bit, but can't complain so far. Office staff is great. After I first moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they fixed everything within a day of my request. Love the attention to resident requests. Also cant wait for pool season. Looks like a great amenity.

So far everything is good. No complaints at all. I like my apartment and my neighbors are pretty cool. The maintenance has only been called once yet they completed the job the same day and responded very quickly in a professional manner. Great job MAA!

Did not appreciate being charged $500 just to move across the hallway to a 2 bedroom by leaving a month before my lease was up. Eventhough they had no problem renting my old apartment right away. New office manager did not take any action regarding the concern of my below neighbor letting her dogs defecate on the balcony even after raising the concern for months, emailing and providing multiple photos and videos. The issue still continues and it is becoming a health hazard and getting me sick.

Very smooth transfer to this property!!! Very nice staff! Apartment walls are thin, perhaps no insulation. Can hear neighbors above and below clearly and hear water run through pipes in wall. Aside from that, spacious unit and nice layout

Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is cheap and greedy and they communicate poorly. They jacked rent up by 10% after first year. There's a $50 TWC cable fee mandatory in your rent. I've had to pay a non-refundable $20 late fee for not providing MAA with a copy of my proof of renters' insurance even though I'd had it faxed to them. They tow visitors cars even when there is ample parking. When amenities like the pool, grills or gym are out of order or inaccessible, nobody bothers to email the residents to let us know. When they replaced the parking lots, they emailed us about parking lot closures but when weather delayed the work, there was no follow up to communicate the changes to the closures. They are quick to take your money or charge you for a lost visitors' pass or gym fob or pool wristband but they can't be bothered to perform basic customer service. I would stay away from all MAA properties.

It's been great. It's quiet, well maintained, and the staff is friendly. We had one service request, and it was finished within an hour. There is plenty of parking, and it has a nice gym too. It's in a very good location as well. Not to far of a drive from anywhere in Raleigh

At move-in, my apartment smelled of cigarettes, the dryer was broken and the shower heads were unusable. The leasing office was trying to use quick fixes on my complaints. Felt low budget and not customer friendly; I felt like a number or a paycheck.

Unsatisfactory. My apartment has fleas. The exterminators have not solved the problem. Turner was good, but the other exterminators didn't leave their name/id. I moved in Dec 26 and still have fleas. I have been in a hotel for 2 nights and will do so tonight. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. That occurred the week I moved in and I had a ---- smell and it was nearly overflowing since Dec 26 today by Angel. Poop was found in front and in the back of my home today. I saw the perpetrator. I advised Kristen that I had contacted my Attorney and will go to the courthouse on Monday to file a small claims suit. I will seek moving expenses to another property nearby with compensation for my 5 nights hotel and damages for my body due to fleas. I have done this before. The Police officer who assisted me when I had a vehicle problem told me to file a suit. That was before I told him that I planned to. I was inadvertently locked out of my apartment earlier this week when I went to the pharmacy (Raleigh Neurology) and intentionally left the door open for maintenance and my continuing move. I called the Colonial number. Then I called Maintenance and I was advised by Juan that he couldn't help because there was a maintenance. Other residents told me that the same thing happened them...locked out of my own apartment after I left it open for maintainence and for MY convenience with the move. Why would you limit a response to more than 200 characters? If I were a corporate VP with your organization I would want to hear every complaint. Why does your website not allow 2016 as a move in date? Haven't people moved in this year...Jan/Feb

I love living here. This place is convenient to absolutely everything. Our neighborhood is clean, quiet, convenient to absolutely everything in RTP, Morrisville, Cary, Raleigh, Downtown Raleigh included, Briar Creek, Durham and RDU airport and most of our residents are young business professionals.

Trinity Commons is a fantastic place to move. I love the location, staff, and apartments. It is very close to the highway and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. And the apartment is up to date and very spacious.

There are pros and cons to any location, just make sure you know what fees you are agreeing to when you sign a lease here. I ignored reviews with this information, my bad. Since MAA has taken over management in the past year or so: $400 nonrefundable pet fee, no matter if per is a toy or a mastiff, in addition to a $15 month pet rent. This applies again, even if you are just downsizing or switching location in the complex. Now charging an extra "MAA connect fee" $50/month, plus almost $5/month charge to send you a paper bill, or $1/month to send tenants an electronic bill. Plus a $5/month pest treatment fee. Rent stated below is base rent without all these additional charges or utilities. Make sure you find out how old the carpet is in your apartment when you move in, for future reference, as I was told later that the ratty old carpet in the apartment when we moved in was new, then one year old, shifting information, and surcharges for excess wear imposed when moving out of apartment. Just be informed. Positives: Location very convenient for work and college at NCSU, which is why we are here. Small dog park and choice of two swimming pools. Maintenance team is great, and responds quickly to requests. Need parking permits, but not limited to two spaces as some complexes are. Part of TWC bill subsidized by complex, with HBO channels. Negatives: Mud in front of building since August when drains were dug up, landscaping never fixed. Underwear hanging from trees in back is now gone, but bags of opened trash are still scattered all over woods out back, with no action for months after management notified. Most staff are friendly & helpful, but some staff actually obstructive to disability/medical/ requests. I never saw a cockroach in a decade living in NC until we moved in here.

The office staff has been amazing, my neighbors are kind and caring and I've generally had a great experience here. I've had no issues with towing or parking as some have. I would most definitely recommend this community to a friend or family member

This is a good place to live overall. The only negatives are it is a little overpriced and management is overbearing on parking and people individualizing their apartments. However, I have had very few problems living here. If a friend asked I would probably recommend if they could afford it.
