The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I quite often work a lot of OT. It is great coming home, being able to park in front of my apt and being able to relax. It is wonderful not to having to share my evening with my neighbors above me. I believe I will be very satisfied.

Good location, apartments are in good condition, managers respond promptly to service requests. Only real cons are the rent increases, which happen all over Raleigh so that's not really unique to this complex.

My experience with this apartment complex has been great so far; the grounds are meticulously kept, and the multiple service requests I've made have been responded to quickly. Everyone working in the office has been polite and helpful during my interactions with them. The only downside to this complex would be the lack of guest parking, and the fact that they only issue one guest parking pass per vehicle.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I started out in a one-bedroom apartment and everything was going great. At the time, I had a husky who chewed a hole in the carpet, so I contacted the office before the end of my lease and they gave me a company to contact to have the carpet patched. The people they recommended came out and cut the small area of carpet that had the hole and replaced it with a patch of carpet from the closet in the living area, charging $50. Then once the move to a two bedroom was complete, I received an email from the complex with a cleaning fee (which I had planned to pay) and a large fee to replace all carpet in the apartment. They told me I would be fined if I didn't get the patch replaced from my dog and then after paying for that, they turned around and charged me the full price to replace all of the carpet. Once we moved, we liked the location and that there were a hand full of visitor spots near the office and pool. One day I saw some people painting over some of the visitor spots (thinking they were going to repaint "visitors" since they were fading) and that night, my friend parked in what was a visitor spot and her car was towed (costing $100). I went to the complex, angry that her car had been towed from a visitors spot and was told that those were no longer visitor spots and that they had been gone for 2 weeks. I told them that I had watched them be painted earlier the day before (same day the car was towed) and was told that they wouldn't do anything about it. Two and a half weeks later, all the residents received an email saying those spots were no longer available for visitor parking (leaving about 15 visitors spots for the large complex). Then recently, my roommates and I were cleaning our apartment and set a couple bags of trash right outside our door while gathering the last bit and when we went outside, they were gone and we had a $25 trash fine added to our rent bill. I went to the office to find out why we had a fine and explain that we were about to take it to the dumpster but were trying to gather the last little bit, and was told that I had to pay it and next time not to put anything outside the door. We have had to replace our air vents a couple times due to the quick build up of dust, causing one of my roommates to get sick. We have had multiple occasions where random fines/fees were added to our rent and we were never told anythingabout it, and when we asked about it, we were pretty much told "too bad." I would not recommend living in this complex to anyone, unless you are okay with strict towing, horrible office staff (apart from one lady), and being nickeled and dimed for everything.

It is an amazing community to live in. Easy access to i40 and wade avenue. Proximity to NC STATE, PNC Arena, NC fairgrounds. Manager holds regular events viz. Pool party and etc. Food truck every Thursday. Clean pools and lots of grills available.

This is an amazing and safe community to live in. We are very pleased with our well-built and excellent designed apartment. This is one of the best apartment complexes to live in within Raleigh. I would recommend living here to all my friends.

It has been a pleasant one so far. However, it would be nice to have updated appliances in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. More rental promotions could be offered as well and there is little option to have other television providers.

The staff are all awesome, but there are a bunch of things beyond their control that are irritating, thanks to the management company that bought this complex a year or two ago. Website that only works half the time, mandatory extra fee for said website, weird policies that don't really make sense, etc.

Great community. I completely recommend this place. The issues are minor (parking can be tough, my particular upstairs neighbors are completely obnoxious) and the value is great. It's safe, it's well maintained on the outside (the insides are fine and not falling apart, just slightly dated), and there are tons of grilling spots and picnic tables. Definitely love living here!

We're moving out as soon as our lease is up because there are so many restriction and many punishments and fees that often seem unwarranted. Anything to get more more out of their tenants... We feel we can find a better place for a much better price.

The community is very well kept. The people are quiet and tend to respect others. The office staff are very helpful and always prompt with responses. Parking is sufficient for tenants, although I wish that there were more visitor spots throughout the community.

My experience was great until they changed management. Now, the stairways have trash in them for days on end, and it is ridiculously expensive to have guests park. I also stepped on some broken glass the maintenance people left on my floor..

It's been alright overall, but it definitely has a problem with noise between the walls and ceiling of other apartments. I understand that it can't be perfected due to the thin walls, but it's a negative for me when deciding on a place to live at

Been here for a while, I'm working at day so basically not getting in touch with the community often. So for me, it is a good place to stay for work. It's not far away from school but it does require some driving. In general this place is above average expectation

I really enjoyed living at CGTC! I have called this place home for 2 years and am moving just to rent a house for more space and a yard. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I have not had many maintenance issues other than lights going out or sink disposal not working, completely normal nothing crazy. They always come within 24 hours to fix the problem. The lawn and grounds are kept very clean and nice. The neighborhood is pretty quite and all the neighbors are very nice. The apartments are in the best location for the price!! You can't beat it! We are walking distance to PNC Areana, State tailgating/football games, less than 10 minutes from Crabtree Mall, 20 minute walk from the fairgrounds/flea market (which you can see the fireworks from your porch during the State Fair) and less than an $18.00 Uber ride to downtown. I would recommend living here if you enjoy those events or being close to a lot of activities as well as on a budget.

The apartment is very nice. The staff are incredibly helpful and assisted us with a last minute issue with one of our leaseholders very quickly. The neighbors are friendly and the amenities are very nice. My dog loves the unit and the new dog park!

Only problem was the carpet had some oily residue spots from where it had been cleaned prior to our move in, nothing wrong besides that. Smooth move in experience. Neighbours can be noisy college students. Pool and barbeque areas are very convenient.

Only issue was some residue on the carpet from when it was cleaned, and it was only 1-2 days before move in date, everything else was smooth. Neighbours tend to be noisy college students - they sometimes tend to abuse the common areas outside of quiet hours.

This apartment complex does not value it's long term renters. The office sends out weekly email spam about the food truck, but does not notify residents of access code changes or packages that are ready to pick up. Overall, I would not recommend living here.

Very nice place to rent from. 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh and minutes away from the airpot. Staff is excellent to work with..very friendly. My only suggestion is to construct a car port where tenants can wash or vacuum their vehicles especially during polen season.
