Management is very friendly. The size of the apartment is nice and we love having a fireplace. There have been some issues with the apartment itself, but they were willing to fix anything we needed and replace items that were better replaced than fixed.

Great ammenities. Two pools. Large apartments. Great, friendly office staff who is always ready to help you! Quick response from maintenance. Walking distance to PNC Arena, a gas station, restaurant and fairgrounds.

The neighbourhood is beautiful, apartment was great. I would most likely recommend this apartment to someone related to me or a friend. The community is the best. No problems so far, no disturbance. Just great

It's an apartment and slightly better than every other apartment I've lived in. My wife and I moved for work and needed a place to stay at short notice and this place was cheap and had no breed restrictions. Wouldnt live there forever but not bad for the interim.

Great leasing staff that are extremely friendly and helpful and made the move in process easy and stress free, quiet neighborhood, convenient location close to mall and airport. Close to place of employment.

Its a bad managed facility. Dont return messages. Then they lie to your face. Overcharge residents for late fees. Overall a very poor community. They are never available to answer questions. Property manager is rude and should go to training to better understand the residents

The experience has been terrific so far. Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and the staff has been helpful for the most part. I would like to see a little bit better communication when a package is delivered to the front was my understanding that we were to receive an email or text when we receive a package at the front office, but I haven't found that to be the case so far.

Community is quiet and well taken care of. Staff is extremely helpful and considerste, especially Joy in the office. Apartments are clean, spacious, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Trinity Commons.

Very happy with my dedication to move here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Any problems that came up were handled immediately! The maintenance crew are professional, polite and respond to emergency issues in less than 30 minutes! The property is beautiful and well maintained, couldn't ask for a more beautiful clubhouse and pool! What I love the most is how private and quiet it is here and yet it's 5 min from Rt. 40! I would highly recommend Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons to anyone asking!!

A lot of issues with apartment and appliances; however, great responsiveness and support from the office and maintenance staff. On day of move-in the apartment was not cleaned at all, and my fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine were not working.

Great community. Quiet area, love the pool and gym. Lots of kids in the area. Very dog friendly and always lots to do like food truck Wednesdays and special event nights or bootcamp for residents. Overall pleased.

I just moved into Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons and the move in experience was great. The apartment itself was in great condition and the one small issue we had was addressed very quickly by maintenance staff. The community is clean and the staff (Kristin) seems to care about their residents.

Everyone is nice and quick to help. Community is clean. Could use a couple of upgrades in the apartments such as new blinds, screens and carpet. I have enjoyed my home very much. I feel safe and at home every night!

Great, it has been a wonderful experience so far. I would recommend to family and friends. Very close to shopping center and great schools. The apartment complex is well kept the only thing I do not like is parking. Parking is awful because if you're not home by a certain time then you have to park a little ways from your apartment. I just do not like this if I have to come come home at night time

my experience has been great. I like the office team they make you feel at home and they also help you with anything you need so i really do like that. I also love my apartment its spacious and its very nice and clean when i moved in. I also love the neighbors and the neighborhood everyone is friendly and nice. I do not have any complaints so far

Biggest issue is the dog waste not being picked up. My front yard seems to be the popular place to leave waste. Very unhappy. Front office staff are rude to my guests. Main bathroom in my unit has shower draining issue since we moved in.

It's been great, I've enjoyed the dog park regularly. The pools are great, I love the cabanas. I also love the lack of breed restrictions. I have a wonderful pittbull boxer mix and it's been a blessing.

Maintenance team respond quickly. The property is kept very clean and they have community events . Dog friendly, nice dog park was added a couple of years ago. Pest control is good. Frequent trash pick ups . Standard apartment but I think there's some units that's being upgraded.

I have enjoyed my time at Colonia Grand. The area feels safe and clean. My apartment is a good size for the price I pay. But what I am most pleased with with the customer service I receive. My requests are handled quickly. I always enjoy running into the ladies who work in the office, as they are genuinely kind and concerned about the quality of my time here.

I would not recommend this property. They have rules regarding the pick up of dog waste yet the lawn in front of my apartment is a constant mine field. On numerous occasions I have talked to management but they don't seem to care. The neighbors constant drive around blasting the bass in their cars at all hours of the night.

I have no issues living at this complex. The ammenities are great for what I am looking for. The complex is slightly older but has been well maintained and affordable. You get a lot of things that you would at a brand new luxury complex but for a cheaper price!

Joy was nice but she left. The community could be cleaner. I enjoyed the pool but the gym is dated and needs to be remodel. The game room requires a key and only the staff has it. Thus it could only be used doing business hours.

I am in the process of moving in but so far everything is going well. The office staff has been extremely helpful with the application and move-in process. My specific apartment is a little older and outdated but great for the price. More updated apartments are available for a little more $.
