The overall stay at the community has been positive. My only concern was when the rate of renting increases but online listings are more so much less. I understand promotions but I feel if we are considered the community why not make us aware of specials before the lease is to expire. Also we need to be aware of that 60 days prior to the lease expiring we need to give notice to keep from having to pay extra monies that ordinary people do not have.

The apt needs some improvements, carpet, oven, refrigerators and washing and dryer machine, pests need to be controlled also. Some neighbors use marijuana so the smell is so strong to my apt. Not only that, the noise from others apartments

It's as expected. Staff is courteous. Issues are seen to promptly. My main reason for choosing this apt complex is that they dont have dog breed restrictions. I love seeing all the larger breed dogs that other part complexes will not allway

This community leaves a lot to be desired. The management team is adversarial and too busy to be bothered with residents. However, 75% of notices to enter your home are late. You are given less than 24 hours before they arrive. I have lived here a year and every month there is a problem with the trash compactor that results in you slinging kitchen trashbags 8 feet in the air to get them in a dumpster. On top of these regular occurrences, they towed the car that I owed for less than 12 towed because it didn't have a sticker that they could not provide. When I informed them that I couldn't go to work until we resolved this, I was threatened with police involvement. I can understand calling the police if you feel unsafe but I asked her to call, text, or email the manager 3-4 times which she refused to do because it was the manager's day off. I felt like this was a scene from Facebook or YouTube. I pay an exorbitant amount of rent, nonetheless, the complex tows my new car without the proper signs and the staff threatens me with police intervention but still refused to contact the manager. I feel emotionally violated. You home should be sanctuary not a place of victimization.

This is a great community for the price, and the staff is helpful anytime you have an issue. Close to the downtown area this is a great spot for any new grads who are starting off and want to maximize their money on rent in a great location.

I moved in a couple days ago and have so far enjoyed my experience. I love that the complex is dog friendly with dog waste disposal stations conveniently placed. The pool is great, too! Unfortunately, upon move-in I found that my dishwasher and bathroom fan are not working and one of the screens are broken.

The community itself is very quiet and the other residents have been pretty quiet and respectful. It's a great location that is close to pretty much anything. I have been extremely dissatisfied with the management. I had to be on top of them to get my application ran. Then I had to wait several days for my proof of income to be verified. Then add on another week before I got access to tv/internet/resident portal AND received a lease to sign. While the community is very nice it is not worth dealing with such unorganized management when there are 4 other communities within close proximity to this location.

horrible the pest makes it embarrassing to live here but it is a nice apartment complex it's jusf a few of the other apartments within the entire complex needs to be updates as well. I am enjoying my stay but I need all pest gone

Very nice just right for me at this stage in my life. Spacious apartment not to big not to small. Clean and upkeep appliances and fixtures is in good condition . Quiet or crowded area. In a known area but not too busy .

Overall very good. I've been living here since 2018 and happily called it home. Bang for the buck you get a good deal here. Sometimes I wonder if I should've taken a 1st floor unit bc of the heavy lifting I have to do often, but apart from that I enjoy it here.

There are just few people who think it is their business to know your business. Overall it is a nice community. Some areas of concern: what is up with the dumpsters and what effect is that having on our monthly rent which increased before our lease was up?

The office staff (in general except for Joy!) have been really hard to work with. Although I have had a few good, quick interactions with the new property manager. The property grounds, which is very dog friendly, comes with the downfall of dog poop everywhere from irresponsible dog owners as well as dogs being let off leash when clearly the owner does not have them under control. The grounds also is constantly littered with trash including codoms and cigarette butts. Dumpsters seem to be broken every other month. The actual apartment is fine, although outdated (older not updated apartment). Move in was a pain in the butt trying to deal with the office people- issues with stains on the rug/horrible smells/ac wired wrong so apartment was almost 100 degrees when I was moving things in. Maintenance is at least pretty quick to fix issues but it has been a 50/50 shot if the things were actually fixed right.

Have had problems since I moved in. Apartment has trouble insulation problem. Can't cook or dry clothes without steaming up apartment, then mildew on windows. Had mold and mildew in closet ruined clothes had to argue for week for them to fix it. Dog feces every where in neighborhood. Not enough vistor parking only 8 spaces for whole complex. 200.00 fine for guest when they tow car. Location is the only plus

It has been good so far. I like the amenities that the community provides and the events they have for the residents. The pools, picnic tables and grilling stations, and the gym are very good. They also have a neat little game room with pool tables and some other games. The maintenance team is very prompt in resolving issues. The only negative point I find is the mandatory cable fee and $50 per visitor pass fee.

Moving into Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons was one of the best decisions my partner and I could have made. The application and move-in process was completed with ease thanks to the amazing staff. The great location, spacious apartments, amenities, and wonderful staff are the highlights we enjoy at our apartments.

Loved the staff that I was here when I moved in and the management. The new management is fine, they are just not as personable as the last staff. I also feel there have been some minor policy changes put into effect with out notifying residents. For example, if a kitchen light goes out in my apartment, I am required to purchase the light. That has not always been the case.

Beautiful grounds, great amenities! The area is very quiet and the schools are awesome! Very clean and spacious apartment, very nice neighbors and staff. I am very pleased with my choice to rent from this community.

The staff here is great and so is the timeliness of the maintenance. I've never had to wait longer than 48 hours after entering a request. A few things that I haven't liked: 1. For some reason their dumpster area has been out of order for months so there's just a giant container right at the entrance of the complex. It's very unattractive. Again, it's been like this for months. 2. They also force you to pay $50 for cable.....hidden fee. All in all I would definitely recommend this place due to how nice and responsive the staff is. The apartment is also pretty large for the price.

Pretty great so far besides the power going out twice and the gym bar hasn't been replaced. It's also quite noisy sometimes. The alarm at the leasing office went off one night and it took a really long time for it to be turned off.

Overall the place is fine. You are forced to pay for cable (it's not free like they advertise you just don't have the option). Several residents cars were towed because of poor communication from the office. Management did nothing to help those residents. Overall it feels like management is there to rake in rent and do as little as possible for the community.

I've had a pretty good experience with this community, apartment, and leasing company/office. The three-bedroom apartment has good and reliable appliances, is clean, and is full of space and storage. The community amenities (gym, pools, office/lounge, etc.) are very nice. We have had a few difficulties in communicating with the leasing office: emails that are not replied to, applications lost when it comes time to renew our lease, and some miscommunication, but overall they have been pretty understanding given the changes to the physical office and the online system.
