Very responsive and Pleasant to work with! It eas easy to take care of. Every time I have a maintenance request, the person who comes to my apaerment is always nice and Friendly. They are a very nice group of people.

It has been an okay journey, the only thing I am very dissatisfied with is the excessive amount of roaches that is in the complex and in my apartment. Also trash is left outside of neighbors doors. It's very displeasing and disappointing because I pay to live here. It really ruins the reputation of the building complex.

Very quiet and peaceful. The people in the office are great. The neighborhood is nice and clean. When I moved into my apartment it was stress and worry free. My apartment was nice and clean i just had to move my stuff in

It is okay. I see problem with trash compactors all the time. Finding parking spot is really hard and there are never spot next to my building. People leave dogs waste everywhere. they don't clean after their pets. There is a need for trash cans outside each building

I don't recommend it. The value of the community isn't work the price. Staff and maintenance are nice and responsive but the community itself is not up to standard. If you're a dog owner, absolutely don't live here. The grounds are so messy with food and fecal material, and the dog park is almost always littered with dog poop and is closed at varying times with no communication. You pay additional fees for amenity services and they aren't always accessible, I.e closed or not ready or not functioning. The quality of the apartment is not as high as they sell it. AND they'll raise your rent hundreds of dollars for each lease renewal. NOT worth it.

They don't tell you about the big PEST problem they have when you sign the lease. I found roaches all over my apartment when I first walked in. I got their free pest control and the guy barely did anything and roaches kept coming. The walls are kind of thin. If someone talks loudly or plays loud music it can be heard. The floor boards are creaky so if you live on the first or second floor you almost always hear people walking around. College students live here too so they tend to be shouting and playing music late in the night. Overall, if I could find a better place to live I would but sadly I can't find a cheaper place than this that is close to my job...

I love it here it's super calm quiet neighbors are nice , the community is clean and well maintained , anytime I need any kind of help or service the leasing office is beyond helpful , I love it here ive been here going on 3 years

The community is nice and we love living here. The staff are nice and the grounds are well kept. Maintenance responds quickly and they are helpful in giving suggestions. The clubhouse has options for entertainment and the dog park is great. The pool is also very nice to hangout at in the warmer days and the bbqs are great to have and invite family over

Great experience with great amenities and a wonderful location close to a ton of things to do. Building is wonderful, staff is helpful. Apartments are beautiful and up to date. Love it here so far. Best decision we made

Great staff, quick with any maintenance request, quiet building, nice community with excellent proximity to downtown Raleigh. Plenty of parking and is all breed of dog friendly. Dog poop pick up stations every 100 yards. Nice little dog park.

We loved it so much after viewing that we moved in a day and a half later. The grounds are clean, the apartment was spotless, the staff is TOP TIER. We couldn't have asked for better in any way, shape, or form.

Very pleasant environment. I enjoy the view from my window daily. I love walking through the community, and enjoy the landscape. I feel very safe when walking throughout the community. All maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hours. Very comfortable apartment.

There are trees blocking the light on Duke Energy Pole Number 7Y205. This is the pole that is blocked by trees on the right side of Trinity Commons Lane if you are driving towards Nowell Road. I tried to report the light being blocked by the trees on the Duke Energy Website ( ) but their website states: "Sorry, vegetation overgrowth is not a lighting repair issue. Property owners are responsible for maintaining the growth of any trees interfering with lights located on their property. For more information, please visit Trees & Right of Way or call us at 800.POWERON )." Also the trees on the right side of Trinity Commons Lane from Trinity Oaks Lane are hanging very low on Trinity Commons Lane. They are hanging so low that cars have to drive near the center of Trinity Commons Land with delivery trucks and buses driving on the left side of Trinity Commons Lane. It should be noted that on the left side of the intersection of Nowell Road and Trinity Commons Lane there are trees, weeds and other vegetation blocking the view of traffic coming down Nowell Road. Also the employees of L&L Concrete are parking on the right side of Nowell Road blocking the view of traffic coming down Nowell Road making the intersection of Nowell Road and Trinity Commons very dangerous. Below is a picture taken on Feb 3, 2022 showing the trees blocking the light on Duke Energy Pole Number 7Y205 that was on request number 3833639 showing that the work has not been completed.

The apartments are older but have been renovated. I was looking for a pit bull friendly neighborhood and this apt had the most space for the best price of all the maa communities that I visited. They also offered me a great discount on 1st months rent and waved my deposit fee because I work for a preferred employer! Zach was a good communicator and resolved the issues I found in the apartment within 24 hours. He was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the community so far.

My over all experience has been great from the day I signed my lease and that same day moved in and inspected everything. Love the location of this place as it is 20 minutes from almost everything. The school district is great as well. Also the amenities is awesome as well.

Very professional and smooth move in. The leasing office staff are all nice and get straight to the point. The complex is well kept on the exterior and interior from what I can tell with my specific unit. Parking is convenient and plenty of amenities available.

My experience at Trinity Commons started out wonderfully! The leasing agents I worked with from then, summer 2021, until now have been amazing. However this has quickly gone sour. There was a water leak from a toilet on the floor above me and it caused a lot of issues in my apartment ceiling. This issue took me calling the front office three times to get handled. Though it was not the fault of the leasing agents, maintenance and management did not follow through. The issue has been going on for over a week now and still is not fixed. I have had to stay with a friend because my all of the running equipment in the unit has made the space 79 degrees, oh and there's hole in the ceiling. I was also told not much could be done to compensate because my situation wasn't "unlivable" and that "sometimes things happen." I would recommend that if you choose to apply to this complex, which genuinely is great, that you just demand a health and safety check before signing a lease.

Good location but the leasing office is trigger happy with towing people. They make you pay $50 for every guest pass and are more than happy to tow your guests or even your own car if you forget to put a pass on your own car. The quality of the apartment for the price you pay is not worth it, my family has been living here for a few years so we asked for some appliance/hardware updates and they pretended they would accommodate but never did. The good thing about this place is that maintenance shows up pretty quickly and they do a good job and are friendly. The leasing office staff is not so friendly. The stairs into the apartments are filthy and never get cleaned. There's always garbage and bugs all over the place. We've just had this place as a temporary placeholder until we can buy a home and the only thing keeping us here is how close it is to everything.

Conveniently Located, Parks and event nearby, quick easy access to interstate. Some.neighbors are friendly while others aren't. Grounds are well maintained, I know because the crews wake me up every time. Plenty of around to see.. like snakes

They're are a lot of pest in my apartment and I clean everyday. I don't leave food out. At night when I take the trash out they're alot of roaches on the brick wall where the compactors are. Other than that I like the apartment.

It could be better, they do not fix your issue in a timely manner. I have put several request in for my ceiling to be repaired . After the problem was eventually solved the 2nd time . However my ceiling is still not repaired from damaged. Caused by water

The community is quiet and clean. The amenities are always well kept and the atmosphere is nice and mellow. Being around the corner from PNC Arena was a plus with access to events and Drive Shack within walking distance just ups the entertainment factor.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. It was the absolute worst place I’ve EVER lived. So grateful I moved out into my own house. These people don’t care about anyone. All they care about is money. They have a maintenance guy who will come over and talk about drugs to you, management that are money hungry and extremely rude, they won’t fix your maintenance issues for weeks at a time sometimes, they will deny your emotional support animal at move in with proper documentation and make you fight it for two months, they will go out of their way to find more money opportunities even if it’s a sensitive subject. They don’t care if you’re in a bad or even abusive situation because they want your money. Don’t move here. I should have listened to the other reviews. This place is a nightmare and everyone at the complex talks about it. Worst place to live — save yourself and look elsewhere
