A week after we arrived our apartment was flooded. Our dish washer months later flooded our kitchen. We have been sick with respiratory problems the whole time we have been here. I love the apartment and location, but we have had one problem after the other. Oh yeah, the windows build up mold in the winter

The apartment itself is okay and my neighbors are quiet. The dog park is nice unfortunately, there is always dog feces. The grounds although maintained also have lots of dog feces laying around. I stepped in poop three times in less than a year. Maintenance is a hit or miss. Maintenance and leasing office do a horrible job of keeping you informed of what is going on or what needs to be done. Be prepared for hidden fees due to miss communication on THEIR part. Also, what's the point of having a club house with a theater if you can't use it?! Its closed after office hours and most people who live in this complex work during on site during those times.

My experience at this community has been not so great the rent for a one bedroom is ridiculous and you hear your neighbors running up and downstairs also the company will not work with you sometimes you may hear gun shots the only great thing is the maintenance man they are really on top of things.

The absolute worst of the worst! Roach infestations ,unreported drive by shootings, vehicles being stolen and no security or cameras , dog poop everywhere, absurd up charges on water/sewer (had to pay 700$ for water due to running toilet that they took they’re sweet time on to fix ) rude and useless leasing agents and property managers, towing and VERY limited visitor parking, outdated appliances and apartments ANYTHING you negative you can think of this property has! Would not recommend this to a homeless person if they were giving away units for FREE! Please spend your money else ware, because that is all they see you as; a money pit. They are very lucky I have the patience I have! RENT FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Signing the lease was relatively easy, with good communication with the leasing office. Even the tour around the community was one of the best we had in the area, being able to visit the unit itself and the common areas. Neighbors can be noisy and the office can't really do much about them. Weed is smoked all over the place and the smell would get everywhere. The unit maintenance is quite good, all the problems I had were solved within 24 business hours, they are really committed to having things fixed. Common areas maintenance is not that good tho, from huge spots without mulch to trash all over the kids playground. The recycler/dump area is relatively clean. There are absolutely no community events (actually zero in the last eight months), but some pet trait and flower give-aways; this is very disappointing coming in from another MAA community where we had an event every other month or more (burger, wine & cheese, donuts, coffee, etc for any holiday, or just sponsored events by some major brands).

Office personnel are wonderful. Grounds are well maintained. Wish all residents would pick up after their dogs. Wish pool was open earlier (in April) and closed later. And 200 characters is more than I have to offer.

it's changing, parking is becoming an issue. 4 cars residing in 1 apartment, all do not have the maa sticker in the window. cars taking space, but not driven taking up space. animal waste on the grass, electric window units!

Never had issues here. The two times I've called maintenance they have been on site to address the issue within the hour. They have always resolved issues the same day when possible. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is nice enough.

High crime rate, huge package theft problem, consistent DV reports and police calls to the complex. Apartment buildings are run down and renovated apartments are poorly down/ cheap. Insane rent hikes even though they'll relist the same apartment for cheaper due to being unable to fill it. Community amenities (gym) consistently in disrepair. Apartment manager notified of crime and amenities being broken and responded that "the gym doesn't qualify as an apartment amenity" in writing?. Even though its listed on their own website (has no idea what the amenities of her own complex are/ completely does not care about her own residents). 1st floor neighbors apartment condemned by the police, and more. Have consistently complained about being left off the apartment email chain and have lived here over a year and it's never been fixed. Got double billed for the month that I resigned and wasn't even refunded, it just got credited to my account. Overall terrible experience and wouldn't recommend. Bad property + bad management = you can find plenty of apartments in Raleigh that are better and cheaper. Will be moving once lease is finished.

I enjoy the layout, landscaping, and the pools in the community. However, the biggest flaw is the construction of the buildings themselves. I'm on the second floor, and when the person above me walks around it is extremely loud. The floorboards sound like they are made of styrofoam. It's difficult to sleep if the person above you decides to stay up late.

Not great and generally, this is due to poor management and poor neighbors, taking advantage of the poor management. People will leave trash out in the breezeways, next to the dumpsters, and even on the main road, driving through the neighborhood. There is also a huge issue with dog poop being left outside without being picked up and the complexes sent out an email acknowledging this is a problem but has made zero indication of what action they're taking to amend the problem and so the problem persist.

Quiet neighborhood, maintenance comes quickly, dislike the number of parking permits per apartment, nice pools, rent increase every year without renovations is insane!! Small kitchen and dining. Nice size living room and bedrooms.

The entire process was simple and reassuring. The access to pools, game rooms, and the gym were a total plus. However, the accommodation for pets is what won us over. The layout and space in the apartment were a huge bonus.

The tour was great.The application process as well as the supervisor was horrible. The application process was never completed but I was still charged. I would never rent in this place. Mainly because the Supervisor, Courtney, is very unprofessional. If the leadership is unprofessional and takes sides, when you have a real issue, it won't be taken care of.

Great place to call home. The grounds are well maintained and if there are issues in the apartment they respond promptly. MAA also had a wonderful program that helps families who have members who are having medical treatment. I'm not planning on going anywhere.

I really like this apartment complex because it is kept neat and clean. I am not exaggerating when I say that all maintenace requests have been taken care of THE SAME DAY!!! There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is maintained well.
