My experience at the community was great, professional, and fun. The community is gorgeous with a lot of greenery, I love the Zen Garden, the clubhouse, and the pool is amazing.Bryce was the leasing assistant that have me the tour of the community property and apartment. He was great.

The stuffs response pretty fast and professional. The environment is quite and beautiful. Well maintained. The public area is large enough, kids friendly. Keep going. The location is good, close to ncsu and sport studio

Slow start and still having issues with some things. It's very early into the lease so I'm being hopeful. I do notice when a maintenance request has been filled there's no indication from the office the work has been done, then I get an email saying how was the work.

I appreciate all the maintenance staff and the management team at this community. They have all been wonderful. Anytime I was having an issue with my apartment or with a neighbor they were able to assist.

So far so good. Quiet neighborhood full of activities for the family. Convient to various places. Staff a pleasure to encounter. Maintenance team also friendly and efficient. Overall a good price for the area

Great job when you need anything done they are on top of it and do a great job at it.. I love the area would highly recommend people to live there.. very convenient to places? I've been here for a few months and love it.

Overall the property appears to be maintained, they could do a better job of communicating with residents. Two months after I moved in they switched from one vehicle sticker to another. One email was sent out regarding the new sticker. Caught up in moving in, and working I did not see the email. The office claims there were signs up by the dumpsters and mailbox kiosks, most residents I talked to didn't see the signs either. We are required to pay our rent on their app which is divided into sections for various communications. They could've/should've provided this important information there, as well. Needless to say, my car was robbed(!) by the tow company in the middle of the night. The office staff has refused to reimburse me of the $245 it cost me to get my car back. I'm still trying to decide how to respond, but I will not be renewing. There are other issues too, such as loud noise in the night and pot smoking neighbors.

If you are looking for a great home, this is your sign to make MAA TRINITY your home. The Apartments are very spacious and designed very well. Maintenance checks in and even the Employees to make sure you have a great experience with your new community.

Quiet, safe, management is very nice hands on . They take care of any problem swiftly. Maintenance requests are done fast , professionally, no cut corners. Swimming pools are very nice up to date . When I leave it will be to my house.

This is a great community! The grounds are very well taken care of. Any time I have had an issue with my apartment (and there have been very few times!), I always get a very prompt response and everything is taken care of and the communication is terrific!

The staff doesn't care about the tenants or at least not me. The staff only care about getting people in apartments even if they tell lies; then you have to pay for they lies they tell if you want to live in a comfortable environment.

Every MAA property I visited is amazing! All the staff I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and pleasant! As of today, I've lived here for a week and have been very comfortable and I havn't even moved any of my stuff in yet. The community is clean and quiet. I am looking forward to settling in here.

Quiet decent community. Apartments are cute and updated perfect spot for young adults/college students. Staff is helpful and professional. Gym is ok. Rent is a little high for the quality but that's everywhere right now. Tour and figure out if it's right for you

I was truly happy when I first moved in, the rent was reasonable and the apartment adequate. The second year the rent increase was reasonable, but the third year it was quite high. I was hoping for some new updates. Like a new rug especially since the rent increased considerably. It's a decent community and there's easy access to the thorough ways. I do appreciate my location it's close to many stores and restaurants. There should be more communication with management and residents. It would really be a great idea to renovate the older units.

When I moved in, the staff was ready, super welcoming, and had all my items ready to go. The community is quiet and kind and I haven't had any problems. If a problem with my unit comes up, the maintenance staff is quick to fix it.

The biggest help this complex provides is Raleigh can be very expensive. this place gives a great price and the staff is incredible. They respond quickly when there is something that needs to be fixed or addressed.

The experience at MAA trinity has been nothing short of excellent. The response from the maintenance team and the office is almost always immediate and they don't wait around to act and correct a small inconvenience. 10 out of 10 staff and even better community.
