On a decline since new ownership took over. Although staff are friendly that are not being led, office has no systems to enhance client experience,for e.g office mail package system is a joke with packages on floor and disorganized on shelves. Sometimes office is closed when it shouldn't be so we have to make multiple trips ,i heard one lady complain that she couldn't get her medication on time,I experienced something similar.

Great sense of community with very kind and courteous neighbors. Apartment Updates are definitely not top of the line but are still very pretty. These apartments are solid built with no noise issues, the grounds are kept very clean, and the office staff are all very nice and helpful. Well worth the money!

Although there is a high turnover of staff, I have not had any major issues. I have been safe in this community. Prices are high & the add one like trash valet fee etc adds more to your price. some apartments you have to rent the washer & dryer in the apartment & cannot opt out.

Great community. Great staff. Renovated apartment. But the one thing I think any resident deserves regardless of floor plan you have or how much you pay on rent , is to have a decent night of sleep. I never had so much problems sleeping in my room. Please, find a solution.

They offer no amenities (gym, laundry room, etc.) currently because of renovations that are said to not be complete until March-April...or later, even though the website still advertises for them. The girls in the leasing office insist on charging the rent of a 'luxury' apartment while this complex is far from and will not negotiate rent due to lack of amenities. I have been in and out of the leasing office prior to moving out discussing the issues and even got corporate involved only to be told "there is no wiggle room." Greystar use to manage this complex until Continental Realty Corporation bought them out a few months ago, and ever since then there has been only rude and senseless people working in the leasing office. After all of this, they still tried to jack my rent up about 6%. I recommend going to Six Forks Station across the street where they have all their amenities and save hundreds of dollars in rent. There is a reason why as to why there are so many apartment floor plans available. I will never rent from Continental Realty Corporation ever again.

The pet friendly location is convenient to multi-travel needs and to a wide variety of shopping locations. The pool and gym are clean and easy to access. The trash pick up service is red-carpet fabulous. The option for a garage is also nice to have.

I love the layout and appliances of my apartment, quiet neighbors, and the staff is great and friendly. The only issue is that I keep getting large water bugs in my apartment that I cannot seem to get rid of.

The office staff has always been friendly and very helpful! The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. Our neighbors so far are quiet although one upstairs has a dog who barks with a high pitch while she is evidently away at work. Still, they seem to lall be good neighbors! We enjoy our spacious apartment with clean lines. We do wish that fewer parking spaces were rented out so that we could arrive home late but still park without a long walk. Thank you!

Clean apartments, bug free, good maintenance both outdoor well as indoors friendly staff however did experience 1 car breakin from the time I moved in. Would suggest tighter security. I have lived in the Village for going on 19 years and enjoy the fact I have grocery stores close by restaurants as well as so many things. this is a good place for youth have a Y and schools are very close so I can stay I have always enjoyed living in the Village

The office staff are very friendly and attentive to needs. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. You can get a good size apartment at a good rate if you find a decent rate at the right time. I get a lot of complements on my apartment.

The community just received about 6 inches of snow. My toilet was clogged and would not flush. I called maintenance. Within 15 minutes, maintenance was knocking on my door to fix my toilet. Amazing response time!!

So far it has been a good experience. The staff and maintenance personnel have been pretty good. I do not like the hidden costs on your rent or the explanation of the extra charge. I do not hear traffic but I do hear neighbors music at a late hour.

I have not loved living here. I've had routine repetitive maintenance issues since day 1, and the amenities offered are not good. The pool is closed 50% of the time and even when open it feels like a bath tub and is not refreshing. Office staff is nice, but not very helpful. I did not receive the apartment upgrades promised when signing my lease, and I had to pay for reserved parking in order to park near my building as 75% of the spots at my building are reserved only. The dog park is a gross science experiment and the "new" one they promised has been delayed for months. Storage is lacking inside, and the pantry/laundry combo is the worst! I've made this place my home by my own efforts, but will not renew here and would not recommend it to others

The village has been ok while our stay here. Ashley is great but our neighbors below us are very inconsiderate and like to start arguments. They know i have child and still complain and noise ordnance starts at 10pm.

The Village is in a great location. An easy walk to several restaurants and grocery stores. Sidewalks lead to parks, gyms and shopping. Dog friendly and even has a dog park. I have always felt safe here as well. The staff responds quickly to any communications or maintenance requests.

We have been residents since 2015. Each year our rent has gone up and up to the point I get very anxious at renewal. This year, they tried to increase our rent $280 per month while the quality has certainly decreased. Our apartment was infested with mice. We have killed 6 mice so far and still have issues. Not to mention we have lost so much due to the mice infestation. Recently they fixed our sprinklers and antifreeze went all over our garage ruining more items. Beware: they are known to offer great rates to move in but each year your rate will drastically increase.

Fantastic CENTRAL location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, walkways/sidewalks and even a movie theater! No need to even drive anywhere! Nice pool and newly renovated fitness center. Plenty of parking and even a new dog park!
