We love it here and it's a great community of people. The staff and management are excellent. Great place for families. Very dog friendly and kid friendly area. Peaceful, clean and quiet, but also friendly community. Plenty of parking, space and openness. Just a quick walk away from stores and food. Great location for commuting and getting around the city.

The homes and grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests, the community does preventative maintenance regularly. Pest control is also good. I'm in a first floor home and have had only two bugs in my apartment, both right by the door and dead just how you want them! The fact that they are dead means the preventative spray is working.

It's a decent place to live. Smaller in person than what the pictures made it seem. It's local to a lot of convenient places. I'm new to the city so I like that it's easy to get where I need to be from home.

The grounds and the apartments themselves are tired looking. Some units have been remodeled, but not all. The planting on the New World Circle side is old with some barren areas where trees have been cut but never replaced. The rent is reasonable. The maintenance staff, especially Gabriel Terani, is wonderful.

Very good, friendly staff as well as courteous. Grounds are well kept, There are plenty of nice stores for shopping close by to include food, bakeries and salons and even car repair -maintenance shops.

It was great until there was water damage in my building which is still unfixed a month later. I called the office today and was told "hopefully someone will look at it next week, it's a bigger problem than expected". Meanwhile my family and baby are sick constantly and I'm wondering if it's due to unresolved water damage and who knows what else is being neglected around here if visible, known water damage is going over a month before someone even looks at it??

I love living here. The apartments are nice and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. I feel safe here. Nice, quiet community surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. We have a pool, gym, and dog park.

Price is okay. Cockroaches in apartment even after pest control comes. Neighbors are not thoughtful when valley trash is out and litters on door steps. Wasn't given a fob when I moved in to access the amenities after hours.

Nice neighbors, solid amenities within walking distance. Not sure what else to say. It is a place to live while working at a job. Price per square foot is less than half of the cost in San Francisco.

The Office Staff is very helpful and always willing to help in whatever way needed.The complex grounds are well maintained, continuously neat & clean. Neighbors are friendly, quiet and on at least 1 occasion, that I personally experienced, displayed honesty seldom seen anymore. A great place to call "Home".

For the price in this area The Village Apartments check off the boxes. Over the 2 years we have lived here staff has improved a lot. I do highly recommend touring the exact unit if at all possible. Overall it has been a good experience and good value

This community is nice for the most part, the parking is somewhat of a struggle but the space in the apartments themselves are very nice and roomy, the kitchens are equally as nice. The maintenance is quick to attend to issues, however the office staff do not respond to calls a lot of the time, and you will have to leave a message or call back later.

Clean and safe. Great proximity to local businesses and roads. Close to green areas. Friendly staff, prompt response time to concerns and issues. These are not "luxury"; I enjoy the 9 ft ceilings, but appliances and features are dated. Renovated bathrooms, but showers are tiny. Walk in closets are nice but also reduce square footage of common areas.

Very satisfied. I chose the Village primarily based on its location. My sister and I were ;moving here together. I knew my way around when we moved, she didn't, but I had just had back surgery and was not getting around very well. This location is on a direct line up Six Forks to our brother and his family. And this is close to grocery, drug store, gas station, bank and even fast food and take-out. And if you don't want to get out, most places deliver. Makes for an ideal location.
