Maintenance guys (Donte & Gabe) are amazing. Friendly & professional. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable (Jennifer & Melissa) but my important requests (those that affect my health) are never fulfilled. The community is getting aesthetically (exterior paint and breezeway cleanliness) run-down and the quality of the residents since the pandemic has gone downhill significantly. Drug use is common. Cars park randomly here at night. Ive reported this. I dont feel as safe as I think I should. If I could afford to move, I would leave immediately.

The leasing process was a complete breeze! Jennifer did a great job informing me of all amazing things the property entailed. When taking a tour the scenery and location was perfect! Jennifer made sure to follow up with any and everything needed, as well as Tamara. This experience was by far the easiest and I'm beyond glad I chose The Village!

My initial review gave the community stellar marks. The leasing consultant, Tamara, is exceptional and the grounds are very lovely. There was also a community event going on when I visited, which I find an attractive way for residents to get to know one another. This follow up review; however, is not so good. I did a thorough walk through prior to signing the lease. The apartment and appliances were in excellent condition and the renovations were nice. I signed the lease and moved in a few days later. When I moved in, the kitchen stove had been swapped out for one that was scarred and layered on the inside with baked on filth. The racks were so caked they had to be replaced. They denied swapping out the stove (again, I did a thorough inspection with Tamara present during my walk through). I turned on faucets, opened the freezer, tested the disposal and bathroom vents...and yes, opened the oven to inspect its cleanliness! There is even exposed plaster in the kitchen entrance that was not there previously, where someone clearly moved a large appliance that scrapped againt the wall partition. Instead of replacing the filthy unit with one in better, cleaner condition, the apartment manager tasked maintenance with cleaning the oven. Not professional cleaners, but maintenance. BTW, the maintenance I've encountered were fantastic. This is by no means a reflection on them. They replaced the racks and scrubbed the oven as best they could. There is still filth baked in there they were unable to get rid of. I have pictures. I'm absolutely disappointed in how the apartment manager is trying to cut corners instead of resolving the issue right the first time. Filthy kitchen appliances are how pests infest properties. These units also have no microwaves, so I've been forced to purchase fast food for warm meals. I'm trying to be patient. I've even offered to pay for professional cleaners and the cost be deducted from my rent. The worst thing is trying to solution with someone who clearly does not hold a standard of excellence. I'm very disappointed and hope this gets resolved.

Wonderful walkable community that is maintained extremely well! There is a dog park and pool and lovely community dove and fitness center. Parking is adequate and they pick up your garbage at your door!

It is lovely. Quiet, peaceful and full of birds. Prompt, courteous and polite maintenance crew. Great parking and a lovely view from my particular apartment. Close to grocery stores, thrift shop and gyms.

The managers are nice and the maintenance staff is prompt. They can fix most things. The apartment is spacious and has nice amenities. No issues with pests. Even with trash pick up., there are no bugs that gather. I like it here.

The staff is friendly. The maintenance staff does excellent work. I appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds. I also like that our location is close to my bank, my work, and several restaurants that I go to. It is a quiet and restful location.

Great neighborhood within seconds of many shops. Staff are friendly and very helpful and easy to work with. The community is very well kept and quiet. Also within 3 minutes of 540 highway. I recommend this neighborhood if you work in RTP area.

Overall happy with community. However, rent is high and utilities are very high given size of unit and limited usage. Maintenance staff are prompt and get issues resolved quickly. Would be great to have a car wash area. Location is very convenient.

The Village at Autumn Winds and New World Circle is a mixed community of singles, families, people waiting to buy a house, and retirees who are still active. There are monthly events, a pool that is open during the warmer months, and a fitness center that is open 24/7. Harvest Plaza Shopping Center is within walking distance (family-friendly restaurants, Lowes Foods, and Walgreens). There is no regularly scheduled bus service. Parking close to one's apartment is generally not a problem. I feel safe in this community (although it is not gated, the staff alerts us by email if there have been any issues). The maintenance staff quickly responded to my frantic 2 am call about my upstairs neighbor's leaking water heater. There is an Amazon Hub on the premises, near the mail kiosk.

The area is clean. The lawns are very well taken care. This makes the complex more attractive.Excellent maintenance staff.We find the heating/cooling for this apartment very good. The complex is relatively quiet.

I love living here. This is a great place to stay. I have been here for 5+ years. I've never had any major issues or concerns. The staff is very helpful. My apartment is nice. I've had a grand old time staying at The Village.

Office seems currently mismanaged with a high turnover rate. They don't cause problems, but fixing them when they come up sometimes takes a while, and there's a lack of proper communication and understanding. The maintenance team, however, is amazing. Very quick, respectful, and competent.

The Village Apartment Homes are meticulously kept. Litter is never apparent. Landscape is seasonal and enhances the surroundings. Staff are polite, friendly, and eager to be of assistance. I would recommend The Village to all.

I have truly enjoyed living at The Village Apartments. Everyone in office staff is very kind and they keep the areas (outside and inside) clean and free of bugs or rodents. They are kind and patient people.

Wonderful neighborhood, close to tons of shops and places to go out to eat. A little bit noisy at times, due to cars flying down the stretch of Strickland, but not as bad as I figured it would be. Everything is clean.

Easy and fast approval and move in process! I knew what floor plan I wanted, I was approved in about 3 days. Everything as far as the lease and move in information was sent over via email. Walked into the office on move in day and was greeted very politely. I have not had any issues at all. Very quiet neighborhood as well.

I've had a great experience in my time at the Village. The office staff and maintenance personnel are very friendly and willing to help you with any concerns through my experience. The area is fairly quiet and there are a lot of locally owned business within walking distance. Lots of convenience!
