I have enjoyed my stay at the village apartments. The area is generally very clean and quiet. Maintenance requests have always been performed promptly and professionally. I really have no complaints about my stay so far.

Great move in experience! Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend Village apartments to my friends and family. I have had members of my family live here in previous years and they loved it! Great spot to call home!

The process of the application was for easy and the management answer all questions if there was an problem they will fix it and the apartment was clean not dirty every thing worked in the apartment. I was every happy with every.

The Village Apartments are above average. The apartments are have hardwood vinyl floors and a ceiling fan in the living room. The grounds are kept groomed and the plants are maintained. The dog park is above average and has special ground cover so that it is never muddy. There is a special water fountain for the dogs by the park. There is plenty of dog stations for dog bags and used bag disposal.

I call this community my home. The office manager is a good listener; the maintenance workers are respectful & do their best when a work order is submitted. The grounds are well kept; it is a friendly environment in which to live.

Great location, Nice staff to work with, on-time response for service request. Pet friendly and I would recommend location to any of my friends. I love living here and I think that if you're looking for a quiet pet friendly family atmosphere this is the place to come.

Best office staff ever from the virtual tour (FaceTime) to any questions I had. Great communication throughout the year. Nice and quiet place that's close to everything with lots that are walkable. All the neighbors are nice.

Very pleasant. Grounds are kept very well and clean. Love the location. Response time is very good. Parking needs to be addressed. Elderly and people that should have at least one parking space in their apt parking lot have to walk alone from other apt parking lots in the community. It is not safe. One space per apt should be reserved and then all others are first come.

Nice people and a great environment and a great location the Wi-Fi reception is not good. Spectru Is awful and that's the only option for TV/Internet here. Other than that it's a very nice community. I would definitely recommend it

The Village Apartments are a great choice for rental residents in the North Raleigh area. The apartment layouts are well done and comfortable. The grounds are attractive and the maintenance and office staff are responsive and helpful. The location can't be beat! Super close to shopping, dining and other convenient services. Highly recommend this complex.

This apartment community does a beautiful job of maintaining the grounds and all the appliances in the apartment. The maintenance people are so friendly and very knowledgeable and capable of fixing any problem. I can't say enough great things about them.

The AC is a bit old. It has been repaired three times since we moved in last October. We were always told it was due to the leaking of the freon. May need a more detailed maintenance. Some of the packages were delivered incorrectly. The missing packages are impossible to track.

It is a great apartment and a great community. The complex is well maintained and all of the neighbors are respectful of one another. Myran, is very helpful and always goes above and beyond for the tenets at Autumn Winds.

I recently moved in 2 weeks ago, it was smooth move in process, nice staff, nice community, plenty of restaurants in the area, as well as shopping amenities. I would have to say so far so good, no complaints here.

The Village Apartments made it a very easy process to complete the rental process. The apartment was updated in 2019. The apartment was very clean at move in. The valet trash service is a nice amenity.

Overall my experience has been pleasant. The staffs are always professional and always attempts to help or direct me to someone who can help. The gym, pool area and parking lot are always cleaning. I truly appreciate it.

Normal I spent much time at my working place, so my daughter Najat is the one who living at the house every day. But we satisfy with the service we get at the place. We love it. Good neighbor, safe, clean etc.

I love this apartment. It's big, modern, beautiful. My neighbors are great. The staff is great. It has a gym, a pool, a cycle room, an Amazon hub, sufficient parking options. The community managers at very responsive.

the staff at the community have been great. Maintenance has always solved any issue we have had swiftly. the office staff is always friendly and nice. the issues are no security at the complex at all. cars get broken into at the complex all the time. instead of beefing up security, the complex manager chooses to send the same email out stating you should lock your car. second biggest issue is the tenants. multiple apartments have college aged kids in them that party any night of the week, until the wee hours of the morning. they also litter everywhere. these issues have been brought to management's attention multiple times and nothing gets done.

I haven't had the best experience. My rent was lost and I received and eviction due to the mistake of the staff. The was a shooting and nothing was done about the safety precautions. There hae been 4 water heater leaks and my carpet and some of my property were wet and the carpet has not been replaced and its mold underneath the carpet and I notified the office about it. There was a bad leak above me and it was water all over my bathroom floor and the water leaked in the kitchen area. Its just a mess.
