First Choice!
What a fantastic staff! You could not ask for a more helpful, enthusiastic group! They are always available and the maintenance problems are fixed correctly and quickly. The location is perfect and the landscape is top notch. If I move back to the raleigh area this will definitely be my first choice!

Deposit return a problem... otherwise nice.
Actually, I really enjoyed living on this property... We had a two-bedroom, two bath for a year. The apartment was huge, we had our own garage, a private entry and it is located in a lovely neighborhood. Our neighbors weren´t the most social or friendly, but we enjoyed the privacy and peace. <br> <br>The office staff was nice, but utterly impossible to get ahold of. They frequently close the office early and GOOD LUCK getting someone to call you back! Very annoying... <br> <br>The grounds are lovely and I did feel like I was living somewhere special... but for that price, I´d better! <br> <br>However, when we moved out, it took them over 6 months to return our security deposit! Only after I called the attorney general and threatened a lawsuit did they return it, and I actually had to deal with the corporate office instead of this location. I was thoroughly frustrated and irritated with them at that point. Make sure you keep your records on how you paid your deposit. <br> <br>
