So far the community has been fine. People are friendly and considerate of others. All in all, the complex offers a nice array of services and amenities. Needs are well taken care of. The only issued I have had is setting up the automatic billing. The default rent I set up for auto payment needed to have an over-ride to it. I didn't realize that. The office worked with me so that is cleared up now.

Great community..... near lots of shopping and church's and transportation....easy access to main highways... quiet and peaceful... well kept and beautiful!! Worked hard over COVID-19 to keep residents safe!!

Love living at The Village Apartments. Staff and maintenance people are always very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and everything thing is kept up nicely. Also love the surrounding area and location and convenience to shops

absolutely LOVE this community and the staff has been so wonderful and helpful. The layout of the apartment has been helpful since the rooms are on two separate ends so we are not on top of each other. The garage is a bonus.

Nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors, Convenient to most shopping centers as well as 540. Maintenance fixes problems in a timely manner and sprays for pests frequently. I enjoy the view of my balcony, fun time at the pool, and gym. I only wish we did more as a community. Other than that I have no complaints!

The Staff is very nice and does a great job with keeping in contact with the residents.The neighbors are very friendly. The inside of the apartments are large and spacious. I love it! I've recommended friends to the community and i'll continue to do so !

My experience at this community has been great. Staff are always very professional, maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely matter and overall the community is a very quiet place where you can relax after coming home from a long day at work. The front office has been really helpful and accommodating during this uncertain times. The rooms have been quite spacious with great ammenities. My neighbors that I have met so far have been kind. This community is also very walkable to many types of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful clean quiet community close to shopping and major highways. All personnel are wonderful to work with and dedicated to serve you.I love living here. As a senior living here I feel very secure and save when walking the grounds. There always seems to be a service personnel here or there aware of what's going on and ready to help if needed.

Do yourself a favor. Do not live here the staff is SO incredibly hard to work with that it is not worth it. zero sense of what a community is. They will ask you for money and trick you in to a lease then offer no help or transparency in what they are doing. They do not know how to execute any plans or deal with changing times. I will be moving out as soon as I can!

Everything is fine. Maintenance is wonderful. Staff is great. I neva had any problems. Great neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly an care for one another. Very quiet. I love Myran ur the bomb. Just hoping i could keep the place since some of us wont b going bk to our jobs during this Corona virus. But management has been working wit the community. Great Job.... Love this place!!!!

The parking lot renovations created a lot of confusion. We need more and earlier communications about the community. The river birch trees are very messy. Trimming them might help.Packages are delivered to the office that we don't know about, so how will we get them?

Premises are kept up. Apt are clean and updated. Friendly staff from the office to maintenance crew. Love the pool.. although i wish they didnt shut down the grills. They hold events for the residents. I'm not able to make most of them. But very nice

Overall Positive experience I like the Design of the apartment complex and the new dog park. Staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot is not very good and have to pay extra for a spot. Roads are blocked a lot

The Village is a great apartment complex. Ideal location in north Raleigh. The layout of the apartment is an open style with an attached garage. The staff went out of there way to make the move from D.C. to Raleigh painless

Just about all of the neighbors here are cheerful, upbeat and friendly. If you start a conversation in the parking lot about someone's dog, fun at the Village Apartments pool, the weather or other local events, you are not ignored and it makes you feel welcomed. I am happy I live here for these reasons.

The apartments themselves are really nice. We haven't had too many issues with bugs and most of our neighbors are nice. The office staff is okay depending on the day and time. There were a lot of staff changes when the apartment ownership changed. We lost a lot of great office staff members with the change. There's one guy in the front office who is really nice. The other leasing agent is rude. Maintenance is okay. They tend to leave projects half done but eventually it's fixed. Love the location and how it's walkable you grocery stores and food but for the super North Raleigh location it seems pretty high especially when townhomes in the area are renting for cheaper. It's often a $30 cab ride to downtown so if you go out for nightlife a lot then be prepared for the bill.

Apartments are decent, rates keep going up, but that's all of Raleigh. 1200 for a 2 bedroom is getting towards the silly side. Newly upgraded workout space is really nice and convenient, and location is great.
