Great customer service! No concerns! I have been here for almost 5 years and I've had no major concerns. My only issue at this point is being on third floor climbing up & down these stairs everyday, .

Always go above and beyond With my COCD this community is clean. This is what drew me to the apartment in the first place I looked at about 5:00 and this was one of the best and for the price. Also the property manager she is freaking awesome!

Good environment. Good management service. Even its an old building the management should change a little the entrance to the building. I suggest change the floor with that system of concrete looking like marble.

I've enjoyed my time here at the Villages. Overall it has been a good community to live in and I've enjoyed the proximity to 540 and other north Raleigh amenities. 8 am considering staying but am considering other options as well.

We just love the complex. The location is great. Management staff are always very friendly. Melissa is wonderful and we always feel at home. The maintenance teams respond promptly. The complex is clean and very well maintained

The Village is an amazing community. I have lived here for 3 years and it is hands down the best community I have lived in. The office staff is amazing. Melissa the manager is always smiling and knows everyone's name. Maintenance is fast and sufficient. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and maintenance has never been this amazing. You will not be disappointed if you choose to live at Village.

Amazing maintenance crew!!! I've lived in apartments for years and I've never had such amazing maintenance crew before. They are fast, knowledge and friendly. They are one of my biggest reason of wanting to stay at the Village apartment. You can guarantee your repairs will be done.

Beautiful community. Spacious apartments. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. GREAT management and staff. Fun and entertaining resident events. Super convenient and close to near by stores. Spacious 24 hour Gym and cycle room and a great pool area !! Definitely recommend if you're looking to find a home in Raleigh. You will be taken care of by the property manager Melissa Love & her team.

Community is beautiful & quiet. My only issue is pests, lots of pests from the moment we walked into the apartment. We've been here since November with no problem solved, it's now January. The staff were friendly & quickly sent pest control when I initially complained, however, the issue wasn't resolved. I put in another work order, and routine pest control was scheduled for 12/31, no one ever came.

I would recommend this community to everyone. The staff is awesome. I have been here three months, and I am happy that the Village Apartments is my place of residence. I have been looking at the apartment for 6 months before moving in and I am not disappointed.

I've enjoyed living here overall. Everyone is nice! It's very quiet which my cat, Stella, appreciates. The property staff are very professional and personable. Also, they are pet friendly and I like they have a dog park; I don't have a dog, but I love knowing that the dogs in the community have a place to go and play.

Not a fan so far. I was told security issues would be the highest priority of maintenance requests yet my request for a door that will not lock has been untouched for 12 days. In addition, I was told I was moving into a "renovated apartment," which should've had wood floors and updated appliances. After I already signed, I found out that the only update that had been done was the floors and no appliances were updated

Have thoroughly enjoyed moving in. Community is clean, landscaping is beautiful and property is well maintained. I've enjoyed feeding the birds and love having all the trees around. The staff is very friendly and very happy to help residents.

I love the location of this apartment complex and the community here. I've met a lot of great people so far. The amenities are very nice, especially the gym. The only thing I don't like is the dog park is made of turf which is more of a personal preference.
