This is a lovely community in Wilmington with a friendly and encouraging office staff. When my wife and I showed up to our first unit, it was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. I'm not sure who's to fault for that, but I went into the office and was able to be moved to another, newer, unit with ease. The staff was very accommodating to my needs and were extremely apologetic for my poor experience. However, despite the condition of the first unit, my wife and I couldn't be happier with our new apartment home and community. I highly recommend you make this your new place to live! 5 stars all the way!

Our lease date was pushed back twice and the staff weren't helpful until we finally talked to the manager who went above and beyond to come to a solution to our problem. Heather is the only reason that we didn't chose another apartment because we had been fed up with the other office staff.

Very nice apartments, parking lots are well lit at night. Staff was polite, professional, and easy to work with. Overall move in process went smoothly, despite my AC compressor being out in the middle of summer.

The office is prompt and friendly. The gym is nice, as well as the pool. Parking is great. I like that there isn't designated parking for residents/visitors, because there is enough parking for everyone.

So far I have lived here for about 2months I love the apartment and the fact I am the first to live in it. The office staff is very nice and helpful and my neighbors so far have been great. Only thing I would change is my view I live in the back and and would have loved to get a front facing apartment and if I would have know I would be living facing the back I would have chosen another flier besides the first Floor considering the location of my building. Other than that I have no major complaints

I have loved living here. The staff is always polite and very helpful. Maintence has always been quick to address any issues I have had. I will say that lately it has been a little noisy later in the night. You have to be ok with loud noises living here since you hear trains all night and firetruck all the time. Also parking late at night is difficult. I have had to park very far from my apartment and if you have to park back by the trashcan it is dark because there is no lighting back there. Overall this is a wonderful place to live and I really enjoy it here.

I want my exterior walls and floors power-washed immediately to clean up the health hazards. I want the orange cones removed and the hole repaired. I asked Danni Dorazio "if the bird feces were right outside the entrance to the office would she have maintenance clean it up"? she said yes. I demand the same courtesy.

Love it here! Everyone is friendly and love seeing all the doggy in the neighborhoods. The pool is a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunshine! The club house is nice and clean along with the gym and tanning bed.

When I first moved into my apartment, I was very happy with the complex, neighbors, and staff. Over the last few months, my experience has changed drastically. The neighbors are loud and disrespectful. When I have reported a concern to the office, no action is taken until I have asked multiple times and put my concern in writing. The maintenance staff does not clean up after their work in your apartment and do not keep you informed about the work being done or needing to be done. The maintenance staff moves your personal belongings around and do not put them back the way they were originally. The maintenance staff takes it upon themselves to touch and use your personal belongings. The parking lot is completely full if you get home past 8pm. Needless to say, I am not renewing my lease and cannot wait to move out of the complex.

Office staff is always willing to help and is solution oriented. I enjoy the all inclusive option, as it is easier when there are several people paying rent. Internet service could be better, as it often kicks me off.

I had a hassle free experience. Everyone went over and beyond what I expected on my move in day. The leasing office staff are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was given one on one care. All of my questions were answered completely and timely.

The apartment is nicely laid out, relatively quiet, and offers a three month lease. It is centrally located. They also accept dogs which is wonderful thing. They provide bags for the dogs and stations to deposit them.

From the second I walked in I was Amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. The facilities were impeccable and the apartment is an upgrade from where I lived before. I am glad I made The reserve at forest hills my home and plan on being here for a long time.

The apartment is quiet and spacious for living. We want a shop where we can walk near. Since I am working weekday, it will be more convenient if the office is available for a longer period of time. For example, the office is open until a slightly late time only for a specific day of the week. Sometimes coffee service is accepted when the office is open, but you can not receive baggage.

The community is very nice, great amenities, and is a great location in Wilmington. Can get to the beach in 15 minutes and downtown in less than ten minutes. Additionally? The staff is always nice and responsive.

Loud neighbors constantly, always smells like marijuana, staff personnel are very friendly, maintenance does not seem very competent when it comes to fixing simple issues, alley ways near the apartments are dirty. Not upgraded at all

So far, we have really enjoyed the community. It's very quiet and other residents are respectful of noises and space. The clubhouse is wonderful and it's very convenient to have a gym on property. It's in a good location for getting downtown or to the mall area or to UNCW's campus.

The staff are very out going and easy to talk to. Our tour guide made sure to explain each unit in depth so we knew the differences between each. The move process in was made simple and easy from start to finish!

The apartments are clean and well maintained. The leasing staff are all a pleasure to work with. The maintenance crew is efficient and respectful of my home. I would recommend this community to anyone who asks, in fact The Reserve was recommended to me by a fellow CFCC nursing student who had moved in previously.

Ok so far. Is like to pay less rent though. All in all I have had a good experience staying at The Reserve at Forest Hills. The only complaint so far is the train that comes through is pretty loud. I really like cheese.
