It's been okay, I notice a lot of dog poop on the ground. People should be taking responsibility of their animals and picking this up. this isn't something people should be worrying about when stepping on the grass.

Overall OK. Lots of crime nearby which is concerning. Also there are several residents with very loud animals. Since many college students live here, Friday and Saturday nights can be loud and lots of litter including alcohol and cigs

I have enjoyed living here because the staff tries to help you when you ask. They listen to you while you talk, and they try to schedule times when they can best solve the problem. It's important to me because other places don't always listen to you.

We have been here for less than six months and have opted to move to the new apartments because we simply were not placed correctly the first time. Placement is key, my building is very young and fun, but cleaning up after them daily is not.

Honestly I have only been here a short time , but I would highly recommend anyone to live in this community . All of the staff is very nice and helpful . I also have a dog and it is very convenient that I have a place to take him to play . All of the neighbors are also very friendly !

This community is pet friendly,which was the biggest selling point. I like the amenities that are available to me. The apartment complex is near several dining locations that I enjoy. The staff recognizes me and intentionally makes me feel welcomed.

This place is horrible. I don't recommend living here. the staff in the office don't care about any of the residents. We had countless issues and fights with them. We were told several different things from all of them. It was my first place by myself and it was the worst experience. There was always dog poop everywhere. Older residents would be recording younger residents doing normal activities and NOTHING was done. Made me feel so unsafe!! It was so hard for me to ever get sleep there because it was so loud! Our neighbors above us, the parking lot...etc! Party central man. It was the absolute worst. wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I am impressed by the office staff, and most of the maintenance staff, but my fellow tenants are mostly rude or standoffish. They are really bad about breaking glass beer bottles on the sidewalks and stairwells, and no one seems to notice and come clean it up. They aren't good about cleaning up after their pets either. I always clean up after mine and have sometimes picked up after others, but it's not my job to do so.

After dealing with previous apartments, living at the reserve has been a breeze. Everyone that works in the office have been super helpful any time I have a question, and the amenities are fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone in the office is very polite and happy to help. All the maintenance guys are very friendly and it's a generally quiet calm complex. The apartments are very clean always, never any trash anywhere. All of the residents are very friendly!

Overall, I have been basically satisfied with the complex. They are generally satisfied with reported repairs. They keep the inside checked for bugs and filter changes of furnace. The outside appearance of the breezeways is frequently neglected with trash and leaves about.

We moved in one week ago and it has been a great experience thus far. The apartment has obviously been lived in, so the carpets and fixtures and appliances are not pristine, but overall, it's clean and nice. The grounds are kept up and the amenities are nice to have. The office staff has been very friendly and helpful. We have a dog and it seems like every other resident does too, which is nice. Great place so far!

We were told the apartment would be cleaned, carpets shampooed, and ready to be rented, it was absolutely filthy, hard to breath in the apartment. Bathroom were full of mold, fecus, urine, blinds were broken and filthy, we had to clean the place from top to bottom ourselves. Dog poop all over the yard, we were told no big dogs here, well, there are.

Apartments are spacious. Cleanliness of common areas is lacking. Office staff is inconsiderate and unempathetic. Loud yard work is scheduled for 8:30am and don't bother calling the office, they don't seem to understand or care about the issue. Not an ideal place if you work nights. Front parks are limited so you have to park further back and walk by yourself in the dark midnight. The staff will be the reason I do not resign.

I recently moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment which is perfect for my son and I. Although the appliances and could use a little updating, I'm overall satisfied with my apartment. The amenities are awesome and keeps my 4yr old entertained. Great place for all ages to live.

Beautiful complex. The facilities are regularly maintained and tenants are constantly notified about updates, information, and functions. It is very nicely handled. I kind of enjoy the unwarranted attention. My previous complex did not devote as much attention to tenants, although the staff was good to me. This is an tenant feedback community in a great area, and I'm happy to have chosen it after relocating from another city.

The physical apartment is a decent size. We've had a dangerous water leak in the kitchen for 2 years. A lot of crime in this neighborhood. Cars constantly broken into to in apartment parking lot. People cut through parking lot all the time that do not belong in this apartment complex. Near to stores.

Good place to live. Nice living for the price. Amenities are very nice and new. The staff can be slow to answer sometimes but they will fix your problem. Close to campus and downtown. No safety issues that I have noticed. No noise complaints..

I recently moved in to a different apartment, and I feel that if you have until a certain date to move in by then it should be move in ready. Paying for cable and wifi and having nothing work and also not having hot water is not move in ready. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my other key that they had to put a work order in for is a little much. When I tried calling the front office numerous times about my cable and wifi issue, I kept being told that they contacted time warner then they told me to call time warner. I was then told that they would be at my apartment by Saturday or Monday morning the latest to fix my issue. So when I didn't receive a call and when nobody came on Monday I called the front office the next day to find out that they were coming in 2 hours. It would of been nice to receive a curtesy call so arrangements could of been made ahead of time for someone to be home. Not when everyone is at work trying to scramble to figure something out. The communication from this new staff up front sucks. When Sergio or Collin was there , they would always follow up with us and let us know what was going on so we didn't feel like we were being ignored or pushed aside.

It's a really nice place to live. The staff and neighbors are extremely friendly. Maintenance staff are quick to fix the issue and they are really friendl y. Having everything inclusive is really nice as well. Helps you save up as much as you can by the end of the month
