It has been fine living here so far. My neighbors are nice and quiet. No noise issues. No mean neighbors. The main office is very open and friendly. The speed at which they completed my service request regarding my air conditioning was unacceptable however and i was not ok with that.

The apartment is in a good central area in WIlmington. It's close to downtown, wrightsville beach, the mall, UNCW. The residents are a good mixture of families and UNCW students which is nice. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

So far, other than a minor hiccup on move-in day that was quickly resolved, it has been a great experience! Staff is friendly and helpful and the community is clean, and well-maintained with good people.

Wonderful place to live. Very quiet with great amenities. Office staff was great and actually care about your well-being. I highly recommend this place to families as well as college students. I felt very safe in the area as well.

Very nice apartment. I have a one-bedroom and it's large and spacious, which is rare to find in this area. The neighbors I've met are friendly and the staff has been willing to help me every step of the way moving in. The only downside is the walls are thin and I can hear the upstairs residents walking around

Love the community and the workers!! Have been here a few years and have not had any problems other then our dryer. Love the pool area and all the extra benifits. Also love the inclusive rent which makes it easy to deal with cable and internet.

The community is nice and quiet. Plenty of parking which is nice since I work odd hours. Moving in was super easy. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful for everything I need. However the pool has been closed since I moved in.

I have seriously struggled while moving in. The AC went out, the toilet leaks, the cable is in the previous tenants name, the fridge has a crack in the bottom self, and my mailbox key does not work. I saw the pictures online and was really excited to live here, but when we actually got here, 3 days ago, it has been a serious headache. I hope the resolve these problems soon.

It's friendly and quiet! Every one is great, staff and other residents. I love the extra perks that have come with the apartment. I also got into a really awesome leasing special and the lease included everything I need

Apartment was in great condition and staff was always very friendly when I had questions. Seems like a very safe complex and close to everything in town. It's a great central location so it's easy to get to different parts of town quickly. The clubhouse is very nice too.

Overall our experience has been good. We had some issues with the people that lived above us for awhile and that got resolved finally after a couple months then all of this with maintenance not fixing something like they said they did.

The management staff at the Reserve at Forest Hills are very friendly and understanding. The layout of their apartments are very functional for starter families or young couples. The brick buildings are well built and you can rarely hear your neighbors. Another extra bonus is that this community is dog friendly with fewer restrictions than other complexes in Wilmington. We truley love this community and plan to stay here until we purchase a home.

We've been here 5 months. So far so good. No major issues other than the AC leak in the hall (twice now). We do have a lot of noise above us but it usually gets quieter the later it gets. The landscaping crew seems to work early while we're still sleeping.

Ever sense I moved in I found my self enjoying the area more and more. I can't complain about the staff or over all appearance of the unit. I would recommend living here to a friend. The only down fall I have grown to notice is parking can be a struggle at night in front of your apartment. How ever there is ample amount of parking if you don't mind a short walk

If safety, quality, and well-kept grounds are important to you, look elsewhere. I will say that the leasing staff is friendly, but that's about the only benefit of living here. They are an awesome (but small) crew and I have no doubts it's Blue Ridge Companies that must have some crazy low budget for staffing and ground care. I live in the Annexe, which are the newer apartments that opened up last year. The apartments are supposed to be upscale, but let my review speak for what the experience living here is like. Safety: There have been a ton of gun shots and crime right next door to Annexe (Market North Apartments). Google "gun shot on Darlington Ave" and you'll be shocked to see all the hits you get from just the last year. Hearing someone outside threaten another person that they have a gun at 5am while trying to enjoy coffee on your balcony is frightening. Thankfully we never have been outside when the other crime took place. The back of the parking lot is directly next to Market North Apartments with no fencing or anything to separate, so people living there get to use our parking lot. Quality: Granite countertops lose their appeal when they're slapped on cabinets mounted so crooked that pens and other round items slowly roll off the counters. All the windows and carpet have paint spatter on them, so no matter how clean they are they never look clean. Rules aren't regularly enforced, so frequently you'll come across cars parked in handicapped spots (although no placard or plate) or unmarked spots. There's a fee if you leave your trash or trash bin out at non-designated times, but neighbors in my building do it all the time. There are car/truck owners that feel the need to put a loud exhaust on and pull away from the parking lot rev-happy during early hours 4-5am. Been woken up quite a few times because of this and we live all the way up on the third floor. Grounds: The breezeways are disgusting. Stains from garbage and leftover trash/food from months ago. When it rains, the grounds flood and almost all of the grass areas get soggy and muddy. Watch your step, because you are bound to step in a pile of dog poop in any given 20 foot radius. This is mostly the fault of dog owners that don't pick up and lack of enforcement in the PooPrints program (you're required to have your dog swabbed and will be fined if poop found on grounds matches your dog). But then there is also only a total of three maintenance workers for both Annexe and the Reserve - not enough man power to upkeep all the grounds. The landscaping isn't maintained, a lot of it is dead and the mulch is washed out all over the grass. For the amount everyone here pays for rent, you would expect solid build quality and a well-kept property, and at least a solution being looked into for safety.

Nice community, great location and amazing staff. I would recommend The Reserve to anyone looking. Great for families with pets as there are lots of places to walk and there is always a cleanup station in site.

We really like our apartment. The floor plan actually makes sense and we have all the amenities we need. Not many places offer a decent all inclusive package but this place does. Our main concern is that it seems like they will let anyone with a pulse rent here. We've lived next to two drug dealers in two years and ppl are constantly hanging out in front of our door smoking and drinking. The police make frequent arrests in the parking lot and it's not safe to walk your dog alone at night.

So far my family and I are very please with our apartment and office staff. The community is quiet and neighbors are nice. If you have an issue the office staff get right on it which is wonderful considering they have a ton of other residence to look after as well. The staff have treated us with a warm welcoming smile every time we have entered he office no matter what time of the day it is.

Almost impossible to get a human on the phone. My apartment was disgusting when I moved in. Carpet was new, which is great, but the fixtures are rusted, there is water damage EVERYWHERE, and it is extremely evident that there was absolutely zero effort to get the apartment move in ready. I literally just got my keys and I'm already counting down the days until I can move out of this dump.

Overall a great experience. It is located in a great area and we feel safe living here. We love having the pool, gym, and upstairs clubhouse. There is a mix of college students, new/young families, empty nesters, and everything in between. I would definitely recommend!

It has been great! No problems. Pretty quiet. I feel safe. Hope to renew. I enjoy the activities planned. I like the trash valet service. I like that everything is included in the rent. I will refer this apt to my friends

I love the location, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities we get with the price is a great value! The pool is huge, I love the "dog bar" with all the goodies for the puppies. The neighborhood is in a great spot!

This is a civil and polite apartment complex. Both the residents and the service staff help to maintain the calm and dignified demeanor. Like the lake I can see outside my window, all life, including wildlife, seem contented.
