I love everything. Management is amazing! The only downside is your rent goes up every year even though nothing has changed about your apartment and children from another neighborhood sneak in the pool are and scream at all hours of the day and night.

Love my apartment at The Reserve at Forest Hills. The community is very friendly and they offer many great amenities. I feel very safe staying in this complex and definitely recommend living here if you can!

I like the community because it is well cared for, quiet, and clean. There is a mixture of age groups, which I like. I'm retired but I don't want to live in a retirement community. Also, I been here several times visiting my daughter so I already knew I would like it here.

This is my fourth year in the reserve complex. I was here two years then had to move due to hurricane damage repair and then moved back in a year later. I love the beauty and serenity of the complex, especially the pond. The grounds are well manicured and kept up. The staff is friendly and attentive. Any repairs were addressed promptly. The amenities such as the game room, workout center, pool Etc are all beautiful and great for having friends over. And the location is convenient whether heading in the direction of the mall, downtown or out towards Ogden/ Hampstead. I have loved living here the entire time and would recommend it for anybody!

It's been an ok living experience other than my air conditioning periodically not working. Also parking is an issue. We never have a good parking spot. We always have to park far away from our building.

There have been parking concerns and they have been addressing the issues. It still is a concern, but they are working on it. They also address my maintenance concerns in a timely manner. Management staff are kind and helpful. Nice place to live.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Any time I need anything or just have questions they are happy to help and are transparent with you. Also they have one of the best apartment gyms in the area. I love the welcoming culture.

The apartment was a lot of bang for my buck. I liked the amenities that came with it. The staff was helpful for the most part. I did have some trouble with paperwork and two of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The beginning years it was fantastic. But almost every year since 2016 the staff has changed and the community as a whole has gotten worse. Maintenance men sit in their golf carts and play on their phones constantly. - some (not all) of the staff is real snooty and just in helpful at times.

This community has so much to offer. It really is a diamond in the rough. The management here tries very hard and the maintenance staff is top notch. I know there are things that are out of their control, so I am thankful for the way they handle the things that they can!

No complaints whatsoever. Felt like a priority and staff was readily available to help every step of the way. Happy that if I choose to get a pet it is accepted and the community as a whole is friendly and safe

The staff has been extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive so far. The apartment is in a great location with shops and restaurants very close by. The complex has great amenities. The apartment was well taken care of prior to move in.

Not really a bad place to live at, yeah there are a few things that could be worked on but most recently they finally heard everyone about the parking issue and visitors can now park elsewhere if the visitor spots are taken without fear that they'll get booted. The rooms are a good size and pretty good overall.

Very nice community. It is a younger population, but very respectful and accommodating. For the dollar, an incredible value and the staff is on point. They are proactive and update almost every morning, and the staff take care of issues immediately.

Terrible, there have been so many issues. First, the railing on my third floor apartment was loose and I have a 5 year old child that could have been hurt. There is still a hole in the subflooring under the flooring leaving a dent in the floor. The carpet was very old and torn back on the crossway area exposing carpet tacks. My laundry closet has mold all over the walls, and there was clear water damage on the ceiling and wall from previous hurricanes. Maintenance will complete your service request without physically completing them. There is never parking near your apartment as there is no parking passes. The list goes on...do not rent from this company!

When I was looking for an apartment, the office staff was kind and incredibly professional. When I moved in, they worked to fix a couple of items that were broken and not functioning properly in the apartment. Recently, they left small gift bags next to each door, and the message "Thank you for helping our community shine bright" gave me some warm fuzzies inside.

When I moved into this apartment complex it was a very pleasant and safe place to live. I can't say the same thing at this time; people breaking into cars, attempted break ins by climbing onto the upper decks, apartments infested with roaches, constant smoke coming into my apartment through the vents, and of course the never ending parking issues and damage to cars because the spaces in front of the apartments are so small you can't open your car door. Obviously, this causes others to open their doors into your car, thus damaging the car. The amenities have become a joke; always shut down due to the destructive residents and visitors who don't have respect for other people's property. On a positive note, the complex is conveniently located close to most everyday needs, including Wrightsville Beach. The option for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment is rare, so if that is something you desire or need, then it is a good option.

I've had a great experience at the Reserve. They have met and exceeded all of my expectations. They are very easy to get in contact with and talk to whenever, but especially when problems arise. The maintenance staff has shown up next day to fix some things, fixed them well, the first time, with no mess 10/10. The apartments and community are wonderful.

I moved into my apartment in August and have had no issues since then. The apartments are nice and pretty quiet. I had an issue with my dishwasher and when I submitted a work order they were quick to respond and were able to fix it that same day.

I just moved in and I am not happy. It is not nearly as nice as the place they showed me through a video tour. My apartment was also dirty when I moved in. They seemed like they did not totally know what was going on. The phone lines have been down since I moved in so I can only contact the office through email.

I love this apartment complex. The staff, especially Carly, is wonderful. The few times we've needed basic maintenance requests they've been completed promptly. Very pet friendly with treats in the office. Good areas for walking our dog to keep her in the grass on the hot days. Fair rent. Decent sized. A little outdated appliances but they work.
