Love the layout of the apt. and that stackable washer/dryer, wifi and cable are included in the rent. Like being able to pay electric and water at a set fee with my rent as well. Love the huge closet and that there are lots of outlets for everything you might need to use.

I just moved into this community less than a week ago. So far so good. There was only one issue with the dryer not starting, but hopefully that will get taken care of soon! The price is great for the amenities and style. So far I am satisfied with the apartment.

Great experience so far, just some of the things in the apartment need to be fixed. The maintenance is great about. Coming out to your apartment but they are just there for a quick fix, when there is a serious problem.

I was looking for a three bed and at least two bath apartment. I was not able to find the right apartment in the location I wanted to live. Fortunately a massage pops up in my daughter's cell phone she had signed up for the apartment. Seeing the apartment at $1182 with three bed and three full bath was so awesome and I signed the lease with no delay.

Then location of this apartment is actually great! Many people think that it is in a "bad spot" because of the subsidized housing located down the street. To those people, first I will say, stop with the racially charged microaggressions and secondly I love living in the community and feel safe. Moving to the amenities, there is an amazing pool, club house, and dog park that are all convenient to have. Work orders are typically completed with an adequate time frame and most staff are super friendly. There is also a good mix of people who live within this complex which is nice to have!

I had no idea what to really expect. The quietness of the area, the convince was a major drawing card. There have been no problems with neighbors or the cleanliness of the area. A very respectful staff and crew is A-OK.

Reserve at Forest Hills is an amazing community. They have outstanding staff and always provide top notch service. The property stays well kept, amenities are always clean and open. Neighbors in the community are very polite and quiet.

When I moved in, my apartment was very clean and smelled fresh. You could tell the walls were freshly painted and carpets recently shampooed. I love my new apartment. The community is also clean and quiet.

I recently moved into The Annex at the Reserve and the first thing I loved was how friendly The staff is. Upon move in the complex was extremely clean and move in ready. The complex is in a perfect location. Also, all of the amenities are up to date/modern looking and very clean.

our apartment is VERY noisy!!!! The upstairs neighbor has a large dog & they run back & forth throughout the day & night. The next door neighbor has a sound board & plays her music till 3,4 in the AM. Tried to move to a 3 bedroom & have not had much help in getting relocated.

Living in the reserve at forest hills was an extremely comfortable experience. The staff was very friendly, and responsive. All the service requests were handled in a timely manner. The amenities are all good. I wish the gym was a bit bigger and had more machines/barbells, though.

Great community and even better people! The amenities are definitely an extra added bonus! The pricing is also completely reasonable. I've met some of the nicest people out here and my daughter really enjoys it here

Excellent move in. Been here almost a month and absolutely love my apartment. Maintenance is awesome and looking forward to warmer weather to use the pools. I have one of the larger balconies and Soo happy I chose over the sunroom.

I love it here, I truthfully would not live anywhere else. From the friendly staff, residents, and pets that all live her the environment is not comparable to anywhere else. Location is perfect... it's right in the sweet spot between downtown and UNCW. I love it here and I am blessed to call it home!

I really like my place and the people who run the complex. All the personal here are friendly and helpful. The service people are the best! Any problem I have had has been fixed in a timely manner. I appreciate that so much!

Office and maintenance staff are always prompt and helpful. Even when changes to parking and or other amenities are happening they have the residents best interest in mind. This is only our first year here but we have been very satisfied.

Very helpful staff. Thus is my first experience with apartment living and they have made it very pleasant so far. As expected, there were a few minor things identified during our walk through and they were addressed the next day. Office staff is always friendly and courteous.

My experience at this community has been nothing but headaches thus far. The office staff constantly changes, and it is hard to get in touch with staff as the phone is hardly ever answered. My concerns regarding mold were neglected, and the office management fails to take ownership of their decision to dismiss my claims.

I really enjoy living at this apartment complex so far I have only had good experiences and I love my apartment. I haven't had any issues with anything not working, the community feels safe and is quiet and all the staff is helpful, professional and kind.

I've only been here for a few days and I absolutely love it. It's in a great location and is very convenient for me. The front office staff is very helpful and personal. Being that I just moved here at the beginning of the month, I've been asked how everything was going with my apartment and my move. It really made me feel like they really cared. I absolutely love it here and will of course recommend it to others.

The apartments are nice, & there are lots of other dog owners so it's a good pet community for the most part. It would be nice to have more events to participate in as a community but overall it's a good place to live.

I've lived here since the place was built. I've lived in many different apartments on the property. The regional manager, The office and maintenance staff is great. Service requests are done quickly. The amenities are great.

I love the community. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. The staff works hard to make the community feel like home. I find that hard to find in an apartment community staff. It Is truly one of a kind.

Love it. The people are so nice, accommodating, etc. the amenities are great as well and i feel so right at home here which is really important to me. I also feel safe here and have always felt like my safety is important.

Do not live here or any other complex associated with Blue Ridge companies. They moved me into an apartment with black mold that they told me they had had inspected, but their solution was to spray with a cleaning solution and then paint over the mold until it came back and then repeat. After threatening legal action they finally offered a move of apartments and the apartment they moved us into had a busted front door frame from being kicked in during a drug bust. The guest bathroom door also had a hole in it for being kicked in. Instead of replacing the bathroom door they took the door and left the bathroom open and exposed to the living room, kitchen, and windows. Don't live here or with this company.
