I absolutely love this location and the apartment and community itself, but I have been very disappointed in the communication from and professionalism of the office staff. Many of my attempts to contact a staff person go ignored, and when I do speak with someone, responsibility never seems to be taken.

Leasing agents are kind and helped me through all of my questions and concerns before applying for my new place. Property is well maintained and interiors while dated are spacious and welcoming. All inclusive add on to the apartment is spectacular. More then ample parking.

Nice people bad maintence. Some amenities don't always work. But it's a decent apartment. I wouldn't pay that much to live here though. It's kind of pricy and the people who live around let their dogs poop and leave trash everywhere

Nice layout in 2 bedroom. There are some cosmetic things that need to be fixed and those types of things need to be taken care of when tenants move out. Upgrades should be done routinely and when things like counters and floors are damaged.The office staff are friendly and maintenance issues are handled quickly.

Doors poorly installed. Upstairs Neighbors waking etc very loud. Unit gets no sun. Neighbors across street very loud at night. Lots of boarded windows across street. Love that animals are allowed. Parking is good. Maintenance staff is awesome.

Currently live in older section of complex. Floor plan had a slight difference than what was expected. There were maintenance issues when I first moved in but they have been fixed. Staff is great. Nice price for this area. Noise level is average for an apartment. Location is great.

So far so good. The grounds seem clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I can see where adequate parking may be an issue for some residents but I have had no problems thus far. I do wish there was a car wash station. I would use that more often than the pool to keep the salt water I also wish that there were more pet cleanup stations as there is an abundance of poop in some locations.

The people that live here are very friendly and I have never had a problem with neighbors. But don't expect for a service request to be completed right the first time. The people that fix problems around here do not know exactly what they are doing.

Depending on the current managers, it's a nice place to live. However, the internet has continued to be a problem once we weren't allowed to choose our own provider. While the staff is nice, we no longer get notifications if there are packages waiting for us in the office.

Great place to live. Have to be able to deal with the noise above you. I had to get use to a apt. after leaving a house after 50 years. Lot of things to get use too people, large parking lots,walking trash to dumpster. All and all its fine.

The apartments are spacious and that is amazing. When we moved in the place looked maintained but there were layers of dust on the laminate and blinds, the patio had all kinds of dog hair, dirt and webs. It was easy for me to clean up but it would have been nice to come into a clean home. I utilize the clubhouse with my boyfriend a lot since there are the best amenities I have seen. I especially love using the studio to do what ever kind of workout I want to with their fitness on demand selections(it just always seems to be dirty in there). The staff is friendly and always eager to help out in any way they can. I haven't had to call maintenance yet so I don't know how quick they are to respond but I do see them around the community all the time. Overall this is a great place to be, friendly people every where you turn and would recommend checking it out.

I like the community a lot, the amenities are great. I feel like the price for my apartment is fair, but I do feel like there could be some upgrades to the appliances including the faucets in the kitchen and master bathroom. At another community I lived in, I was always notified if I received a package, and at this place I am kind of left in the dark. I feel like communication is decent, but could be improved.I also feel as though walk throughs are needed in my building as well as many of my neighbors leave their trash outside overnight, which leads to pests and bugs.

I just moved to the area, and it was very helpful to have the support of the complex community. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful! The complex is amazing and has a lot to offer! I especially enjoy the Club house, which has an amazing gym facility and a great pool.
