I was a previous resident of The Reserve and loved living here the first time due to the ease of convenience of the all-inclusive package, so much so that I was excited to be moving into the new addition (The Annexe). The office staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the maintenance team. I love the space, and it suits my needs perfectly. The upstairs neighbors stomping about can be a bit much occasionally, but other than that and the bit of a hiccup with the change in internet service (I certainly liked it much better on move-in, before the service was centralized), I've enjoyed the community thus far.

Everything went smooth. Only a few maintenance issues with the apartment and a window with a crack in it. Other than that and the hot and cold water being switched in one of the showers, everything was good!

Great community and great staff, could not ask for more in a move from an overall moving experience. The floor layout for these apartments are excellent as well as their all inclusive rent options for utilities.

I just moved in the the Reserve at Forest Hills and so far I have been EXTREMELY pleased with how well the front staff has handled everything. They have made my transition very smooth and are always for helpful and willing to take the time to help.

Maintenence team is efficicient and timely in completing work orders. Staff is professional and considerate. I was forced to move out of a previous apartment and The Reserve at Forest Hills provided immediate support and knowledge to ensure I had a home for the coming year.

The community looks well kept from the outside and inside, which is not something I saw in other places around this city. The thing that made me fall in love with my unit was the amount of light and space as I first walked in. The nice gym, yoga studio, game room, and pool are a great addition to an already beautiful space.

It's a wonderful property. The staff is friendly, the landscaping is on point, and there so many amenities to enjoy. Great location, apartment looks fantastic, I just can't say enough about this property. Definitely would refer to a friend.

You do not want my opinion of this community due to the way I have been treated after Hurricane Florence. Especially now that I am asking for something as simple as a lock being fixed on my door. If you'd like further comment, I'd be no holds barred ??

The location is great, but renting there is tough to navigate administratively. When I toured, it seemed like a really diverse group of residents, which is great. However, I have been seeing mostly college kids since I have moved in.

This community is fantastic. The amenities are great. The team are really nice. You get better results by visiting in the office, as with any business. So excited to be here for a while. Ps Austin was great!

I love it here, it's a beautiful community, my neighbors are very kind and the apartment is breathtaking. Speed of maintenance is unremarkable and the office staff and warm and inviting. I don't think I'll ever leave

Overall a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the only complaint I have upon move in is that I'm on a bottom floor apartment and it smells like a basement with the cement floor. I'm not sure if it's a moisture problem or not. Worth the waitlist and the asking price though!

For the most part the process was smooth. The carpet in ur apartment is worn and does have stains so that's disappointing but it is nice all and all. I would suggest making sure all carpet is new especially if pets are allowed.

I recently moved into The Reserve at Forest Hills with my two roommates, so we haven't lived here long, but things already seem to be going great. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating with any questions or concerns we've come across. While moving in, we noticed things were all very clean in our apartment and up to date, with modern appliances and aesthetic. I'm a student at UNCW, so the location will be very convenient when driving to campus. These apartments are right off of a fairly busy road, but overall it seems to be in a safe and quiet location. I'm looking forward to this new year at our new home!

Just moved in, but the staff have been very friendly and the amenities all great. Response time on big maintenance requests was very impressive. The office tends to get a little backed up and the wait can be a bit long, but when it's your turn, staff definitely makes sure you're being taken care of.

Maintenance suck, been dealing with a issue for the master bedroom for over 5 weeks now. When we first moved in right at our front door to the left birds had made a nest asked the apartment complex to remove birds because they was using the bathroom all over the breeze way. They said they couldn't move the birds so I did. There's still bird droppings all over the breeze way in front of my apartment because they won't clean it up. And I'm not cleaning it been dealing with this since day 1

We were very excited to move in here, as we love the apartments and the community. We love our new apartment and are enjoying it for the most part. Though we have some issues, we signed an all inclusive lease (which includes a washer and dryer) and we have currently been here for 8 days and still have no idea when the washer and dryer will be here. They have not refunded our money from our rent for the washer and dryer which I find unacceptable.

This community feels safe and feels like home. The overall moving process was easy and insightful. The staff made the process simple and easy to understand. The move in deals were awesome. The overall style of the apartments are unique as well.

The staff is friendly. However, the organization as a whole is unorganized. I have had multiple instances of my paperwork getting lost in their system and a hold on my lease that delayed move in by an hour. The apartments are nice for the price and the amenities are pretty great too.

I have had such a bad experience. I was told before moving in that the office was unorganized, and I should have listened. No one answers the phone, even when you call 7 times in a row. In order to get something solved, you have to show up in person several times.

The apartments are nice and clean, with brand new stainless steel appliances. The community seemed safe and friendly. However, the staff have very poor communication with each other and after only living here for a week, the supposed free community internet has been down all weekend. This is generated significant charges in my wireless bill, not to mention extreme frustration but the fact that I pay over $1,000 to stay here and have been reduced to watching DVDs like it's a hurricane.

The community is nice and close to everything you need. The staff does there best but tends to struggle. They are often forgetful and take a while to get things done. Apartments are clean and attractive as long as you get the upgraded units. Plenty of amenities

I've enjoyed my time here so far. The staff are very friendly and any maintenance needed has been tended to quickly. I enjoy the amenities and they are taken good care of. I look forward to continuing my time here.

Friendly staff and nice facilities. Timely maintenance and a safe relaxed feeling in the area. Close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants, and easy access to the university and places of work. Love it!
