I feel safe and well taken care of at the Reserve. I have never had any issues with office staff or maintenance. When I have a problem, the staff can help me. A small issue is that parking fills up quickly, but that's understandable and out of the staff's control. Overall, I have enjoyed my life at the Reserve for almost 2 years.

So far this seems to be a great community with friendly staff. The parking is an issue. The spaces are tight and there doesn't seem to be enough available near some of the apartment buildings. Otherwise the location is great to everything!

I have been at the Reserve for almost two years. I feel safe in this community. If there is a problem with my apartment, the management is quick to respond. The grounds are kept manicured and there are bags for the animals waste. The management are quick to address any issues you may have with a neighbor. Also we have great amenities. For instance; we have a pool, weight and exercise room and a dog park, just to mention a few. The lay out of the apartments are great and roomy. I would consider these apartments because of cost, management and amenities.

Maintenance is fantastic, we've had countless issues and every one has been fixed in a timely and professional manner. That is the only positive feedback I have. The leasing office is horrible. They rarely answer the phone and are rude when they do. I've had countless issues and none of them have been handled correctly or professionally.

I enjoy living here. Office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The grounds are kept clean and the greenery is trimmed and neat. Shopping is close, beaches are close. Parking can be an issue at times, but that's to be expected. Overall, this is a good complex.

All the amenities are super nice. The pool is always nice and clean. I've never had any issues with the included Wi-Fi. Never been to the game room. The gym is nice. The people in the office are always nice.

I've lived here for a bit over 2yrs and have enjoyed it. My maintenance requests are always answered promptly and the office staff is great. There are a few nights where people come home late with music blasting, but its only a few minutes. That may bother people who have issues falling asleep or babies, but thats my only complaint.

It is in a great location. Honestly, I just moved in. It has quite a few amenities. My dogs love walking around the pond and looking at the turtles. It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.

I enjoy living at the Reserve. For the most part it has minimal noise. There is an excellent staff here. The staff are always ready to answer your question, and quick to resolve any concerns. The rent is comparable with other apartment complexes.

I enjoy the community! Especially the gym as it has a good selection of weights and equipment to get a work out in. It's also well kept and is located in an area close to stores needed. I haven't taken advantage of the pool or grills yet but looking forward to doing so

The amenities dealt sold me on moving here. I was impressed with how clean and clam everything was here. We've only lived here a week so far, but everyone seems so nice and considerate of each other. I was so impressed with the leasing office at returning my every call.

The Reserves at Forest Hills have a fantastic office and maintenance staff, something I always look for in a good apartment. No matter where you live there is the potential for minor issues in an apartment. Communication and expedited assistance with any issues are what really set an apartment community apart, and The Reserves bring that in spades. The facilities themselves are also fantastic. I love how spacious our apartment is, and the tall windows (not quite floor to ceiling but very close) create a very open feeling. I've only been here a short time so far, but it's been a 5-star experience all the way.

Nice place, but doesn't live up to what they charge for rent. Needs to be deep cleaned before move in. Hot tubs would be nice. A playground for the kids etc. have these things in place before charging top dollar

Very quite community. Excellent management and maintenance team. Very happy with my apartment, everything In very good shape. Nice modern living at its best. My only complaint about this property is the breezeway and outside upkeep- always trash thrown down and left for weeks and leaves and grass constantly blown under first floor breezeways and never swept up. Also I don't like the fact that while the parking lot IS monitored by a security guard no towing is enforced. Spots are all first come first serve. When I get home I usually don't park near my apartment because there are no spots- visitors have them all.

I don't mind living here, I've liked it for the past year and a half that I've been here but I would definitely suggest that the community get some security cameras because of all the recent car break ins. It's starting to feel unsafe here.

There's a cover-up and I'm gonna expose it! I can't get anybody out to fix anything in this place. There is an epidemic of bedbugs within this community and I plan on exposing that as well. They created a mess and they're trying to blame it on me.
