This community is well kept. Apartments are nice and maintained well. Amenities are great. Staff at front office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Residents are friendly. Very quiet neighborhood. Safe neighborhood

The staff is so friendly here and the apartments properties are very well kept up so I had no issues or qualms about moving in last summer. And it was just what I needed considering I was so far away from my original home of Connecticut? the least amount of headaches the better and no headaches here!!

Good experience. Clean, well maintained apartments and grounds. Nice amenities, pool, exercise room, game room,, movie room and community activities. Diverse commuity. Lived at this complex almost two years.

I enjoy living in the annexe apartments they have trash disposal and nice amenities. No issues or concerns this far. Apartment is really nice and the rent is all inclusive for a great price. Maintenance fixes any issues promptly.

Maintenance is always quick and efficient and professional and are always asking if there's anything else needs to be done which I do appreciate I have never had a problem they couldn't fix So while I highly recommend this community

I just moved to these apartments and so far we have noticed good service and especially its green areas. recommended ????The parking areas are ideal very good space to park the cars the apartments very clean inside

I really like living at the Reserve! I have had to make a quite a few maintenance requests, but they normally fix them very quickly and the maintenance workers are very kind!! The one-bedroom apartments are very spacious and homey. All of my neighbors have been very kind and quiet.

I just moved into The Reserve At Forest Hills. I needed something safe, near the college I go to, a one bedroom apartment, and as soon as possible. I had a bad roommate situation where I was at before, and The Reserve At Forest Hills was one of the only places I found with immediate openings. I moved in within a week of visiting this place and I love it so far! The staff is incredibly helpful and the community is very peaceful.

A great community to live in..staff are caring and respond quickly and very professional...amenties and grounds taken care of and plenty of space for dog walking and running. Building hallways are kept clean and free of things.

The community is very nice and I love where I live. The only drawback is that I can't make any phone calls in my house because the signal is bad. The pool is cleaned properly but would like to see some outdoor lighting around the pool so the younger crowd can still enjoy the amenities after dark. I love the office workers they are super friendly and want to help. I am also updated about our residential community and that makes me happy!

I would highly recommend the Reserve at Forest Hills. I have lived in several apartment communities and this is far better than the rest. The office staff and maintenance crew seem to really care for the residents. They always answer the phone and fulfill maintenance request in a friendly and timely manner. The grounds and apartments are beautiful and always I feel safe with knowing the courtesy officer is around. Live here and you will not be disappointed!

Quiet and affordable housing. Nice big apartments and the balcony is a god send. They accept all size dogs and cats as well. Office is open 6 days a week and the staff is great at calling back as soon as possible if they don't answer right away.

My experience in this community has been a good one. Unfortunately, even though I have had an apartment in this complex for 3 years, the collective time that I've spent here is probably about 1 1/2 years, due to hurricanes and the pandemic. Even though that has been the case, my experience with the main office and the maintenance department has been extremely good. They are very friendly, super accommodating and quick to help!

So far so good. The office staff are all very nice. Maintenance has also been great. We've only been here almost a month. The one thing I can say I don't like is parking. It's hard to get a park after like 5PM. Outside of that, everything is great!

The best apartment experience I have ever had! Colin, Lyndsey and Anthony are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!! The grounds and my apartment are absolutely gorgeous.

I love living here. The property management staff is always courteous and helpful whenever I need them. The amenities are great and always kept clean and in great working order. Neighbors are friendly and there is a great mix of families, business professionals, and students. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend the Reserve at Forest Hills to anyone looking for an exceptional apartment complex!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've had one issue with my apartment (the air conditioning) and maintenance staff was there in 20 minutes to fix it. He was so quick and friendly and I've had no other issues from it. The amenities are great. I love the community events when they can have them, although covid makes that difficult. Still, I think this is a great place to live.

The people at the reserve our very helpful very pleasant and they are definitely trying to have you a resident at their complex and you are grateful to have people this day and time that will go the extra mile to see that you have somewhere to lay your head.

I have lived here for 3 months and have nothing but great things to say. Beautiful community, great location, attentive and friendly staff. The amenities are awesome and well maintained. I am so glad we chose Reserve at Forest Hills!

From the second I moved in the entire staff has been amazing. From welcoming me, to ensuring everything in my apartment was perfect. Then anything that was not perfect the staff pointed out and then made sure it was fixed immediately. So glad I moved here.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful, even if they are unable to help you with what you need immediately, they get back to you in a very timely manner. The apartments are very nice in comparison to the surrounding apartment complexes and are offered at a great price. The convenience of having the all-inclusive option is also very helpful.

Love my apartment neighbors excellent location for my needs. I am handicapped and the location makes it every easy to get to my doctors and where I need to be when they need me. The office staff is very helpful in answering questions which you may have. They plan a lot of different types of activities for everyone to attend. Just a nice place to live.
