All of the amenities are clean and well managed. They even have trash pick-up almost everyday so now I don't have to carry my trash across a parking lot. All of the desk clerks are super helpful when it comes to questions or concerns the residents have.

Reserve at Forest Hills is a good place. I have lived here for 2 years. It was a good experience. Office staffs have always kind for my family though I can't speak English well. I have surrounded good neighbors and a good place which is a large, well-made garden. I'm very satisfied.

Well lighted exterior make for a felling of security even if returning well after dark. Ample parking areas within reasonable distance to apartment, no street parking. No junk cars sitting in parking areas around apartments which sours first impressions.

The office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and willing to work with you on any questions or concerns you may have. I felt safe and the landscape is always taken care of as well. It has been a pleasure living here.

We just moved in and i love our new apartment. The staff here has been very friendly and accommodating. Our move in was seamless. The apartment feels very large as it has high ceilings. Would recommend as a nice place to live.

Nice quiet community. Apartment are refurbished and well taken care of. We like the valet trash service and that all our utilities are bundled together. Office staff are helpful and maintenence does a good job with repairs.

The location is great. The apartments are clean. The rooms are spacious. Well lit parking lot and breeze ways. Valet garbage is a great perk. Maintenance staff is professional and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Retrieving packages from the office is a plus, since packages tend to have legs and you never receive your package.

So far it has been very unsatisfactory. Staff is not friendly and helpful to new tenants. The grounds are littered with dog feces. Maintenance works where less than helpful resolving issue you have in apartment.

It has been a good experience overall. Both the office staff and the maintenance crew are very friendly. The community as a whole is nice, and the grounds are typically well-kept. As with many communities, some pet owners do not clean up after their pets. There are bins located throughout the community that are kept emptied and stocked with bags, so this is a little frustrating, but this is a reflection of a select few pet owners, not the property management or the community as a whole.

Pretty good. The office staff generally doesn't know what is going on but there are/we're a few good people that have a clue. In the last year we have had people enter our apartment without any notice via phone or email. Maintenance staff is by far the best. They are friendly, courteous, and a lot of us know each other by name. They are always on time and super friendly when we need work done.

Not what we expected. Like the fact that we all have our own bathrooms but time and time again we are having to get things fix that wasn't fixed the first time or ever before we moved in. Other than that I like the area, and how close everything is.

This is a Nice apartment complex. My 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and well laid out. Complex is safe and quiet. The management team are awesome, friendly and courteous. Maintenance, when needed us quick and efficient. Thehe maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Rents are reasonably priced and have an all inclusive option, which I like.

The community has changed over the years. The staff is terrible about communicating with their residents. The office hours are very limited- they open after I leave for work and close before I get out. They never answer their phones or reply to messages. We used to love living there but the last couple of years have been awful.

Best deal for apartments I found in the Wilmington area. It's close to almost everything. The community is pretty nice and my dog loves it. Very pet friendly and friendly service at the office. Love it.

Maintenance is poor quality here and the apartment was dirty at check in. The front office staff are fantastic but the work team downstream from them is not dependable and this reflects poorly on the apartment community here.

The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful with the whole process. The area is well maintained and the apartment was very clean when moving in. The pool was being cleaned and maintained on the day we were moving in as well. The fitness center here is awesome, has pretty much everything you need in it that a Gym should have, along with an upstairs area that hasn't pool tables, ping pong table, and couple of other games as well.

I just moved into this complex so I don't know how much value this will be, but here we go. So far, I really like living here. So far it's quiet and comfortable. It's much cleaner in person than u could ever think of from the online pictures. The move in process with the staff was very straight forward, and they were very polite. Couldn't have gotten a better apartment.
