Very spacious and accommodating. This complex has more amenities than any other in Wilmington. Friendly and attentive staff. Great community and close to UNCW and downtown Wilmington. They offer many types of workout classes for free and the gym is very nice and new.

The staff in the office are entirely useless. If you have a single question do not expect an answer for 30 minutes. They have no knowledge or communication skills to resolve problems. They also will bait you into paying for longer than your rental term.

I've watched this place grow since 2011 and I'm still living here for a reason. With the exception of some neighbors not curbing after their dogs, I'm very satisfied living here. Clubhouse, pool, 24/7 business center, and friendly staff. Yup!

The common area has dog waste on steps and rugs, you call smell it on grounds as u get out of your car. Lighting on stairwells and my floor in building have been out since I moved in over 2 yrs ago. Not sure about the other ones.I just know it's not safe. I don't feel it's my job to tell them, maintenance should be checking them.

I love living here. The price is right and we are close to everybody. The people in the office are very nice as well. We love the pool and amenities esp. In the Summer. We have been here for over 3 years now and will probably continue to re sign our lease until we are ready for a house.

The staff at the Reserve at Forest Hills is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are excellent and very clean. I would have been better able to make a more informed decision if I had been shown the exact apartment I would be renting. The quality of the model apartment is much nicer than the actual apartment.

The main complaint I have with The Reserve is the staff in the office. I have been living here for four years, and it seems like every month there is an issue with the bill. You can never reach them through email, and when you go in person they seem to know less than you about the issue. Then when they say they have corrected the issue, the next month it is obvious nothing has been done. It is getting quite tiring, and I am thankful this is my last year in this apartment complex.

It's been great. The apartment is spacious, the office staff is great (I love Britney) and maintenance is wonderful-fast, efficient & friendly! The only issue I have is with parking. I wish there was designated visitor parking because my neighbors' guests fill up the parking lot and leave me no where to park after 5 oclock.

I picked an apartment in the location I preferred. It took about two days for them to cash my $60 check for the fee and my $250 check for my deposit. It took a week for them for them to rent my apartment out from under me and offer me another one in a less desirable area. I went back to the office and cancelled. I tried to argue that I should not only get my deposit back, but the fee, since I was not the one to break the agreement. The manager would not even come out of his office to discuss it with me. I was told it would take no more than four weeks to get my deposit back. Going on 10 weeks later and four visits and two calls, I still have not received my deposit back. Always some excuse and a promise. Never have they callede to discuss my situation. My next course is the BBB.

I really liked this place when I lived there from '09 to '13, but around the time I was moving out their organization fell apart. They couldn't keep records straight and I had to keep going to the office for the same issues over and over again. I hope that's changed, but the fact that they just sent me a request for feedback on a maintenance request even though I haven't lived there in 2 years makes me think nothing has changed. I will say their maintenance staff was always amazing. Fast, friendly, helpful, etc.

Overall it has been fine. I have had quite a few maintenance request (air conditioner at least 3-4 times, water heater, heat 2x at least exterminator) but I think its because the property needs upgrading a bit on somethings inside the apartment.

nd not military friendly. My husband just came back from a deployment. When he left, they did a walk through and found nothing. While away, we got hit with a $175 charge and they wouldn't tell us why. "Just pay it or get out!" There were condoms on or around my car some mornings and it took maintenance one month to attend to my issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

The leasing experience is a nightmare. Be prepared to constantly have to take all the initiative in getting your paperwork in order, make copies of everything, and constantly double-check that the staff have done what they've said they have. Even still, be ready for unexpected setbacks and delays. Once you're in, however, the community is enjoyable. The amenities are wonderful: the gym is well-secured and stocked with a wide variety of machines and free-weights, the pool and surrounding area is beautiful, and the recreational center is useful for gatherings and parties. The units themselves are decent, and most of the technical issues can be eventually resolved by their maintenance staff. It's a good price for all it includes. Again, however, the office is a hurdle that you might not want to deal with. OH! Head's up! All inclusive internet still requires you to buy the router. They don't tell you this, so yeah.

The property is great and convenient for college students and retired residents at the community. The rent should be lower for residents that live on retirement. The property is great because I have lived here is Blue Ridge built the Reserves many many year ago.

These apartments are affordable, yet feel like a luxurious place to live in. The grounds are kept in tip top shape, the appliances are clean and in good working condition, the pool is sparkling clean and the gym is up to date. This was a good choice for our family and we hope you come tour the complex when thinking of your next move.

Terrible place to live. The staff is horrible. I have called three times to complain about the neighbors, who literally were jumping up and down so bad that the pictures on my wall fell off. I even visited the office, and wrote the corporate office. Did I get a response back from any of the staff?? Nope. I know plenty of people in Wilmington and will be sure to tell anyone and write on any website, what an awful place to live this is. Not only are the staff terrible, the cars get broke into. They don't communicate with their residents!!!
