Everyone here has been courteous, efficient and pleasant. The grounds are always well kept and the ammenities building is well cared for. The office staff go above and beyond and we are thrilled to be living here. I would recommend this facility to friends and relatives.

I have been living here for 3 years. I have a one bedroom apartment with a sunroom. The amount of space I have is more than adequate. This property is well maintained. Every service request I have put in was taken care of efficiently. The staff are professional and friendly. As far as noise goes.. I live next to stairs so I can always hear people going up and down.. Doesn't bother me except for when it's 3:00 am and people are staggering up to their apartments, arguing or just being loud. I can also hear the train but that doesn't bother me. I've had a positive experience living here so far. I just resigned my lease for another year so hopefully it'll stay the same.

From the moment we moved in we had issues with the dishwasher not cleaning dishes, the laundry room doors constantly getting stuck, the train noise at all hours of the night, hearing our neighbors through paper thin walls. The maintenance staff is efficient, but management pays for the bare minimum, so maintenance had to come monthly to fix the same issues - and the dishwasher just never worked. However, the kicked was when I found TONS of mold behind my sons curtains during a cold week. They tried to say it was our fault for not wiping the window sills! And they have an entire section in the lease regarding mold bc I'm sure they know it's an issue. A neighbor had found tons of mold in their closet and after cleaning maintenance told him not to shut the closet door so it wouldn't grow back! I moved my son out immediately, luckily we had family to stay with in town, but it took 2 weeks before management agreed to let us out of the 1 month left on our lease. After I spoke to an attorney. And they refused to have the mold cleaned by a professional. ALSO there were numerous break-ins of cars in the parking lot, the facilities are average at best, and it absolutely sucks that you can't leave the apartment and walk anywhere. Forget the conveniences of apartment living and rent from an independent landlord in a cute house downtown. Bell partners own half the complexes around town, and they're terrible.

You know, I would have been fine with the fact that my 60 day notice was late and these guys were going to charge me for additional days of rent until 60 days after my move out notice was given. If they had told me that was their intent. They didn't. I completed what I believed was an on-time move out around September 18, 2014, and they never once mentioned that, "Oh, by the way, you're moving out 10 days early and do you perhaps want to stay for those extra days you're paying for?" The management told me I had a refund coming. They told me it had been processed and mailed, even. When I called to ask where it was, oh, two months later, they said it hadn't been mailed because it was wiped out by the debt I owed for those additional 10 days of rent mentioned above. I was counting on that money. I spent a TON of money getting moved in the middle of September and could have saved a lot of money if I had known that I had 10 paid-for days at the apartment. So here I am. I was willing to overlook the time that my roommate ditched me and I had to pay $50 to have them removed from the lease (you know, so they couldn't come back and demand to be allowed back in)... and management cashed my check and NEVER removed them from the lease. Seriously. They were on my move-out paperwork. I was willing to overlook the time when I was in Afghanistan they emailed me to say that my full-time student and working-as-much-as-possible fiance HAD to get our dog a DNA swab so they could implement a "Poo Prints" program where they fine anyone who doesn't pick up their dog crap several hundred dollars (fines are listed NOWHERE on the lease). I was willing to ignore the crappy neighbors who party until 4 am on a school/work night and the thin walls and flooring that in no way insulates you from your neighbor's loud sex. And the dishwasher that didn't even make clean dishes if you wash them by hand before using it. And the time they took a MONTH to repair the water heater that was leaking in the apartment above mine and pooling in my laundry closet. And the way people tear at all hours through the parking lots like they're a speedway. But now I'm angry. I spent several thousand dollars on moving into our new house and rushed the previous owners out because I was under the impression I HAD to be out at the end of my lease. I could have saved a significant portion of it if I had known I had 10 extra days before I had to move. But I was never notified, and the promised refund never came. Oh, but the pool is nice when it's not full of drunk people.

I was a prior tenant. Liked it at first, but dog waste was a constant issue (even on the sidewalks) and full poop bins. Dog park was not maintained. They said there was a breed restriction, but they allow ANY breed. There are tons of pitbull mixed and full breed, doberman, German Shepard, etc. They do not enforce the rules they make the tenants enforce. These are way overpriced apartments. You hear every single step from the neighbor above you and/or beside you. Told there is a courtesy officer; however, RARELY is that person available or actually picks up the phone. Vehicles have had their tires stolen off them, tires have been slashed, armed robberies have occurred in the parking lot. A tenant stole personal property out of another tenants garage and the property allowed this tenant to remain a tenant knowing he was a thief and had stolen right from the same property he lived on. Gave me a VERY difficult time getting out of the lease early due to property being stolen and/or broken by the upstairs tenant's nightly partying. The office manager, district manager and her boss were extremely difficult to work with and they try to charge you tons of money to "break" your lease due to any legal matter whatsoever. If it was their property or their vehicle or maybe even them getting held at gunpoint they might think twice, but for tenants, they could care less. I would NEVER recommend this place for safety and they try and sell the apartments for their "great" amenities. Ask to see a "real" apartment, not a show room one and talk to other tenants. Everyone seems to be packing up and leaving and if they are smart and want a safe place to live, they would be leaving there. This is a college student spot for sure, definitely not a "family" atmosphere and there is no respect by those who party and leave trash all over. Even students do not deserve to pay such an outrageous rent amount and have to be unsafe or unhappy. You do NOT live in the amenities building, so I would see the "real" apartment living for what it is and not the "cosmetics" they show you in person when you go there. Walk through the common areas in different buildings, walk around the pond, walk to the dog park, etc. Again, it would be up to you to live in this community, but being a past tenant, I do know what was going on there.

Signed a lease in October. Will never resign one. STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. They are money hungry and will not assist you if an issue is to come up. Mantience is dumb, took 3 trips to fix a leaking toilet, each time they came they made a mess (including getting wax all over my new bath rug and bathtub) and guess what? The toilet still leaks! Two trips for an ice maker all since I've lived here for 3 months. The apartment is very poorly insulated, high power bills and I can hear all my neighbors clearly through the walls. Had to call police because a drunk guy was banging on my door at 4 am. Residents do not clean up after their pets and there is a train right off the property that goes by every night at 1 am and will wake you up. They won't tell u about that. Not to mention the getto housing right next door with the crime and thugs up and down the street in the complex.Do NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.

Six months was just enough time for me to decide that I did not like living with college kids. Granted, I lived here during an internship (so I was still somewhat a college kid). My first night in this apartment I was enjoying my deck when a guy in his huge truck drove by and asked me where a certain building was. After I simply replied "I don't know", he told me to "f--- off" (super great southern hospitality to someone from the West coast). I found the structure of the apartments poor, especially whenever my neighbors threw parties. And one night, when my neighbor had a party, she started screaming "GET THE F--- OUT!" There were several nights were I heard domestic disputes in the parking lot (one of those nights I ended up calling the cops because it sounded dangerous)... So yeah, I decided I was done living with college kids after being here. Grounds are okay. Office staff is mediocre at best. The best staff member I encountered was the emergency maintenance guy who helped me out tremendously one night. However, the normal maintenance guys came into my apartment reeking of cigarette smoke and dragging in gum on the bottom of their shoes. But the floor plan was nice and in reality, I liked living here for a little bit. Ultimately, I would only suggest this place if you like drama and only plan on living here for a short period of time.

The community as a whole is gorgeous. I didn't have the opportunity to stay in this complex very long, however, the staff was extremely friendly, understanding, and accomodating to my needs which is not always easy to come by in apartment settings. I really appreciate their service, and am overall very happy with my experience.

Likes and Dislikes: Very friendly staff.

The staff is rude and you pay too much for what you get but they are improving their amenities. Other than that I enjoyed the social environment but it is loud and I wouldn't not move in if I wasn't a college student.

Great Value and amazing location. The grounds were impeccable, any issues I had were immediately resolved. I had to terminate my contract early due to relocation for work and the staff was completely accommodating and worked with me to find a solution that worked for the both of us.

We have lived here before, and been to other places since. The only managment group who responds to repairs right away, and even gave us our deposit back. Other landlords I had to fight tooth and nail for my deposit. We loved it here before, we are very happy again.

The apartments themselves...
The apartments themselves are nice but the people who live here are horrible. Its nothing but college aged kids who are loud, obnoxious, and inconsiderate. They yell and cause commotion all hours of the night and leave a terrible mess all over the grounds by morning. When I leave for work in the morning one would think there was a riot outside overnight its so trashed up sometimes. Grown people shouldn't live here you would hate it as I do. If your a kid living off your Mom and Dad with no job, by all means live here, you'll love it but adults, STEER CLEAR!!!!

Maintenance was non-existent....
Maintenance was non-existent. Nothing was ever fixed. Had to fix it yourself. When the waterheater developed a problem & sprang a leak & flooded the downstairs apt, they came in on the 2nd day in the afternoon to fix it, did a crappy job of wet vaccing the carpets, used all my towels & threw them in the washer without telling me, shut the lid on them & when I came back after being gone for two days had to throw the towels away. They left 2 industrial carpet dryers on high for the entire time I was gone. They had beat dents into the doors & walls & they tried to charge me for damage when I ended my lease. I had taken pictures of the mess, only because my mom suggested it or I would have been out loads of money. The alarm system never did work, even after repeated requests for repair. The dishwasher was always having issues also.

I love living at the reserves. The management is good and maintenance is very prompt. My building is quiet with a good mix of residents. They are building a two story amenities building that is going to be awesome. My rent is very reasonable and my utilities are low. I love it here!

Moved here in the summer of 2011. When I first moved in I really liked the Reserves but now I am ready to get out. They will charge you for just about anything and the lease is nearly impossible to get of. You need to give a sixty day notice if you plan to vacate when your lease is up , any days less than sixty and you are forced to pay double rent for those days even if you have moved out. The price of the apartments are way too high, I have been apartment shopping for two months now and found multiple apartment complexes in this exact area that are much better and cheaper. They come into your apartment all the time for inspections that you and up getting some charge for. I was charged over sixty dollars in blinds because they claimed that they needed to be replaced. The people here are very loud and nothing is ever done about it. The only good things I have to say about this apartment complex is that their staff is pretty friendly, for the most part, and they have nice amenities....but don't let those things fool you. If these apartments were a few hundred dollars cheaper it may be worth it but for the money you find a much better place elsewhere.
