This apartments have great location, and the neighborhood is goof I like and the service response is a good thing, the people in the office have good experience othe atencion for help the people, again I like. The price is a little high.

So far so good! We only moved in a few days ago, and the apartment was already cleaned and peeped for us to move into. It was very nice to have that stress taken off in addition to having to move all of our belongings in. The women in the leasing office were great and our door lock was fixed within 20 minutes of putting in the order, making both me and my roommate so much comfortable.

Very welcoming community and helpful staff! After filling out the condition of my apartment the days after moving in, the staff notified maintenance of 3 areas that could be improved and the maintenance worker came in the next day and was very polite and helpful and fixed everything! Thanks!

We have been truly happy living at Princeton properties. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are kept immaculate. There are many activities to take part in throughout the year. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Our home at Hilltop has been absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2.5 years and haven't had a single issue. The apartment is well-updated, and everyone on staff (both front office and maintenance) are always prompt, respectful, and helpful. The location is a five minute drive to Downtown Nashua, yet feels completely secluded from the hustle-bustle. It is also convenient to multiple grocery stores and restaurants including Whole Foods and (my favorite) Pho Street. Bonus - the refillable laundry cards are SUPER convenient. All in all, I would highly recommend Hilltop to anyone looking for a quiet spot to commute to Boston, Manchester, or Concord :)

I absolutely love that everything is close by to this location. Then when I come home, I can't hear any of the neighbors at all, not that it would even be a problem, they're all pretty good people. Also, this complex is always on top of snow removal which is a total lifesaver.

It is a very nice area to live in. The appartment are great and getting remodeled inside and the appartment houses are getting renovated as well. I love how the mew outcome looks like. If there is a maintenance issue it's getting solved by the stuff very quick. I'm happy to live here!

Apartments are clean and in good condition if anything goes wrong the maintenance staff is very helpful And efficient. Convenient location. Secure area And now with the new security measures (keypad lock system outside door and locks on apartment doors) even more secure

Quiet. The staff & maintenance are great. Great with paper & email notices. No issues there! I could live without the whole place being carpet. Also feel families with kids should be together or on first floor.

The staff is excellent! The office and maintenance always respond in a timely manner. The community is nice, quiet, and so helpful. The apartments have good space and layout. There is plenty of storage and the storage unit is a great perk as well.

Some aspects of the apartments are a little dated, but the new management company is doing a great job of updating buildings as they can. Really enjoy the location, parking is never an issue and maintenance is very responsive.

Nice size. The walking in closet in the master bedroom is amazing. Really quite and sweet community. The staff is always super respectful and kind. They will always be able to help you out. It's really a great place.

Hilltop is a wonderful community. Apartments are clean, updated and nice. The management responds within hours for any issues. The apartment buildings are locked which is new. Neighbors are courteous and welcoming. Winter snow removal is prompt and efficient.

I just moved in. Everything seems pretty good so far. I wish there was laundry in evry building so I wouldn't have to walk over to a different building. Also a better tennis court would make a huge difference for me.

The moving in process was easy. The staff have been courteous with any concerns that I had. This particular complex has smoking and non smoking buildings and it was not disclosed which of the available apartments were in which buildings

I feel that this office staff and community is Overall very good. This property is Relatively safe and enough parking is available. Management can add park for children, a place to exercise, picnic area etc.

The office and maintenance staff are great and very attentive to any issues that may arise. The apartments are clean and very quiet, especially with being off of a busy road. The rent isn't terrible compared to other apartments in the area especially for what you get.

Everyone here is extremely friendly, workers and residents included! Moving in was a quick and easy decision for us, the apartments are clean and spacious. Average rental price, and perfect area to live.

I move here on 2016 From MA and i have no complains, Love that the school buses comed in here so its save for kids, if i need something done in my apartment they're quick to response. Princeton took over and its better after they did. I have 0 complains, the staff are very friendly.

I just moved into Hilltop and am so happy that I did. I moved to New Hampshire from Michigan, and was unable to fly out and tour any apartments before moving here. Once the staff knew this, they took the time to give me a tour over FaceTime! It was then that I knew that the people here really care about their tenants. Ever since moving in, I have been so comfortable and happy to call this my new home!

Quiet so far. Some people smoke at the entrance which is not good for me. They have to be advised to stop since it's not . good for someone like me. It's quiet expensive though. Everything else is okay at this time

They really seem to like making changes, so much has happened since I moved in, I miss the trees but the landscaping looks nice at least.. I dont think it was worth the hike in price but I'm always happy to see a place trying to get themselves more professional and fancy looking .

Just moved in. The location and neighborhood is great. The place is peaceful except for the noise that comes from highway. The staff are responsive;they fixed a small issue i had in my apartment within a day. Overall happy with the place till now.
