I have only needed maintenance twice and both times, the staff fixed the issue extremely fast on the same day I requested. They have been very professional and courteous to me ensuring that there was little impact to my time and schedule.

I'm about to renew my lease for the 4th time and have never had an issue. Maintenance is always a life saver. They are polite and super helpful. Any time I have an issue they arrive in a timely manner.

Love living here, thanks for your help, the community could use cameras in the parking lot for any infractions but otherwise the apartment complex is a great place to live and is reasonably priced for this area.

Community is nice but rent is expensive for the quality of the apartments materials. Flooring needs to be redone. Air Ducts need to be cleaned regularly not just the filter. Lighting is terrible and should be more lighting provided and do away with the old floresant bulb fixtures.

Very nice and peaceful so far. No nuisance and no disturbance at all.I really would appreciate if the kitchens were a little more bigger than they actually are. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who would want to live in Nashua.

Hilltop is a great location for first-time apartment renters.I moved in with my boyfriend during the summer of 2020 and the entire move-in process was very smooth. The office staff was always available to answer our questions and any maintenance problems have been addressed within 48 hours.

The apartment is fine but too small. We are fortunate to have the laundry facilities in the same building we are living in but have to walk downstairs to get to them. The building is somewhat quiet except for the noisy children above us who stomp, run and jump loudly. All other problems we have had are quickly taken care of by management. The complex is conveniently located to both shopping and work .

I have loved living at Hilltop. The apartments are cozy and actually feel like homes instead of apartments. Maintenance is very efficient and usually comes to fix things the next day! There is plenty of parking and many spots for visitors. The grounds are well kept and there's outdoor barbeques and picnic benches! I love how it feels like you are living in a foresty area but the highway is right next door. The location is amazing. Staff is super friendly and respectful. Highly recommend this apartment complex

My boyfriend and I moved into this community being the first place without family. We are more then pleased with the outcome of our townhouse and the property. The front office is incredibly nice and helpful, if someone doesn't know the answer they will direct you to someone who can help you in a timely manner. Before moving in, I called multiple times and they never showed frustration from hearing from me more then once in a week at times.

A decent apartment overall. Pros: fairly inexpensive, extra storage space, plenty of parking spaces, quiet neighbors, code locks on entry doors for safety, near many shops and grocery stores. Cons: Loud traffic from the highway, kitchen configuration is a little weird, kitchen space is small, laundry is shared and not every building has a laundry room, which means hauling your laundry to another building.

Overall fair, grounds could be more attractive, the building update are very nice, though the windows seem to be a little drafty but overall decent value. The hallways are kept up well. The new security system also is very nice.

We have enjoyed living at this community very much. The location has played a large part in us being here so long. The Management Staff has always been caring for our needs and requirements and ensured us having a positive experience.

We enjoyed staying in Forest ridge apartments, but after last year we notice lots of events cancelled and not conducting properly. Many children events not happening like halloween and painting results are very much biased.

All of the staff has been lovely from the office to the maintenance. Can speak well enough about maintenance though, our last place took months to address issues, this maintenance is on top of answering calls. Beautiful and fairly quiet community, hallways and parties are a little loud, but thankfully our bedrooms are on the outer side and we don't lose sleep over it, and we are on a corner unit so we don't share many walls.

I love this community. Office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is top notch. Always polite and willing to work with you at the last minute. Neighbors are quiet and there is a great mix of diverse families and others.

Awesome place to stay with your family, very close to primary needs, drivable location, 45 min to Boston, 25 min to Manchester as someone who work on field perfect set up. A nice place to live, clean and quite.

My experience in this community has been so great thus far. Everyone is extremely friendly and kind. I feel extremely safe when I go for walks around the community! The team that works here is so kind, hard working, and friendly. If we have any issues with our apartment, they are so quick to respond! When we moved in, everything was clean and fresh and it was so simple to move in. Again, the staff is amazing and super helpful, we are so glad we chose to live here!

Quiet and nice community. Apartment is nice and affordable. Staff are courteous and quick to respond. The location is convenient for me since its a ten minute drive away from my work and there are some shops and restaurants nearby.

Apartment is great size and location. We were quickly accommodated when we stated we needed a first floor apartment within a short time frame. Maintenance repairs are usually pretty quick and done well. Neighbors are very quiet and friendly.

it's a fish bowl and there is no real place for kids to play where you don't feel watched. and it doesn't feel like home at all. Neighbors never talk to you no matter how friendly you are. gym membership is nice but wish they had a clubhouse for the amount of money I pay every month. could be paying a mortgage and not have someone tell me i can't have my bike out. (which I use a lot). I want to be able to personalize my space but I don't feel that's possible and I really wish my kids had space to play were I didn't have to fear someone hitting them with there car. But, the staff is nice and maintenance is quick.

So far it has been very pleasant !! We just moved in and the process was painless , and the apartment was in such good condition. All the staff was so helpful and kind ! It was easy moving everything in, and we love how laundry is in our building and maintenance is so quick !!! All together we are very happy so far and can't wait to stay here longer !
