When I first applied, application process was easy and efficient. Rent was reasonable and one of the main reasons we moved in here. Everything is done properly here I.e snow removal, pot hole filling and overall cleanliness. Laundry is very easy as well, a great place to live.

Melanie and Tara are fantastic, courteous, and very helpful. My move was stress free when dealing with hilltop and any maintenance requests when I arrived were handled quickly and without delay. The apartment was clean and ready for move in sooner than anticipated. Overall fantastic experience.

On a night two years ago my dishwasher started leaking water and soap everywhere. In a panic I shut it off and immediately put in a maintenance slip through the app. The next day, bright and early, a wonderful maintenance member detached and pulled out my old dishwasher and reinstalled a new one in two hours. It was quick, painless, and professional. Every time I've had a problem here, the office staff or maintenance crew, have handled it as quickly as they handled that dishwasher. It really makes it worry free here because you know that help is a few taps away.

We like everything here at Hiltop, from the service in the office to the day of our entrance to the apartment. Private location, close to a great shopping center with supermarket, we have everything we need here. The tranquility we were looking for, we reached here

They have always been great I moved in after my divorce and all the staff have been nothing but kind,understanding, helpful, likeable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this community to EVERYONE. The location is extremely convenient also

Hillton by Princeton is a great place to live the property management and maintenance staff are approachable ,knowledgeable and professional they take great care to resolve issues promptly. The property is well kept and conveniently located.

The community is nice and quiet, staff is friendly. Mainentenance is handled in a timely manner and given the appropriate level of urgency. I think snow removal is handled well also. I cannot think of anything negative to say.

The space in the apartment is very comfortable, the Loundry service and the deposit room help a lot. The only negative is that the floor of the apartment makes a lot of noise when you walk around ??..

My experience here is good. When I had problem in my apartment you guys fixed. When I needed a new key or whatever was necessary at my apartment and it was property damaged. It was solved. My experience is great and I don't have any complains at the moment.

We moved in last fall. Enjoying the experience so far. A nice safe, clean community. Close to several grocery stores. Usually pretty quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff is extremely responsive and handles problems very quickly.

Ive been here since 2016, The staff its super friendly and always willing to address any concerns or issues. Maintenance always have a quick response, I love the fact that the school bus stop its right in here and our kids are safe. Ill be renewing again this year.

It has been fantastic! Management is very professional, the lots are always plowed well, and the price is fair! Love how close we are to everything in Nashua and how quiet and polite the community is.

Hilltop is off Amherst street in a very remote area. Its a great first apartment and location for someone who wants quietness and privacy. The staff are very kind and welcoming to all our needs. I could not have asked for a better first apartment.

Have enjoyed living here, comfortable, kind Neighbours, price increases are driven by the market which is understandable but still hard to rationalize the increases. Office staff is wonderful and always accommodating.

Inside the apartment is quiet. Opening windows is not a good idea because of the highway. Our units sliding door faces the highway. Maintenance is usually quick on responding to emergency calls. Not a bad place to live. I like it. Hope rent doesn't go up again in October.

Overall, I feel safe in the complex it if you need an update of any kind your apartment it's a little difficult you need to go straight to the office and not talk to the maintenance people. Communication between the office, and the maintenance group could be better on notifications and delays in work sometimes do not get passed along in a timely manner. As far as being here and living alone, I feel completely safe and have no concerns going to my car or going to my apartment. The front door is secured which makes me feel better.

third time I have lived here, second time in a townhome; for the area OK deal; space is as expected; not updated, but location is nice, close to highway and shopping, walking distance to many things; this is a smaller type place and older style so rooms are broken up, not open concept at all; nice that heat is included as window are drafty and out of date.

Parking needs to fixed. Parking is Hard with no lines. Multiple space's taken. Visitor parking was taken in one spot. Washer and Dryer should be on every floor. (Like the lease says) Rent was raised for not what they offer .

It's a quiet place to live, and I just love it. It is a nice place if your an elderly person. Close to anything you need. Close to shopping centerswhether it's for food or clothing. There are some really nice schools near here.

We've Live Here Since 1999. Everything Has Been Wonderful. The Staff, Maintenance Guys, Social Events, Laundry Facility, Storage Space, Repairs, Comfortable Living Space and Parking Spaces have been the Best!!! We Love It Here!!!!!

I've lived in a Princeton Place apartment for over 5 yrs. I've never had an issue with anything or anyone. I definitely recommend any of there Properties. I have lived at there South Nashua location.. That was close to the highway, super market, local mall. They were great at relocating me quickly to a bigger place when I needed it.I have lived at 2 different apartments at another Princeton Property, no issues there either..

Since we have been living here for the past couple of weeks it has been great! Snow plows have been out during ever snow strom. Friendly neighbors. Can't wait to make many memories here with my family.

Great staff, quick and excellent service when responding to any issues or concerns. Property is well maintained and clean. Parking during snow storms can be difficult but the staff do their best to keep the roads and lots plowed and maintained.

I have lived hear for 13 years and have no complaints or gripes. It is a quite community no real issues it is kept clean and organized It is an amazing place to be I would highly recommend the hilltop to my friends
