- Convenient access to surrounding areas and highway - not very walkable to stores or parks - surprisingly quiet given proximity to highway - very good snow removable - aggressive towing of vehicles without a sticker or not moved for snow (good and bad thing)

Great office staff, helpful, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Maintenance is timely and addresses any issue immediately. My appartments apparence is new, clean and modern. It's a quite place to live but still close to stores, parks, and highways.

Hilltop is extremely over priced place to live with very few benefits to make it worth it. The tow company tows out of visitor parking regularly but claim you need a parking pass to park in the visitor labeled spot. The buildings are not well kept and the community suffers from thieves breaking into cars. Exits do not open easily and the fire doors dont close. Feel very unsafe for the amount of money we have to pay each month.

The staff are great. You'll never know what kind of neighbors you'll get, however. The upkeep with snow removal is quick and efficient. The staff regularly updates the community of changes, procedures, and events. Overall the experience has been good.

Overall it has been a good experience we like our neighbors and maintenance is very good. It's not a noisy complex and the plowing is good. What would make this place amazing is a community center or fitness center and pool on property. Although hilltop allows us a membership to the double tree.

Everything has been great. I love living here, I'm just worrying about the prices. Every year it increases by a good amount and if it increases the way it has the past few years, I won't be able to afford it.

The staff and maintenance crew are amazing. Always answer calls and fixes quickly. Would be a 10/10 if there was in unit laundry!! Always plenty of parking and visitor parking for your guests. The apartments are spacious and is pet friendly!

Great apartments! They take great care of the property, this makes it a very pleasant place to live. Friendly community, great for families! You are right down the road from absolutely everything which brings a lot of convenience as well!

Office and maintenance is great, neighbors depends obviously your building but not bad. The laundry can be a problem, people love to leave their belongings in them all day which is one of the biggest issues I have

Everyone is nice, quiet, and friendly. The building is kept clean, and access to the building is secure. I have always felt safe in my building and comfortable at the apartment. I love hilltop and will be staying for a while!

I have loved my time here at Hilltop and I highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly even when they have to talk to foreign people that don't have fluency in English, they are always helping us to make a conversation when we need it.

So far I really enjoy my time here at Hilltop. The apartment unit we have is great and we absolutely love our balcony, as it gives us an amazing view of the sunrise every morning. The office and maintenance staff have also been incredible and very timely.

I have nothing negative to say about living In the Hilltop Community. It's safe, clean and if you need something the leasing and maintenance team is available to assist if needed. I've enjoyed living here

I don't really interact with the community. I would really just like it if people would not smoke in the building. It gets into other peoples apartments and smells terrible. Do it outside so everyone doesn't have to smell it.

Hilltop staff has ultimate been a pleasure to work with through the application process and through any issues that arise. New residents please please be very careful with your parking tags as the tow signs aren't a joke ??. PUT YOUR TAG IN YOUR CAR!

Maintaintance service is readily available. and expertly done. Since new owners have taken over the property appearance is constantly being improved ,this makes living here more comfortable and plesent.

I moved in just under two weeks ago and I can't stress enough how amazing the entire experience has been so far as this is my first apartment. I'm so glad with the choice I made to live here and I'm excited for the year to come.

We love everything about it. The environment is immaculate, beautiful, safe and secure. We love the quick response of the apartment maintenance when needed. This location is perfect due to its proximity to stores and exit to the highway.

Quiet and convenient when raising my daughter. She's now 21 so am considering looking around for more affordable place closer to my job. Rent is high and goes up every year with . Office and maintenance have been helpful over the years we've been here

It's a great place to live. Quiet and clean with a wonderful and attentive staff, we've felt very happy, safe and cozy here for multiple years. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for great maintenance, quiet living and a nice tucked away feel while still being right in the city and close to stores and activities.

good apartment, but poorly renovated, the biggest problem is high rent, lack of more play area for children and improvements in barbecue grills, the sports court is no longer open to the community....

Our experience has been pretty good since moving here in August. The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet allowing privacy. But, we are close enough to the main road, which allows access to many restaurants and establishments for shopping, etc.

Pretty good but rent is keep increasing, neighbors are very nice, places are convenient to many places such restaurants and supermarkets, easy access to highway. Overall things are pretty good, but the rent is keep increasing for every year renewal
