Awesome first apartment! Even with the transition from Forest Ridge to Hilltop, everything went smoothly. Apartment in great condition when we moved, always available parking and car friendly! Amazing price for what you get.

Lately I see lots of improvements and the place is looking beautiful it's definitely different than when we moved in back in 2015 The facilities people are amazing, their response time is great and they are very nice and courteous it's truly a great place to live. We are also very please with management, they always go out their way to solve any issues. (Thank you Lisa, you guys rock!!!)

The maintenance department always does a great job. The office staff is very good at handling ant issues that arise. Every time we call they return our call. The property is being nicely upgraded and much more appealing.

This community is beautiful, clean, quiet and so convenient! The staff is amazing! Both the office and maintenance staff! Any issues are resolved extremely quickly and they go out of their way for their tenants!

I love living at Hilltop, the community is beautifully kept and there is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. I enjoy having the outdoor grills and picnic tables to use in the warmer months. The apartments are clean and have character. I am happy to have a balcony as well. I appreciate having heat included in the rental price as well. So far I have had a positive experience living here at Hilltop!

At the moment we are delighted so far everyone we know who is residing here is happy and satisfied we believe that we will also be because we are already loving, what I would like to improve only the space of children I found very small and very exposed to the sun and rain does not have leisure for adults and nor for young people could join pecinas and block we have room for this !!! No longer am I well satisfied.

Overall a great place to live. Quite area, I've had no problems at all. Very clean apartments, friendly staff and great 24/7 maintenance. During a winter snowstorm a maintenance staff member helped me clean off my car, was very thankful.

As a new moving person, I don't have more experience yet with this apartment but in past few days I can recommend that this is the best place to live! Safety Neighborhood , perfect customer service, nice apartment outside and inside! For the good price

Community was good with patios. Good maintenance and nice parking. Very helpful during snow fall and cleaning. After outer renovation apartment looks nice and clean. It will be nice if we have swimming pool and gym within community.

Nice and quiet place. Well care, extremely professional!!!! We did the best choice when we moved!!!! Since our first visit until now we do not have nothing bad to say about all. We are really happy to live here!!!!

Staffs are friendly and good. Floorings and carpets are very bad. community landscapes are not that and maintenance teams are very good and get immediate response for any issues. community is very quite

Not a bad place to live. Pretty quite especially considering the proximity to the high way. The rent goes up every year which is annoying because nothing has been improved. The buildings are old and drafty, meaning cold in the winter and humid in the summer. Good thing heat is included. The maintenance staff is pretty good and usually responds quickly. Parking can be an issue especially on weekends.

This is a great community. The management team is always available and helpful, and the maintenance team always responds quickly and they are always respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend this community!

I've been at these apartments for 8 months so far I havent had anything to complain about the community is great nobody bothers you maintenance responds fast to any issues you have and management is great. The apartments are nice the rent is a good price I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

It's a nice, quiet and safe community to live in. Apartments are great and the extra storage space is nice to have. Very convenient location. They do a great job at keeping the community clean and presentable.

I never had any issues with this place it is very clean and quiet place it is great in the summer you can walk around with no problems everyone is friendly if you need maintenance they get to you right away if you're not home they will take care of everything

Overall, it's been an ok experience. I feel the price point doesn't quite equate to the apartment given the age and required repairs. Sound proofing should be a consideration as while in apartment living it's normal to hear your neighbors from time to time but not listen to a full conversation through the wall or ceiling.

Absolutely worst place I've ever lived. The screens on the Windows have gaps. Maintenance didn't fix when asked. The walls and floors are thin and cheaply maintained. I can smell the awful burnt garlic every time the person below me cooks. I can hear people's conversations 2 doors down! I found a crack pipe in the grass before the leaves fell and it's STILL THERE! Parking is horrendous even when you have a designated spot. The plow company they hired is terrible. The truck operator is angry and nearly hits vehicles. A man came through each residence building with a police siren on his megaphone this week and banging on doors to have everyone move their cars. I was on a phone call with one of my clients! Save money and rent ANYWHERE else.

Forest Ridge is a great community to live in. The area is very quite and a good place for kids. There is a playground area that is conveniently located in the center of the complex. It is always kept clean and up to date. The apartment buildings are cleaned every week and the landscaping is always done.

I have enjoyed my stay so far. I have no complaints. It is quite and when there is a problem the staff either sends an email or calls ASAP. I like how they make all the community group together too. They also do a great job at plowing the snow.

Very nice neighborhood in terms of the people around. The staff is alright, nothing special. They have nice events for people to get together sometimes. The place is well kept and looks great. My only problem with them is that they really don't allow people to sleep in at all. They frequently have people doing construction outside your window or hallway using power tools at 8 in the morning. If you work late hours and sleep in, you're ----ed. Get earplugs or something. This probably isnt the place for you if you work an evening or night shift at your job.

We love this place. The people that work he go above and beyond to make sure everything is always taken care of. The events that happen periodically allow everyone to meet the neighbors. The maintenance teem is first class as well. Problems are few and far between but when they happen they are taken care of in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Forrest ridge apartments.
