I have been living here for over 10 years. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The grounds are always well kept. And the maintenance is always quick and efficient. I've been very happy living here.

So far the experience has been great! Everyone here, employees and residents, are very friendly. The building and grounds are kept clean and looking nice and it's just over all a very nice neighborhood to live in.

My experience at this community has been good so far. I have had maintenance come a few times to fix things but they are always quick to repair whatever it is that needs repairing. It is in a good spot on Amherst St. in Nashua - lots of access to food and shopping. The only thing that isn't great is that the highway is right behind where my apartment is. It can be loud but I don't mind it that much.

I have had a wonderful experience in the community. They keep everything up to date and beautiful and resolve any issues so promptly. The staff are all responsive and very kind. We are so thankful to be able to live here.

Good quiet building and community. Staff has been handful and quick to answer any questions. Maintenance requests have been attended to in an efficient and timely manner. The location is very convenient and near by most things you need!

Near many useful locations, although getting in and out of the complex is annoying due to it being only accessible via west bound Amherst street. However the easy access to downtown Nashua, the many businesses on Amherst street, and the highway do more than make up for that minor issue. There's a new playground in the middle of the area, plenty of kids enjoy that. Otherwise, it's a decent place to live with plenty of size options

8 years no complaints . Everything is well maintained. Must have parking passes so no over crowding in the lots cute little playground and a spot for the kids to wait for the bus. Rent is cheaper compared to other rentals

Still new to the complex, but it's very well maintained and staff is very responsive. The windows are a bit thin, so you can hear everything going on outside (loud cars, loud neighbors etc). But still very peaceful

I just recently moved here, and I have nothing bad to say about Hiltop. For being my first time renting an apartment I was really nervous about this experience. It's just the beginning and the experience in the first month has been amazing and the staff has been warm and welcoming, would highly recommend to others!

A calm, bustling but not overly raucous apartment complex, with a management team that is neither overly nosy or overbearing, but is available for any issues or concerns, and with a maintenance staff that is very quick to respond in a timely manner to any maintenance requests

I have lived in this community for over 6 years. I love the tranquility and security here. Only 14 minutes from the downtown and we have supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations and 24/7 store all just 5 minutes from here.

Great experience so far the apartment we got is way bigger then I expected it to be the balcony has a beautiful view the kitchen is also set up perfectly to be able to cook without a bunch of people watching over ur shoulder overall I'm very happy so far!:)

Princeton at Hilltop, Nashua has been a great community to be a part of so far. Great amenities and helpful, friendly staff. Maintenance requests are usually handled and resolved SAME DAY, sometimes even and hour or two after submitting. Really top notch service, I'm impressed.

It's a good first apartment for myself. I have more than enough space and the quality is very nice. The new carpets when you first move in are very impressive. Also having a laundry unit downstairs is very convenient.

Community is fine. Backyard of my complex is a little bit of a mess since they cut trees down. Laundry room is supposed to only be used till 9:00 but neighbors don't listen sometimes at 2 in the morning.

I think hilltop is amazing and they are so polite both in the realm of maintenance and leasing office. They really care about their tenants and they do their best to make sure that the tenants feel supported.

For the most part it's fine. Laundry facilities were not located in our building and we had to take our laundry do different buildings which is annoying when it's super cold out. Our neighbors were quiet for the most part which was nice.

Very nice and quiet place to live maintenance is extremely fast to respond if any issues come up and management is always very helpful! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone I know and care about

Very nice staff. Located right off the highway, definitely convenient. Pretty quiet community. The maintenance people are sweet and very fast with work orders. Love the fact of being 2 min drive from Market basket, whole foods and aldi.

When we first moved here it was Forest ridge. We did love and enjoy all the trees and natural beauty around the complex. But all the other upgrades made after were great. We do feel we are paying a lot per month for our outdated apartment but considering the surrounding apartment complexes we are generally happy

I am still living here. When you place a maintenance request, they do respond to it in a timely manner. Especially when it is an emergency, like a toilet issue and if you only have one in your apartment. The staff in the office is very attentive and friendly and quick to assist you when any problems arise

I love living here at Hilltop and my whole family too, the rooms are spacious, the condo is very quiet, safe, clean and well located, the residents are well attended by the maintenance team and the support team I recommend for all families.
