It's been about 6 months since I moved into this beautiful community. Since my move in, I have never heard any noise other than young children having fun or waiting for their school bus. I have also not seen a fire truck meaning no fire alert. The serenity is incredibly beautiful and well laid out. Always, there space for packing regardless of the time or day, even during winter season. The interior design of the building is great and has enough storage space that suits my need. The other lovely thing to look forward for if you're considering a new apartment is the fact that the maintenance team are amazing at addressing any work requests within 24 hours, based on my experience. They would clean after they are done fixing what ever needed to be fixed and leave you a detailed note of what was done. Their politeness is something I find interesting. The management team are also very friendly and warm welcoming at all time. Again, this my personal experience since moving into this community, the Hilltop community. I would recommend this community if you have young children, you desire a peaceful community with access to outdoor and indoor entertainment and food, and a malls. It has it all! My children and I are loving it here!

I have been living here for the past 5 years. Great place and quiet community. Place is well maintained and The staffs are helpful. I love how the place is filled up with trees. Happy so far. Only issue is there is no laundry in every building, one might have to walk to the next building for doing one

Friendly service from both office professionals and maintenance members. Excellent snow removal and upkeep. Quick to respond to maintenance requests with a helpful disposition. Ample parking and storage. Included gym membership for a very nice gym.

Things seem quite good here. I've only been here the 2 months, but do not have many complaints. The only real issue I have is parking, as it is first come, first serve, and quite spread out. Other then that, i work 3rd shift with no issues sleeping during the day as of right now.

Its a great place to live. Great apartments with excellent office personnel and maintenance staff. Work is completed on a timely manner. The roads are well maintained in the winter. They are constantly improving the property inside and out.

I love it here. They respond to maintenance requests same day and are really accommodating and nice. Shopping nearby. Clean neighborhood and tons of things to do. Plenty of Lyft and uber drivers around.

Love it here is quite a short distance for work my wife also love it here she goes back to see her parents in Lowell and then she comes back to a quite house.My grandson also love it here in the summer we walk around with no problems just love it here

Forest Ridge Apartments was the best decision for us. It checked all of our boxes when searching for an apartment! We asked ourselves "what is wrong with this place? There must be something?" But after living here for a few months, we still have found nothing wrong. The apartments are spacious & clean, maintenance is fast, laundry is never backed up with multiple people using it, plentiful parking, and they put on community events. Couldn't have imagined a better apartment!

This is the first apartment my boyfriend and I moved into, and almost everything has been satisfactory. We do have some noisy neighbors above us, but they do have a young child, and we try to keep that in mind. However, as of recent, we have heard noises that make us believe that a dog may be living in that apartment as well now, which is not allowed according to our lease agreement. We have been woken up by this "dog" almost every day this past week during quiet hours. We haven't heard any barking yet, but the noise is too loud to think it was a cat. My boyfriend emailed the leasing office about this on 10/18/18, so we are waiting on a response. Other than this small issue, everything has been amazing at Forest Ridge, and we thoroughly enjoy being tenants here.

Very quiet community. Professional management, maintenance staff are amazing, and the location is very convenient for northern MA commuters. We plan on staying until we can get a house. I would recommend FR to anyone.

It was okay. There are some plumbing issues that should be looked at as I had to file multiple work orders for the same problem. There should be a better protocol for snow removal too as it was complicated and poorly handled

I rented here on a sublease, which I'm glad that's all it was. This place looks decent with the trees all around, but beware that the squirrels enjoy crawling under your car and chewing on electrical wires while you're sleeping. That was a common theme that I saw on the community board, fortunately I only experienced that problem 1 time in the 7 months I was there. The maintenance can take a few days to get around to issues, so hang tight if something breaks. The absolute worst part of my apartment was that I could literally hear full blown conversations from the unit above me, not yelling but normal tone voices. It was the worst when they had fun time at midnight and you could hear the moans and sighs. Yep, that's the truth. Now to the security deposit, it took over 3 months to get that back. It took me calling 2 months after I moved out to have the staff say they sent it a month ago. Since I never received anything a month after that, I called back and they said they sent it last month. Hmm, I was told it was sent before I called the first time and then they said they sent it when I called a month ago. Someone dropped the ball. So security deposits can take awhile and you may have to stay on them to get it back. The price of the 1 bedroom units is ridiculous and no one should ever pay this price for a cheaply built complex.

Property is beautiful. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. Office staff are caring and really help you. Could be more ventilation in the hallways of the buildings, very stuffy and sometimes smells of other neighbors meals. Hope they do some sort of a/c in hallways. Would really help with move-in during the summer.

My experience has been amazing. My dishwasher broke and a new one was placed in the same day. Central air broke and within a day was fixed while in the meantime we had a big fan. Thank you forest ridge

Living at Forest Ridge has had its ups and downs. For the most part it us a great community to live in, however low priority has been placed on maintaining the buildings external facade. A car ran into the building knocking a hole in my closet. While the internal wall was re plastered, the shingles were not repaired. Many people in the office are genuinely helpful. Miss the indoor bingo games.

The residence is well kept. Neighbors are friendly as well as the staff, they were helpful with any questions i had. Maintenace does a great job at keeping up the place. Overall it has been a great experiance so far for me.

We have enjoyed our time at Forest Ridge. It is very quiet and clean. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. I enjoy the special events that are offered to the residents such as a bbq in the summer and ice cream day. I also like the opportunities the residents are given to help out their community by participating in food drives and buying gifts for. children. In need.

Forest Ridge Apartments in Nashua NH is a nice area to live. Although when touring the apartments I found myself discouraged by the fact that my would be apartment was under maintnence, I was pleased upon moving in to see how well it was cleaned up. In general the good thing about actually living here is mostly its convenience in location. They also have different community based activities such as cookouts and bingo for those that are interested. The downfall is the lease which is 12 months minimum at least when I arrived and if you terminate the lease they throw on an extra months rent if not more depending on how you leave the apartment. Overall I would give it 3 stars. Its not the greatest but it is perfect if your looking to stay awhile.
