Good, but my kids was expecting a pool and is not one here. Good apartments I like it. ! Big and clean. and the staff is really nice. But the neighbors are so weird and don't talk to anyone. In 1 year, my kids don't make any friends. That's the point made sad, the pool for them and the community.

Overall it's not a bad community. For myself and my husband though, there are a few hangups. When the new management came in, rent increased quite a bit more than we had anticipated. If you get home any later than 7pm, you're walking a click to your apartment. You're probably parked in a visitor lot. And they had to cut down a lot of the trees that brought this place charm. The staff is great, the apartment is okay, and they're really good about plowing and such. But for the price, it wasn't worth it to me. Side note: there is only one way in and out in of your apartment if you're on the 3rd floor. Two entrances to the building, which is great, but only one to the actual apartment. If a fire happened in the heater closet, you're probably not getting out. Double goes for only one entrance to the complex itself. If we had to evacuate, it would be a disaster.

The property was beautiful when we toured and the apartment was clean and very spacious! We're very happy with our apartment and truly feels like home. I wish the first floor didn't smell like cigarettes all the time, but it doesn't affect our stay.

My experience at this community has been wonderful after a year of living here. We decided to resign, as we feel the value for what we are getting has not been matched elsewhere. We particularly enjoy the trees and quiet set back environment.

Forrest Ridge is a quiet and comfortable community. The staff is very friendly. Mainteance requests are always handled very promptly. I've lived here for going on 3 years and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's one of the more afforable places in Nashua.

Overall nice place to live, good access to highway. Still relatively new to Princeton since they purchased the property last summer. Some updates that have been implemented are good, online portal is helpful in communicating with property staff. Some problems with critters, would be nice to have more recycling (just 1 dumpster on property).

It's pretty good but I will have to pay too much money and I think they should do more improve to apartment. They should change the floor part into tiles thancarpets. They should change the window things. They should change the kitchen part and make anew one.

Staying here since last 7 Year and i absolutely love it. Management and support staff is awesome. Snow cleaning is exceptional and overall the location of this community is phenomenal. I will definitely recommend this community.

When you say "community" it's people to me. When we all get together for something, it seems good. But, many people don't respect this place and the people who live here. i.e. Not getting out to move cars on time during snow issues, throwing garbage on the ground, late night fights outside...then that guy firing his gun next door.

Great community! The only 2 things I can complain about is that building hallways are a bit smelly and finding an parking spot is hard. Everything else is excellent! The staff team is so professional. Everything is so organized with them and do a great job explaining what you need! I would totally recommend this place

I am overall satisfied with my 6 years stay here since 2012. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. But I need to buy a home I can call my own wherein I can somehow leave a legacy to my kids. If I hadn't find any listing to my liking I will definitely continue my lease with your community. The maintenance and office staff are excellent with any issues I have. They often react quickly and problems are resolved almost that day. Parking has improved with the new parking passes and like how the front door is now locked and passcode secured.

Great community, awesome maintenance. No bad experience beyond some noisy neighbors who moved out a long time ago. They also tended to cook really smelly food and the scent carried into the hallway. It never made it's way into my unit though.

Forest Ridge is a very good apartment complex to live in for the value. The apartments have central air, certain utilities are covered by the apartment, and are recently updated. Compared with other complexes in the area I have visited, it is vastly superior, especially when comparing price as well.

We've lived here for approx 1.5 years & it's been great so far. We moved in when they changed ownership so we didn't notice much in changes on our end. Quiet place, tucked away but still close to it all.

This community is very good. Very peaceful and calm. My daughter and I feel safe here. It is a bit inconvenient where it is located because it is not easily accessible to other places such as local shops but it is good because of the nature and is a good workout to walk around.

Usual loud tenants above my apartment, loud people going up the stairs all the time, no privacy on patio as it faces right into the parking spaces, staff has been friendly and understanding of issues, maintenance responds to requests fairly quick, too many people speed through parking lot here.

Recently ownership changed. Less of a family feel now. Almost all staff replaced and many jobs outsourced. It was nice knowing all the faces that worked around the property. Not a very friendly environment now. They are responsive. But with rental hikes will most likely look elsewhere when lease is up.

Great community, quiet and clean. Whenever there is a problem they address it immediately and effectively. Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is the best, I trust them in my house with out me having to be there.

I loved living here till the new ownership moved in. In the past years I have never had a problem with winter the old staff was out the entire night to make sure the residents were safe. I can not say that about this new company extremely angry

The support that this community provides is very good. They are always trying to improve conditions of property and if you have a problem office staff and maintance staff are always there to help make it all work out.
