It's a nice place to live. People are nice and the staff has always been helpful. Love the trees and squirrels. I have no complaints. I enjoy living here. Wpuld be nicer if there was more room for a back yard.

Toilet bowl is a little problem. The house is a bit cold and nothing else. I like the room structure too much. Toilet bowl is a little problem. The house is a bit cold and nothing else. I like the room structure too much.

I love looking out my window and seeing trees. All my neighbors have been nice, unobtrusive, and always willing to hold the door when someone's arms around full. I even got to see some baby skunks grow up a bit when they decided to be born under my patio. They were so cute!

Any issues given to maintenance have been fixed in a timely manner. Community is mostly mid-30s couples or small families; there are also some 20 year olds and some elder couples. Apartments are nice neutral colors, easy to decorate and quite spacious. Cabinets and refrigerator could use an update, but all the appliances work. No microwave, so prepare for that. There is a dishwasher (at least there was in mine). Hallways are always well kept. They are understanding of cat wear and tear. If you are someone who blasts music constantly or even after 7 on weekends, this may not be the fit for you. Many neighbors keep to themselves. Laundry is about $4 a load using a refillable card. You can walk to some basic places like whole foods, aldis, burger king, etc. on 101A, but it is more accessible with a car or public transport. Right by the highway, very convenient, but get used to making U-turns and using a loop connector (jughandle). Target is about 9mins away, Walmart 14mins. About 20 from Pheasant Lane Mall on DW Highway and 10 from downtown (for bars). I would stay again if they allowed dogs and a one bedroom was more affordable. Would recommend.

I love living here. The apartment sizes are great, the community is great, maintenance is always timely, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and I feel I'm getting a good value for what I pay. I highly recommend this apartment community!

I have lived at Forest Ridge since 2014 and I am honestly afraid to move anywhere else in fear that it won't meet the same standards that I'm used to here! Every interaction I've had with the office staff has been nothing but positive. I was locked out a few weeks ago and the staff was so kind and understanding while helping me out. Additionally, the maintenance staff I have interacted with have also been very kind and courteous. Rent seems to be on par with similar apartments in the area, and based on management comments on other reviews it seems there may be renovations in store this year which would be awesome! The only reason I only give 4 stars is because one of the main reasons I wanted to move in here was for the smoke free buildings. I'm really sensitive to cigarette smoke, so I hoped going to a smoke free building would avoid me having to deal with it. While most people do smoke outside in the summer, in the winter it seems they will smoke in their kitchen or bathroom, and unfortunately the smoke seems to travel through the vents, and into our kitchen/bathroom. I totally understand that people don't want to smoke outside when it is below freezing, but I wish the smell didn't end up creeping into our apartment. Overall, this has been a great place to spend the last three years, and I look forward to spending more time here.

Great clean apartment that is definitely more than I expected for the value. We are constantly outside using the yard or the playground with our 2 young children. Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient.

I feel very pleasant and feel well cared. I like the way the landscaping has been improving. I appreciate using gym at nearby Crown Plaza Hotel through Forest Ridge. I also appreciate summer cookout and ice cream social, etc.

I have lived at Forest Ridge for 10 yrs. I have lived in 4 different apts between one and two bedrooms. I have enjoyed living here and have found Forest Ridge to be very accommodating. I have a few concerns since the new property management but it is still early for my opinion on them, Forest Ridge has been a great place to live and I hope it continues to be that way.

Change in management has resulted in a raise in rent much higher than apartments are worth. Updates have been promised, but multiple projects remain unfinished, as well as aren't visually an improvement. Apartments are currently being updated inside as they turn hands, but repairs are constantly needed after a couple of years. Management, maintenance and custodial staff is all very friendly and respond reasonably fast to all requests.

The refridgerator door still is hard to close. With children, I find it open often. Also, I was told the smell coming from the water/sink in the upstairs bathroom was not an issue that could be addressed.

I have lived at the Forest Ridge complex for 2 years and I must say it has been very pleasant. Considering this is my first time living in an apartment the experience has been very positive because of the management and maintenance staff. The complex is kept very well. Although I haven't had to submit many work orders for repairs, if one is submitted its taken care of right away. I would defiantly recommend the complex to anyone looking for an apartment.

The community is quiet and we feel safe here. Management responds to issues on a timely basis, usually. They take care of winter clean up in a fast way and make announcements in multiple ways so that every resident has the opportunity to make arrangements.

I enjoyed it during the reign of the previous landlords. I am reserving my opinion to see what Princeton has in store for us during the next year..... I will let you know at that point so FAR SO GOOD.... other then the cat fee I am on a limited budget on social security, Please make the fee like a one time fee I could afford $ 25 a year no problem

My experience has greatly improved since Princeton Properties has managed the property. The majority of my concerns were met and I chose to stay another 2 years when I had planned on moving this summer. If they would do the remaining upgrades that have been done to some buildings but not others (outside painting, hallway renovations) it would be a very pleasant place to live. I will say the staff in the maintenance department and the office have been wonderful.
