Hilltop by Princeton is a lovely community. The office staff are very accommodating and understanding. Dogs are on a case by case basis depending on your apartment and need to have one (service or Esa) which i personally find sad but is in line with similar communities in the area. The speed bumps are gnarly though solo slow through the community. Plenty of woods surrounding you which is a delight to walk through. Recently removed lots of trees for safety. Maintenence is quick to respond but always check their work before they leave as sometimes the problem is deeper than their initial assessment. Laundry costs 2.15 for wash and again for dry using laundry cards. 8/10 overall

The good, the maintenance team and office staff are friendly. The neighbors are quiet. The bad, the rent increases are absolutely ridiculous. I first moved to here about 10 years ago. Since I have moved here rent has increased over 75%. That is not exaggerated from $1045 to $1825. The apartments are not justified in the pricing. There is a 1 inch gap between my door and the hallway, there are consistently random people I'm cars hanging out in the parking lot for hours at a time, the dishwasher is junk and the AC/Heat sounds like a jet engine. Now these issues were not a complaint at $1045 but when they started a premium rent rate for a subpar product it just doesn't make sense. Also the laundry room is across the street, really annoying in the snow, rain or cold.

I been having a great time here at Hilltop. There is nothing that I don't like. My experience here have been better than what I expected. Some neighbors are very friendly and helpful when they see you carrying groceries or other heavy objects, they come to your rescue. Also, is very clean and peaceful here. I can meditate and is always a nice quiet environment. Living here have been a real blessing in m y life. I would recommend it to everyone.

I feel that that the increase in rent has been astronomical. As of today, my total rent has increased by about 30%. I am told it is commensurate with rents in Nashua EXCEPT we are not comparing Apples for apples. We do not have laundry facilities in our units nor in every building, weak security in our buildings, a lack of parking, among other things. The People who work here are generally kind as are my neighbors.

hilltop is a very quiet community that is very close to grocery shopping, shopping, the highway, and plenty of restaurants. The office staff is very kind and responsive. Every time I have needed anything from the maintenance staff they are extremely quick to respond and take care of any issues had within the apartment.

Company has taken advantage of the lack of rent control to price gauge units for new tenants while others stay at pre-Covid rates and squat. With the price increase there has been no upgrades, amenities or improvements yet the excuse for a $500 increase is "matching local housing standards" which refers to brand new units that have been newly constructed.

It's a great community to live in but there are very little amenities. The location is great for quick highway access but it is also located off a busy street so hard to navigate during rush hours. Overall, it's been a good experience but would not be good long term.

I have enjoyed my stay at Hilltop Apartments quite a bit. The community is quiet and clean, and so are the buildings and apartments. One of the best aspects of living here are the helpful staff and the maintenance staff especially. The maintenance staff are very responsive and helpful, we've had no issues with them. We've only been living here a few months so take this with a grain of salt, and I'll update this if there are any issues, but so far we've had a great experience here.

Average apartment, community spaces are clean and well taken care of but there is not in-unit washer dryer and the laundry rooms are small and expensive. While some units are updated, the ones that are not have very old appliances and carpeting throughout. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly

When we checked into our apartments, they seemed very clean and well-maintained. There were special comments. If there were any comments, the staff quickly eliminated them. After a while, difficulties arose with the gas stove, one burned did not light, so the stove was completely replaced with a new one. The refrigerator was replaced with a new one. The common areas are spacious and clean. The area is regularly cleared of snow... The presence of barbecue areas near each house is very pleasing. A big plus is the additional storage in the building.

It's quiet here. Comfortable. I feel safe here. People are friendly and we all look out for each other. When I need something fixed, it's taken care of. I love that they do bingo and pizza trucks and ice cream trucks from time to time.

One of the best features of this property is we have a place to park our cars. In this City, they have a no parking ordinance that you cannot park on any city street. This is strictly enforced with a $25.00 fee.

Quiet, clean and safe area. Very well maintained inside and outside. There is a playground but it's geared to younger children. Wish there was a basketball court for the older kids. Otherwise, great place with great staff.

Hilltop Princeton does a great job maintaining the property and doing their best to provide good service to their residents needs. I moved here from MA in 2020 hoping to escape the high rent I was paying, while it is still cheaper than many areas in MA the rent keeps going up every year and it is very frustrating to say the least. I know it's not the staff's fault but I really wish something could be done about the increasing rent problem because it's hurting many people financially.

Everyone at Hilltop is super friendly and have your overall experience in mind. The other feeling I get at this apartment complex compared to my past ones, is that I feel totally safe outside and inside my apartment. Totally would recommend to families as well!

The rent is extremely affordable considering the amount of space we get. We were surprised by how spacious a single bedroom apartment was. It also doesn't feel like we're in a city because our apartment is so set back, so it's calmer and quieter.
