Over priced for the outdated apartments. No sound proof, upstairs neighboor is so loud. Everyone smokes weed in the apartments. Only good thing is deposit was low the way it should be for an apartment like this. Laundry is dirty, expensive and very old machines.

Fairly quiet neighborhood with small monthly community perks. If you put in requests, Maintenance is very responsive. Within walking distance of Whole Foods, but there is no sidewalk to Market Basket.

Adequate. Price has steadily increased, significantly, since we moved in. Facilities are still the same for the most part with the exception of what you see driving down the road. Units are old and not much is done to improve the interior unless you move out. Zero negotiations on rental rate in that regard.

Overall my experience in this community has been very positive. When we first moved in our air conditioner did not work but when we called the staff they worked quickly to handle the issues even though it was on a weekend. They gave us a portable air conditioner until the unit could be fixed that Monday which was very appreciated.

Very nice place to be in which is very quiet, friendly and peaceful. Staff members are very helpful and our queries are answered/ addressed immediately. Love the balcony facility which we missed in our earlier apartment. Kids love the balcony facility too. Wonderful place.

Quick response to maintenance requests, generally clean. Narrow stairways, a little difficult to move things into apartment. Not a lot of washers and dryers per building. There is no recycling, which is disappointing, wish there was more dumpsters.

It is a good quiet place and they are always available to help all the members of the place. We also have parks so that our children can have their entertainment area, there is a truly unique tranquility and the most important thing is a safe place.

Professional and polite staff. Never had any problems in the 6 years we have lived here. Maintenance is very fast and efficient. Plenty of parking for residents and visitors. Rent is about the same you would pay in other apartment buildings.

We love our apartment here. The grounds are well kept, laundry is accessible, plenty of storage space (separate from the apartment itself) and community events! We have had no major issues, and any small issues that do arise - maintenance is quick to fix what is needed.

peaceful quiet, has what you need, and overall good Infrastructure. I had a smooth transition into the unit, and staff is fairly nice and informative when I require their help. I enjoy the accessibility of being situated where there is some commercialism, but not too much, such as grocery and Target and others.

This community is awesome. We have had nothing but good experiences with the office ladies and maintenence. Neighbors are nice, a little loud but not overly disruptive. More parking would be nice so visitor spots aren't used by residents, but overall very nice community.

The apartment is nice and mgmt has been friendly and responsive. Floors are quite squeaky so I feel bad for my downstairs neighbors if they hear it, but the space is a good size. Rent keeps going up $200 each year which is ridiculous.
