So far I have only been here 1week.The apartment I'm in is so quiet and I'm impressed how new carpets.And a very clean place.The people that work in the office especially Rob has been so professional.

It has been great really for the most part. My neighbors can be a little much about noise especially if it is during the day time. The staff has been truly awesome to me since I have been here and even during the application process One suggestion I forgot was moving to key fobs instead of codes

Very clean and generally quiet. The staff is kind and quick to respond to any issues. The apartment itself was renovated when we moved in and the build quality of everything seems good. We have not had any issues with bugs or vermin.

This complex's management and office staff have been wonderful and attentive to my needs. They address requests quickly and are easy to get a hold of. The unit itself is a bit older but otherwise comfortable. It could have been prepped a little better for me to move in, such as cleaning window sills and slider door tracks, and I have needed a few maintenance services so far but otherwise the community seems decent and their pricing is very competitive, without crazy charges for things like parking or storage. Rob in the office is fantastic as is Jeremy, one of the maintenance team members. Happy to be here.

Friendly neighbors, quick response and turn around on any maintenance requests, nice natural wooded surroundings. Any time I've requested service staff responded quickly and addressed issues or concerns quickly.

This community has been a blessing to me. The office people are very kind and were understanding when i fell upon financial hard times. The neighbors are kind and sociable. The grounds are well maintained.

We really love this community. It has been a warm place for our family in general. This is a clean and safe place to live. Thank you all, including the maintenance personnel for all the great job you have been doing all these years

It's been very quiet but I feel as though the apartment wasn't cleaned well upon us moving in. There is no where to really walk other than the road and the no smoking policy isn't enforced. The parking is very limited but I do appreciate the quickness of maintenance team

The office staff is fantastic and proactively called me back when they saw they missed a call from me. My work order was completed quickly and efficiently. Having a playground for my grandkids and a dog park for my dog is a huge plus for me.

I knew when I moved in in October of 2022, that I was going to be happy living here. When I've had an issue it was solved so quickly, my head could spin. I would recommend it to anyone. I'm so very happy to be living here.

This apartment is fine. Office staff are kind, maintenance are friendly and helpful. I found winter weather communications lacking. The only amenity of property is a dog park, which is nice. I do love my balcony, and it's nice that all units come with one.

EXTREMELY pleasant, clean and quiet community exceeding expectations. VERY well managed having staff onsite always eager to assist with any and all requests. EXCELLENT responsiveness to tenants maintenance needs and requests. Highly recommend this community as you seek to rent.

The community itself is fine- the buildings are fine, some apartments are more dated than others, and there's always the chance of having lunatic neighbors but I can't knock the community for that as it's not their fault directly. It's just too expensive for what you get. Slash rents by 20% minimum.

Great place to live, quiet and safe. The office always responds promptly to any requests, and the maintenance workers rush to solve any technical problems. The only thing we are missing is a basketball court or another place where children who are no longer comfortable with the playground can hang out.

Wonderful place! very quiet everyone is nice and helpful. love having the nashua airport so close. Neighbors are nice and friendly. maintenance does good job in the winter with snow. love having everything so close by.

It has been a nice experience. Nice quiet and clean. Nice neighbors too. I like the accessibility to Amherst St and all the stores. I also enjoy taking walks in the neighborhood as well as to nearby businesses.

Office and maintenance staff are great. The rent increase and lack of amenities are not worth it. The locked front door is a joke because all you need to know is the laundry code and you can get in plus the lock breaks often.

This is one of the nicest places I've ever lived in. The grounds are maintained, the neighbors are quiet, the staff are responsive and it's completely walkable to several grocery stores. I enjoy living here.

The apartments are well maintained, staff is wonderful and responsive, and the location is very convenient as long as you can drive. You definitely get the sense that they care and are trying very hard to make each tenant comfortable and happy.

The apartment is really good with peaceful environment. It is clean and cost . The management over here is very careful and helping. They are available 24/7. Good neighborhoods. Easy access to market.
