Overall good place to live. Appreciate the closeness to everything and simplicity of living here. only complaint is the speed of service when things break and maintenance needs to be involved. regardless, still highly recommend living here

The staff is great easy to work with. Maintenance is knowledgeable and very friendly. The building is old but has charming and when needed it's worked on. Start bringing back things or lower rent when you take this away please.

I've enjoyed living at Arbor View for a couple of years now and plan to continue. the area is quiet with quick access to local stores and entertainment. The apartment is well maintained and have had minimal issues needing services.

The area and apartments are great and the services are wonderful. Has a gym and pool. Everyone is kind and parking isn't much of issue. Not much to complain about and I would say the rent is fair especially for the area.

Arborview Apartments have been a wonderful place to live. Reasonably priced (as reasonable as you can find in Portsmouth NH at least) and the staff are attentive and welcoming. They love having our dog visit and always welcome him, but they do expect community members with pets to be good neighbors to others as well.

It is great being close to the ocean. Portsmouth has so much history to offer with so much food to try and things to do. Not far from forests and hiking either so it is a great mix for those who love the outdoors. Peaceful neighborhood.

I love this community. I have lived here for almost a year and moved to a different in the same complex due to mold issues. The community's very quiet and lots of sidewalks to walk. There is a nice pool and dog park. Close to every kind of shopping.

Arbor View has been such a joy to call my home. The office and maintenance staff are always professional and kind. I have a teenage son so the pool and clubhouse are used frequently. The facilities are always clean and you can tell the staff really cares about providing a safe and enjoyable environment for their residents.

Love our apartment here! We've been here for two years and it's been great. Parking assigned, great outdoor patio space, pool and gym. We've never had an issue that wasn't resolved by management. So much better than other apartments in the area

We couldn't have picked a better spt. complex to live in. It is so convenient to everything in Portsmouth and the staff here is excellent from everyone at the leasing office to the maintenance crew. Our apt. is right across from the leasing office, the laundry, and the gym--it doesn't get more convenient than that.

Very nice and quiet place to live. There nice 2 swimming pools and sufficient pro gym. Good school district and 1 min drive to Walmart, kids playing place like blowup Rama, blowing, water counter and lots of good restaurants in walking distance.

My neighbors have been great. Everything's been good up till now. Maintenance has always been here right away until this one time with the air conditioner. I asked for an air conditioner, Monday and the woman in the office. I have a feeling didn't do anything until Thursday until it was too late and she said there was no air conditioners and it was very very hot out in my son has asthma and I'm on the third floor. They couldn't do anything until the next day. I love that wasn't the biggest problem. A woman in the office when you go when she's on the right. She lied to me, hung up on me and then she won't answer the phone. She came over to my building, but that was because she had delivered some keys, but she asked the maintenance guy to make a copy of before they put in my air conditioner. I was walking outside and she never called me. I was out there for about an hour. She knew I was outside walking the dog and she didn't call me. The maintenance guy was ready to put the air conditioner in. She told them to go get keys for apartment two in my building. I called her and she lied to me and when I confronted her about it, she hung up. she came over to the building with the keys and I tried to talk to her. She avoided me. I don't know why she would lie everybody else in that office has been great to us. Manager a woman on the left side the maintenance guy they all have been great.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and kept up by a fantastic landscaping crew. The apartment is homey and my cats love the balcony. Alex,Ellen and Melany are very friendly and make the community very welcoming. Maintenance is very well versed in the field and will describe to you step by step how they are helping you resolve your request. 10/10 service all around.

Happy with the maintenance and front desk. Some people don't pick up after their dog or just throw trash on the ground which doesn't look nice. Also the kids are a hazard with their bikes and the parents don't try to correct them
