It's in a convenient location near 2 grocery stores. Clean and pretty with great amenities. The staff is friendly and my requests are always met promptly. The community is also across the street from a park and a gas station. Have been here 2 years.

Nice grounds and a beautiful apartment but not well sound-proofed. Noise from upstairs is major issue. I would like to see them enforce the rule about picking up dog poop. I would also like if I didn't have to fill out extensive surveys.

Castile apartment is a complex a nice community, pricing is a little on the high side and parking seems to be an issue, when I just moved in I was told I could rent a separate garage space or rent a covered outside parking spot which now I'm told i can't, otherwise i like my apartment and the amenities offered.

Property and the grounds maintained very well and staff is very nice. One drawback is the size of the refrigerator, it is very small for this type rental, For a very small investment, they could have put in a normal size refrigerator.

Super friendly and easy to work with staff. From the day we came to check out the place, until 2 minutes ago when I needed an urgent print job, the staff at Castile are amazing, understanding and always ready to help. As newly-weds, putting finances and our belongings together and with moving from another state, my husband and I are always impressed with the level of service we receive at Castile!

DON'T DISREGARD NEGATIVE REVIEWS. IT COULD EASILY BE YOU DEALING WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AT CASTILE: I have owned several businesses and am terribly disappointed with the fact the management and corporate chose to keep bad renters rather than resolving serious issues. When I relocated to Henderson from Aspen, Colorado I didn't have enough time to look at houses to purchase. I leased at Castile when they first started to lease, I've lived here since October 1, 2017. My posts were always positive. The complex is pleasing to the eye and the leasing people typically are professional and do their best to help with any issues you may have. The past manager Breanna always did her best to fix problems. She has my respect for that. I always enjoyed chatting with Brea when I dropped in to the office. She is greatly missed. Living here will be fine until you have a serious problem that effects your peace and quality of living. I recently learned, then it becomes your problem, and you're expected to live with it. WARNING: Living here was good and my posts were positive until the new people moved in next to me In June 2019. Their master bedroom is right behind my master bedroom wall. When this couple fights, he screams, yells, hits the bedroom wall and slams the doors. They always fight in the bedroom and it's so loud and violent that it sounds as though he's in my bedroom. I can hear them arguing right now as I am posting this review. (There is no insulation in these apartments, you can hear your neighbors cough, sneeze, when your upstairs neighbors move in there bed you will hear it, when they flush the toilet it's loud enough to wake you up at night, you will hear dogs running and jumping off of beds). I have called the Henderson police out 7 times to stop the arguments. The man drinks and said he was an alcoholic and had started to drink again on the police report. The last time the police came out they said it looked as though Management was doing very little to help me with this. They have talked to him only one time that I know of. It's all about money here, your major problems will mean nothing to the Corporate Office, mine didn't. The only official notice I'm aware of was to "Fix The Problem". So they are really doing nothing about it. I was told I was the only person that has complained, and that's not enough to evict them. I basically waisted my time, thinking Corporate would take care of it. My rent is $1,459 here, i typically pay two months at a time. No kids, no pets, I'm the ideal renter. I'm paying a lot of money and then have to deal with something like this. If I want to break my lease it will cost me $3 Grand to get out of here. It's time for me to become a homeowner again. So think about it before you sign a lease here.

Being in this community is great! The staff is fantastic and made move in quick and easy. When I had a maintenance request they did it as soon as possible and was able to help get some other things fixed even without me specifying in the work order what I needed.

Too many changes here. Lots of noise from people constantly moving in or out. The quality of people needed to be upgraded. We've had vandalism to the fire pits the pool areas and are told information that is not correct or true. Also one of our strict and best manager has been let go

DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I have been living here since early 2018 and it has been easily the worst experience of my life. 1. THE STAFF--- the staff are rude and dehumanizing. Ive had my rent fully disappear thank god that I asked them to give me a reciept. ( thats right they dont offer them you have to ask. if you move here make them sign and date the recipt!!!!) They lost my money order that i gave them for my rent and I received a 5 day notice on my door that I had not paid my rent. I called down to the office and i spoke with the person that I had given my money order to and i made her sign it and date it, she said on the phone in the rudest tone imaginable well do you have a receipt and i said yes and she said bring it down to the office now and hung up! I brought it down and she acted like I was bothering her. The next time i brought a money order in it was someone else and he told me that I need to only go through him to make sure that my money is handled. Ive spoken to other tenants that have had the same issues.The property manager is the worst she is the rudest person I have ever met and should be fired yesterday. CHEAPLY BUILT----- when we moved in there were beer bottles in the cabinets from the peple who built it. Also my ice maker would produce ice that tasted like vineager. changed the filter did everything. All the lights in the kitchen blew within 3 months, and it is horribly maintained, there is trash everywhere and the pool is down all the time and the second pool has continously gotten egged. The walls are so thin you can hear upstairs turning on the shower, walk, have intercourse, and talk... Pray that you don't live above a garage because not only will you hear it as if it is in your apartment but you will feel it. I moved back home before my lease is up and are still paying for the apartment just because it is so miserable to live there. OTHER TENANTS/COMMUNITY---- my neighbors are extremely loud and often have parties. You will experience many sleepless nights between the screaming of domestic disputes, the stomping on the stairs and your surronding neighbors. This community also experiences a lot and I mean A LOT of police. Between drugs and domestic violence they often are seen in the complex. I had to go to the amazon mailbox at the whole foods on green valley because everytime I ordered anyting it was stolen from my front door. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Don't order anything to your apartment it will be stolen and they will do nothing about it. THE AMENITIES-- the gym is not maintained it may look nice but there are rarely wipes to clean down the equipment and there are often obnoxious people in there. The coffee machine rarely works, and god forbid you lose a tiny fob for the pool or gym you will be paying $50 to replace it. The pools are beyond gross and there is dog poop everywhere. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Living in Castile is amazing. The community and grounds are spotless, it's quiet and peaceful. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for the days you want to lay out in the sun. And the convience of having a garage with my lease at no additional charge is more than I could ask for. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help and go above and beyond. Anyone looking for a place to live that's affordable, safe and pet friendly definitely choose Castile.
