This is the second apartment i've lived in and I absolutely love this one! The apartment itself is very nice but it's the management that makes the biggest difference in a move! Ron and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The amenities and overall apartment layout are great as well!

Don’t live here

Everytime I leave a review they delete it. I wouldn’t live here if I was you. Management is as careless as they come. We have upstairs neighbors that stomp around like hippos. They don’t care. We brought proof and they still don’t care. We work early in this house and get woken up everyday at 4 or 5am with their noise. We also have to fall asleep to it, they don’t give a ----.

Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The staff here is very nice and accommodating. They make you feel right at home, always welcoming with a smile. Anytime I need anything they assist me right away (e.g., fax, mail or maintenance issue). There amenities are second to none but don't take my word for it, check it out yourself. My apartment (like all apartments at Castille) are nicely upgraded and neighbors are quite (knock on wood it continues to stay that way). I couldn't ask for more. At the end of the day if all you want is to live in a community with nice people and the best bang for the buck look no further than Castille apartments. Ask for a guy named Levi, he is super helpful and was the person who assisted me in getting my apartment. He treated my family and I with the upmost respect. P.S. I was not paid for my review or given any special treatment regarding the same. I believe in giving honest reviews and if in the future my experiences change at Castille I will include those revisions.

So far so good. I have had a few minor issues but it's been a good place to live. Would like to see the pool professionally cleaned because it can be very cloudy. Also some of the grills have been broken and it would be nice to have them working.

We enjoy living at Castile. I'm very happy they have the bbqs and bathrooms clean at the pools and jacuzzis. All are in working use. More families are joining together. I do miss the music. I don't notice it on at the pool.

I have lived at Castile apartments for three years. I have enjoyed living here. The whole community is always so clean and very well maintained. Maintenance and office staff are great. The manager named Adam is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The amenities are wonderful. This apartment community is also in a great location.

Raising my rent once again.

First my rent went from 1080$ for a one bed, then 1260$, and now they raised it again to 1365$. Absolutely ridiculous, they constantly keep raising the rent price hundreds of dollars. Everytime I ask they give the same reason, cost of living going up. This is just another greedy move to get more money from renters.

So far so good. The staff at the front office have been very helpful. The complex is quiet and keep very nice. It was easy to get the moving truck in and out. All in all I am very happy with my decision to move here.

Best apartments I've lived in so far. the apartment appliances are practically brand new. VERY clean, literally no bugs. The gym and pools are amazing and you live across a beautiful park that is great for morning walks. VERY peaceful community, no noise complaints. Using the app is very convenient for paying rent and putting in work orders. Never have to wait days for a request for maintenence, they literally show up the day I put it in every time. Plan on living here for a couple more years even if the rent goes up its still worth it!

Easy online lease activation process and quick move-in. Very quiet community and helpful staff. Also upon move-in the cutest welcome home gift and card were provided to me. It shows that the staff cares about a seamless customer service and move-in experience.

Work order was put in and some one came out the next day to ck to see what was going on the they order the part and as soon as the part came in about 3 days later they came back and fix the dryer and when he was done he clean up and said have a nice day

The only thing negative is no one sweeps or cleans outside stairs to the apartments There is trash on the ground that isn't picked up. I'm glad that staff does pick up dog poop in dog park. There ia a lot of people not picking up their dog's poop.

I love the apartment homes. Very nice inside with lots of room. It was more spacious than I saw on line. I moved from out of state. The property is nice and clean. The pool and work out room is awesome.

I have a great experience with the community. Im happy were I live at. Sometimes the tenants drive fast in the parking lot and it need to have a stop sign in areas so the cars can stop so peoples want get hit and cars wont crush with each other when driving.

This place is like a spa has everything you need, gated community, close to everything, no noisy loud neighbors, the gym has everything one needs, two pools, cabanas, fire pits, a park across street to walk around, shopping, churches, everything one needs.

Castile is great! I love how quiet the community is in the evenings but just gas vivacious throughout the day. Everyone was so helpful and nice throughout the leasing phase. The amenities are bar-none. Anyone that visits, always says how impressed they are by the size of units, surrounding area and offerings.
