Good overall experience. Leasing agents are friendly and helpful. Availability of Ev charging. Though there is a 2 hour daily limit. Units very modern looking and clean. Nive gym for an apartment and multiple pools.

I have lived in this community for 6 months now. Decided to stay here based off the amenities that they offer, but experience with office staff has not been pleasing. I filed a work order through the office and requested nobody to enter, I would be home. They assured me maintenance would be there no later than tomorrow and would call before coming. They took 3 days to respond, never called and entered without permission. Upon coming home that day, only half of the work order was completed and money was missing out of my savings. I called the office first thing in the morning and spoke to Jesse, who was very rude and dismissed the incident that took place, so a police report was filed. The uncompleted work order was never completed and I still have yet to hear from anybody regarding either situations. As nice as the community is, it's not worth the money you pay for a manager to not take your concerns into consideration or even resolve the situation. I will not be extending my lease!

The apartments here are beautiful and very spacious. I really love the kitchen and appliances. The community seems really great; pool is huge with cabanas and fire pits, dog park, sand volleyball court, lots of sidewalks to walk my dog.

We have had a bad experience, since we arrived, the neighbor downstairs every time he hears a noise comes knocking on the door no matter the time, we have called the office but everything remains the same! the neighbors seem strange and dangerous people and we live in fear from the first day. we have tried to change our apartment we have gone to the office three times but they don't solve anything for us! Despite the pandemic we are still here and I think we would like to stay because it is a good place to live, but the staff is very heavy, they tell us that there is no apartment on the first floor, and we have seen many people move, they do not even see the computer to say that! very bad staff the place is nice for the location nothing else!

It has been great. Everything and everyone is very nice. The only things we have had to deal with is the lock for our apartment and the garage are different but we told them and they are fixing it right away and there was a little trash in the garage. Other than that, everything works perfectly and the place and the area is beautiful, especially the area, I'd like to say this is one of the best areas in Vegas.

I have watched the community grow; I was one of the first tenants to move in and I really appreciate the Castile Staff and have enjoyed my time living here. I got to watch construction and the development of the area first hand, and have enjoyed all the trails and perks that the Castile offers

I absolutely love it here! The property manager and leasing staff are super knowledgeable and caring! They handle everything with class and tact and always make sure all residents are accommodated and tended to. I make a maintenance request through the resident app and they responded in the same hour. It's quiet, peaceful and all employees here are amazing and knowledgeable! I had a hiccup with a neighbor below being rude but they handled that well (to include my attitude about it as well lol). I love it here and will renew my lease after my 13 months.

Castile apartments are a wonderful community to live in, the office staff is so friendly and the amenities are amazing ! I would recommend this place to a friend . The apartment setup is great and they have more than one pool so it doesn't feel crowded . They also have a little playground for kids.

The community is amazing. We get a club house that offers a gym, a billiard table and a ping pong table for anyone to use. I will definitely be utilizing all those amenities. My lease agent Aaron handled my paperwork like a pro.

I have had really positive experiences with the staff. They have been very friendly, welcoming, responsive and professional. The amenities are really nice and up to date. I still haven't taken advantage of all the nice amenities here but I do plan on it. Unfortunately the coffee machine has been out of commission for a couple weeks. The community is relatively quiet and I don't have any issues with my neighbors being obnoxious. They pick up after their dogs and the maintenance team does a wonderful job keeping the grounds clean! They will soon be implementing security gates which just makes the community that much better. All in all I have really enjoyed my stay here as I am just settling in after a few weeks with the community.

unfortunately this property is ran very unprofessionally. When problems are reported, there is retaliation. The regional manager has suggested that we move instead of addressing our concerns. This seems to be a common feeling amongst other tenants on property.

Beautiful apartment complex that was built two years ago. Nice safe location across from a park with walking path. The apartments have light wood floors with bright white walls, light cabinets and new stainless steel appliances.

I love my community. Its quiet and I always feel safe and secure. I've never had no problems with the staff or other renters. I love the fact that its pet friendly. They have a pet park on the grounds. I can't wait till the pool opens.

It is definitely a nice place to live however I will not be renewing my lease due to the fact that they drive so fast through their and my kids almost got hit 2 or 3 times going to the trash area Hopefully the gate will slow them down but I doubt it they need speed bumps

This community feels like home more than any other community I've ever lived in. The staff is SO friendly & welcoming every time you see them. Everyone that I've come in contact is for that matter, staff, neighbors, even just pass bys. I won't leave this place until I'm ready to buy my forever home.
