Jessie is an absolutely amazing site manager and makes everyone feel welcome and cared for. He made our application and move-in process a breeze, even though we moved from out of state. So far, he's helped us with every step of getting setup here at Castile. The Apartment grounds & amenities are well maintained and relatively clean, but too many lazy/irresponsible dog-owners do not clean up after their dogs.

This community was so inviting the first time I lived here, that I decided to move here again. The staff is well organized and very helpful. My move from another state was made very smoothly, even with my late arrival on move-in day. The community is very well kept, the amenities are spectacular, the security of the mail room and parcel lockers (for Amazon) reduce the stress of theft, and the residents are very kind. I love that they allow pets and have a designated dog park area. Overall, I love this community!

Amazing ! The office staff is always so positive and sweet. The staff always give me the best greetings in the morning when I get my coffee. Also, the coffee machine is so delicious and the coffee bar is always stocked, organized and clean !! And again, the maintenance staff is efficient and do their job correctly the first time from my experience. Everyone is upbeat and professional. 10/10 !!

So far so good it's been about 90 days since I've arrived and the community is beautiful. Clean. The repairs are fast if needs. The approval was fast simple and friendly. Jonah helped me and the other staff were way helpful too!

Although we had a good experience and love our apartment, it's been difficult when we do have issues. Our AC was broken and it never got fixed. It's cold outside but when the sun hits directly into our apartment, it gets very warm. Then we've gotten a passive aggressive email about a dog barking claiming it was mine but then saying the email was sent to others but the way it was written, it was as if it was directed towards me. The floors are super thin. I do not mind hearing the neighbors because I understand, but I've gotten complaints just from walking from my downstairs neighbor so some people mind it. Its apartment living, it is what it is but other people don't think so and have felt uncomfortable ever since to move in my apartment since we received the letter from the neighbors because of how rude it was.

The apartments are quite, clean, and safe. We haven't experienced any issues since we've been here. The park in front of the apartment makes exercise a lot earlier and the gym is nice. The pool is always clean and the bbq pits area is never too packed.

Self cleaning grills, isn't exactly resort style, but the pools are nice... very quiet and secure community. We love how spacious our unit is and the foliage around us. Kevonah and Rhonda are very sweet and assertive ladies, we feel very proud to live here. Stephan is a great maintenance worker, makes living here amazing. Very attentive and on time.

Let me just say, I've been so very WELCOMED in these luxury homes, and the staff IS absolutely FABULOUS!! I call it my home because it's become a most WONDERFUL, TRANQUIL, SAFE & SECURE place for me since relocating from San Diego, CA. And, these luxury apartment homes are directly across the street from a bird sanctuary Park. I'm in awe as the hummingbirds actually fly to my balcony in the morning to wake me up with beauty, love, and JOY!!

I recently had the misfortune of living at Castile Apartments, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The community manager, Adam Parra, and his two-faced assistant, Ron Pangilinan, were a disgrace to the concept of customer service. Their behavior was abysmal. and they showed a complete lack of respect toward residents. First and foremost, Adam Parra spoke as if he owned the entire property. His condescending and arrogant attitude was beyond unacceptable. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, he dismissed residents' issues as if they were beneath him. It was clear that he had no regard for the well-being or satisfaction of the people living in the community. Furthermore, the assistant community manager, Ron Pangilinan, was just as disappointing. He displayed a two-faced demeanor, pretending to be helpful to residents' faces but failing to follow through on any promises or commitments. It was evident that his friendly facade was nothing more than a facade, and his lack of accountability was deeply frustrating. The state of the amenities was equally appalling. The dog park was consistently filled with feces, making it virtually unusable. Despite promises of cleanliness and maintenance, it seemed as though no effort was made to address this unsanitary situation. Additionally, while the apartment complex claimed to be smoke-free, the neighbors frequently disregarded this policy, resulting in a constant smell of both cigarette smoke and marijuana permeating the air. To make matters worse, the residents themselves were incredibly nosy, particularly the lady in front of our unit. Apt 2515. Privacy was non existent, as all they seemed to do was stare and gossip about their neighbors. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment that made living at Castile Apartments a daily struggle. Lastly, the overwhelming smell of marijuana emanating from the neighbor right beside….. Update: they forwarded our check to an old address. How stupid? They even asked for our forwarding address and now they mailed it to a wrong address?

We've had an excellent experience here. It's quiet and clean. The maintenance department is excellent. After selling our house we weren't sure if we were moving out of state but living here has been so great we are in no rush. I haven't lived in an apartment for 30+ years. Totally surprised how great it is. The clubhouse and gym are fantastic.
