It's a very clean community, quiet which is nice. The neighbors are all pleasant to be around and you can tell the management cares about the people that live here. I've never had an issue go unresolved and the management handles complaints from you and about you properly.

I have lived here 4 years. One thing I would say is the stairway needs to be cleaned more often. Should be pressure washed least once a month. Other than that have been happy here, nice community to live in

Castile Apartments is a very nice community! For such a large complex it is relatively quiet. Both the staff and the residents are very courteous, it is a nice mix of people, younger, older, and diversified. When it comes to maintenance issues the staff is very quick to respond and fix whatever the issue is. Using an overall scale of 1 (very bad) to 10 (very good) I would give Castile a solid 9!!

When I came here there was an octagon, a puppy wash facility, and activities. There were also sodas and water in the fridge. Heck, the rent went up $600 and there are fewer activities planned, no bbq, They are giving new tenants a free month!!

This community is nice, land scaling is beautiful. The only problem is management. They don't address unit issues in a timely manner, they neglect informing you of updates. And are very difficult in taking care of issues within the unit's in regards health & safety. Even though you communicate it to them they are careless & have sent me untruthful emails trying to blame me as difficult because I request maintenance. Having roaches within the unit is very unsanitary, not having lights at night in your building makes it difficult to see, it's unsafe. Management doesn't abide by their rules & they make false advertisement. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here unless management changed, specially Adam Parra, Ron Pagilinan & Rhonda.

A dream that's turning into a nightmare, we have lived at castile for the past year now and we were happy but we recently transferred into a larger unit, and that's where things started going downhill the cleanliness and readiness of the apartment was not ideal but staff so far has been pretty helpful regarding that but the worst part is now we have upstairs neighbors that are inconsiderately loud they have children running back and forth and screaming on the balcony the adults in the building sound as if they're stomping? i understand we all have to live our lives and need to exist in their home aswell but when the occurrence is daily and the noise is enough to shake light fixtures, it's a problem.. don't think or know if anything will be done.

It's been great living at Castile apt. Conveniently located by the freeway , new units that are clean, and great service provided by the staff working here. Just a shame the rent has gone up too much in the past 3 years forcing me to have to relocate to a more affordable spot.

This is a great community to live in. Very clean , the staff is very friendly. The complex and the amenities are beautiful and walking distance from many restaurants a beautiful lake and a grocery store that is 24 hours. Perfect !

Great and friendly community, people-oriented management. Most of the folks who leave here start working early, so don't anticipate waking up late because work starts early, and the grounds get tended to several times a week (around 8 am), so the place is usually clean. The dust issue is a wee bit problematic, but where is it not in LV?

Love it here! Been looking at this community since last year (2021) and was finally in the financial space to consider moving. The community is very well kept and downright beautiful. From the pool to the amenities, it's incredible. Rhonda and the staff were beyond lovely for my whole move-in process. Big thanks to them!

Very friendly and helpful all the time.They are always there and available to assist or just greet you. I really like that they offer a coffee tea bar, which I use very often. The fact that there are plenty of barbeque grills around for people who enjoy that. The pool area is so inviting to hang around.

Not renewing my lease

This apartment started off great. The pricing was a bit high but that’s all around right now. Lately we have been having bugs everywhere in our apartment. I’ve called the front office numerous times to let them know.. they just keep sending out the pest control every other Friday. It’s so bad we have to wear shoes in the house. We are very clean people so I know it’s not us. They are coming from the cracks of the doors, walls, garage door, etc. When I called they were suppose to put barriers on my door.. that didn’t happen. I was told to buy bug traps and put them by my doors. I’m so over it, I can’t even have my kids play on the floor without seeing a bug. Also when I call I get an attitude as if I’m complaining to much. Not renewing our lease again.

There are a lot of bug issues here. The base boards and the floors are not flush causing insect to come in and out of the apartment frequently. I tried communicating with the office and they said if they fix it bugs will find another way into the apartment. It didn't make much sense to me. I won't be renewing my lease but the insects are the only reason. I'm a very clean person I bleach and sanitize my apartment three times a week but insects still come into the apartment. Earwigs, spiders, and small roaches which usually live in the walls. I had to get my apartment sprayed every 30 days. The pest control worker even said these apartments were poorly made due to how frequently he is called to the property.
